Parnapalli Kishore is an Indian Politician of YSRCP and 4th Ward Councillor of Pulivendula Village, Pulivendula Mandal, Kadapa  District in the Indian State of Andhra Pradesh.

Early Life And Education:

On 21th march 1988, Parnapalli Kishore was born to the couple of Mr. Parnapalli Krishanaiah and Mrs. Parnapalli Balamma in the Pulivendula Village & Mandal, Kadapa District in the Indian State of Andhra Pradesh. 

Parnapalli Kishore acquired his Secondary Board of Education from Sharada High School located at Khajipalem in the year 2003 and completed his Intermediate from Govt Junior College located at Pulivendula in the year 2005.

He finished his B.Tech from MITS Engineering Technology at Chittor in the year 2009.

Professional Career:

Parnapalli Kishore began his Professional Career and started working in Vodafone Engineering in Bangalore in 2011 to 2014, and ever since he started the profession he is simultaneously handling his family responsibilities.

Early Life In Politics:

In the year 2012,Kishore joined the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party(YSRCP), was enchanted by the services rendered to the people and started to attain the political requirements of the people while also providing a specific service.

From the date of joining, he has been working incredibly as a YSRCP Party Activist, working hard for the welfare of the people, constantly striving for the development of the society,and has rendered desperate services to society.

Positions:

In 2019, Kishore was elected as a 4th ward councillor in the local government of Pulivendula. A councillor is an elected member of a local governing body, such as a city or town council, who is responsible for representing the interests of their constituents and making decisions on local policies and services.

As a councillor for the 4th ward in Pulivendula, Kishore likely worked closely with other local government officials and community leaders to help improve the overall development of the town. Kishore’s interest and inspiration in politics can be traced back to his admiration for Avinash Reddy, an Indian politician who is the Member of Parliment in 16th Lok Sabha and 17th Lok Sabha from Kadapa Lok Sabha Constituency Andhra Pradesh. He won the Indian general elections of 2014 and 2019 being a YSR Congress Party  candidate and Manohar Reddy, who are prominent political leaders in Andhra Pradesh. Their leadership qualities and work in the political sphere motivated Kishore to follow in their footsteps and join the YSRCP party. As a follower, Kishore may have been influenced by their ideologies and policies, and their guidance may have played a significant role in shaping his political career. Joining the YSRCP party allowed Kishore to participate in various party activities and contribute to the party’s growth and development.

Positions During the Period of Elections:

• Parnapalli Kishore joined the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) in Andhra Pradesh in 2012 and was appointed as a Booth convener in 2014 in Pulivendula, a town in the Kadapa district. As a booth convener, Kishore was responsible for managing and organizing activities at the booth level, including campaigning, voter outreach, and ensuring high turnout on election day. The 2014 elections were crucial for the YSRCP, which was looking to make significant gains against the incumbent Telugu Desam Party (TDP) in Andhra Pradesh. Kishore’s role as a booth convener was important in mobilizing support for the YSRCP in Pulivendula and contributing to the party’s success in the elections.
• To provide a fair and transparent election process, political parties appoint Counting agents and Polling agents to monitor the counting of votes and the polling process. Kishore was appointed as a counting agent and polling agent for the YSRCP party during the 2014 municipal elections in Andhra Pradesh.
• As a Counting agent, Kishore would have been responsible for overseeing the counting of votes at a particular polling station and ensuring that the process was carried out correctly. • Kishore’s establishment of Cool Water(Chalivendra) beside the road in Pulivendula would have provided a public service to the community by making cool water more readily available, particularly during hot weather.
• This practice of keeping water in clay pots along the roadside is a traditional one in India, and it has been used for centuries as a way to provide relief to travellers and locals from the heat. The porous nature of the clay allows the water to evaporate and cool the surrounding area, making it a popular method to keep water cool in the absence of refrigeration.
• Kishore’s efforts to establish Buttermilk(Chalivendra) beside the road in Pulivendula would have been a thoughtful initiative to provide cool and refreshing water to people passing by, especially during the hot summer months. This simple yet effective method of keeping water cool is a great example of how traditional practices can be utilised to meet modern needs.
• Kishore Participated in  all Social activities initiatives taken as a  political leader and parties to improve the social conditions of people, promote welfare, and address social issues. Donation For Temples :

Jagan swacha sankalpam program :

Jagan’s swachha sankalpam program is a cleanliness and hygiene initiative launched by the Andhra Pradesh government under the leadership of Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. The program aims to promote cleanliness and hygiene practices in the state by encouraging citizens to segregate waste and dispose of it properly.

As part of this program, the government has undertaken various initiatives, including distribution of free sarees to women who segregate wet and dry waste and hand it over to the garbage collectors. This is aimed at promoting waste segregation and ensuring that the garbage collected is disposed of in a proper manner, thereby reducing pollution and promoting a clean and healthy environment.

Apart from this, the program also involves various other activities such as clean-up drives, awareness campaigns, and distribution of sanitation kits, among others, to promote cleanliness and hygiene practices across the state. Organising Tournaments :

Kishore, in addition to his political activities, also organized various sports activities for the youth in Pulivendula. He conducted cricket and shuttle games, providing an opportunity for the local youth to showcase their talents and engage in healthy competition. He also distributed prize money to the winners as an incentive and encouragement for their future endeavours.
