Parisa Sai Vinay
State BC Youth President, Bapatla, Andhra Pradesh, JSP.
I am Parisa Sai Vinay, and my journey has been shaped by service, responsibility, discipline, and a sincere commitment to public welfare. I believe leadership must be rooted in integrity, compassion, and an unwavering dedication to the people. February 14, 2000, marks the beginning of my life’s journey in Bapatla, under the guidance and values of my parents, Shri Parisa Paparao and Smt. Parisa Lakshmi Prameela. Their principles of honesty, perseverance, and social responsibility laid the foundation for my character and continue to guide my personal, professional, and public life.
My educational journey began in Bapatla, with schooling at Bhashyam High School, where my secondary education was successfully concluded in 2014. Later, academic pursuits extended into a Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE). Although that course did not continue to its final stage, the experience added practical understanding, resilience, and adaptability—qualities that have remained valuable
throughout my path.
Alongside these formative years, a strong inclination toward responsibility and leadership gradually shaped my professional vision. Today, I have the privilege of serving as the Chairman of Dfarms and D Infra, roles that have strengthened my administrative abilities, strategic thinking, and understanding of development at both organizational and community levels. These responsibilities have further deepened my belief that progress must always be aligned with public benefit and social advancement. Public service has remained a central pillar of my journey. With a firm commitment to supporting those in need, initiatives such as blood donation camps and free medical camps for poor communities were undertaken on three separate occasions. These efforts reflected not only a humanitarian concern but also a conviction that leadership must express itself through direct and meaningful action.
During the challenging period of the COVID-19 pandemic, service became an even greater responsibility. At a time of uncertainty and hardship for countless families, support was extended through food donation, ration distribution, bedsheet donation, and direct financial assistance to poor people. Those efforts were guided by the belief That in moments of crisis, public duty must be demonstrated through compassion, immediacy, and unwavering solidarity with the people. In 2020, this service-oriented journey naturally progressed into political life. Political entry was not merely a step toward a designation, but an expansion of the same commitment to society, driven by the aspiration to contribute on a broader platform and address public issues with greater institutional impact.
At present, I am entrusted with the responsibility of serving as the Andhra Pradesh State BC Youth President. This role carries both honor and accountability, and it offers an opportunity to work for the empowerment, representation, and advancement of backward-class youth across the state. I firmly believe that the energy, talent, and aspirations of young people must be guided toward constructive leadership and meaningful participation in public life. My political aspiration is centered on serving the people as a Member of the Legislative Assembly. This goal is inspired by a desire to represent public concerns with sincerity, support inclusive development, and ensure that governance remains accessible, responsive, and people-focused. For me, leadership is not defined by position alone, but by the ability to stand with the people and work consistently for their welfare and progress. My journey continues to be guided by values, strengthened by experience, and dedicated to the people of Andhra Pradesh. With humility, determination, and a clear sense of purpose, I remain committed to advancing social welfare, empowering youth, and contributing meaningfully to a future defined by justice, opportunity, and shared prosperity.
