Born on October 12, 1976, in Parigi Village, Penukonda Constituency, Andhra Pradesh, I hail from a respected family as the youngest son of Late Shri. Parigi. Nagaraja Rao and Late Smt. PN Savithramma. I was raised in an environment deeply influenced by Indian epics, mythology, and spiritual teachings. These early experiences instilled in me a strong belief in Hindu philosophy, which continues to guide my values and actions.
I began my formal education at 1990 at MGM High School, Hindupur, and pursued intermediate studies at SDGS Junior College in 1993. My academic journey continued with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from SDGS Degree College, Hindupur, in 1996. Furthering my education, I earned an MBA in 1999 from PESIT in Bangalore, followed by an LLB from Vijayanagar Law College, affiliated with Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur. These qualifications laid a strong foundation for my professional and leadership endeavours.
With over a decade of experience in the corporate sector, I have held key roles in companies like Vamicol, MRF, ICICI Bank, Goodyear, Falken Tyres, and Fourth Force, where I developed expertise in sales, market trends, and business development. My ability to foster strong relationships and drive growth has been a hallmark of my career.
Now I am Practicing as an Advocate. Beyond my professional achievements, I am a passionate advocate for social responsibility. I actively support local charities, community events, and educational initiatives, channelling my success into improving the lives of others.
Motivated by a strong commitment to community service, I entered politics by aligning with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). My decision to join the BJP reflects the dedication to contributing to public welfare and advocating for the betterment of society through political engagement.
As a dedicated philanthropist, I founded the Divya Educational & Charitable Trust in 2018, reflecting my commitment to providing education, healthcare, and resources to marginalized communities. My efforts have supported pregnant women, underprivileged students, and individuals facing medical challenges. In 2021, and 2022 I was honoured with the Best NGO Award for my organization’s exemplary service during the COVID-19 pandemic, showcasing my dedication to community welfare.
I am not only a successful professional but also a community builder, philanthropist, and visionary leader. My commitment to public service and community development continues to inspire positive change in Andhra Pradesh and beyond.

Early Life & Education of Shri Parigi Venugopal Rao
Parigi Venugopal Rao, born on October 12, 1976, in Parigi Village, located in the Penukonda Constituency of Andhra Pradesh, hails from a distinguished family background as the youngest son of Late Shri Parigi. Nagaraja Rao and Late Smt. PN Savithramma was raised in a nurturing environment deeply rooted in the rich traditions of Indian epics, mythology, and spiritual teachings. Parigi Venugopal Rao comes from a respected lineage as the grandson of Late Shri. Parigi Venkobachar and Late Smt. Parigi Seethamma, a prominent landowner in Parigi with a legacy of community contributions. His grandparents, who owned 150 acres of land, generously donated 6 acres of land to the Sri Subramanya Swamy Temple in Parigi, reflecting their deep commitment to spiritual and communal welfare.

Parigi Venugopal Rao’s academic journey commenced in 1990 at MGM High School in Hindupur, where he laid a strong foundation for his future endeavours. In 1993, he continued his intermediate studies at SDGS Junior College, Hindupur, driven by a keen desire to achieve academic excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities in Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)
On August 21, 2024, Parigi Venugopal Rao officially joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) at the BJP state office in Vijayawada. In the presence of Smt. Daggubati Purandeswari, BJP Andhra Pradesh State President who welcomed him into the party. Sri G. Sekhar, the District President of Satya Sai District, was also present and personally introduced Parigi Venugopal Rao to Smt. Daggubati Purandeswari. This significant moment marked Parigi’s formal induction into the BJP, highlighting the party’s growing strength in the region. He also had the opportunity to meet Shri Madhukarji Sanghatan Minister, Mr Bhupathi Rajuji Varma-Central Minister, Mr Chandramouliji, Shri Tapana Chowdary ji BJP state general secretary.
Participation in BJP Party Activities-
At a district meeting focused on party enrollment, held on August 25, 2024, at the Puttaparthi District office, BJP Sathya Sai District President, Sri G. Mohan Sekhar, formally introduced Parigi Venugopal Rao. The event was attended by prominent leaders, including Sri Madhukarji, marking Parigi’s significant entry into the party’s district-level activities.
Shri Parigi Venugopal Rao actively participated in the inaugural district enrollment program held on August 27, 2024, at Lepakshi, Andhra Pradesh. His involvement marked a key moment in the BJP’s membership drive in the region, showcasing his dedication to expanding the party’s grassroots presence. On August 28, 2024, Shri Parigi Venugopal Rao took part in the inauguration ceremony of the newly constructed floor of the VHP (Vishwa Hindu Parishad) building At Kurnool. His presence at the event underscored his support for the organization’s growth and development, contributing to the expansion of its community-focused initiatives.
The newly established BJP offices in Kodigenahalli and Parigi were inaugurated under the leadership of district president Sri. GM Shekhar emphasized that the BJP is the world’s largest political party in terms of membership. Parigi Venugopal Rao, chairman of the Divya Education Charitable Trust in Parigi, recently joined the BJP, bolstering the party’s presence in the mandal. Under the leadership of mandal president Sri. On November 27, 2019, Parigi Venugopal Rao generously sponsored the education expenses of Bhavani, a student who tragically lost her parents. On September 19, 2018, Parigi Venugopal Rao sponsored a napkin vending machine and for the painting of the girls’ waiting room at SDGS College in Hindupur, incurring a total cost of Rs. 50,000. The vending machine, valued at approximately Rs. 22,000, was installed to promote hygiene and convenience for female students. This initiative was carried out in the presence of Prof. Sudhakar, the college principal, and other staff members, reflecting Parigi Venugopal Rao’s commitment to enhancing the educational environment and supporting the well-being of young women in the community.

The Divya Educational and Charitable Trust, under the guidance of Parigi Venugopal Rao, organized the distribution of hand sanitizing machines and face masks to the officers at the Tehsildar, MPDO, and Police Station offices in Parigi. This initiative aimed to enhance safety and hygiene practices within the community during challenging times. Additionally, Parigi Venugopal Rao took the opportunity to present saplings to Tahsildar’s office to promote environmental awareness and sustainability. 15. In the absence of Parigi Venugopal Rao, the administrator of Divya Educational and Charitable Trust, Tirumala Nagar Manager Siva distributed sanitizers to police officers and staff. The sanitizers were handed over to SI Srinivas during the event to ensure the safety and well-being of the police personnel. 16. On January 3, 2020, Parigi Venugopal Rao generously sponsored Rs. 30,000 to the Anantapur District Blind Federation, enabling four blind individuals to secure government jobs through teacher training. Since 2020, Parigi Venugopal Rao has consistently provided 10,000 rupees to the Blind Federation School. The event, which marked a significant contribution to empowering the visually impaired community, was attended by MLA Smt. Jonnalagadda Padmavathy, District Registrar Smt. 17. Following the collapse of Aamir’s house in Mandal Center due to heavy rains, Parigi Venugopal Rao, Chairman of Divine Educational Charitable Trust, extended his support to the affected family. He provided them with essential supplies, including two bags of Sona Masoori rice, 2 kg of toor dal, sugar, jaggery, oil, and dried chilies, offering much-needed relief during their time of distress. 18. Parigi Venugopal Rao sponsored the launch of a book dedicated to the life and legacy of Padma Shri Kallur Subba Rao, a prominent freedom fighter. 20. Since 2015, Parigi Venugopal Rao has been a consistent supporter of Srinidhi Charitable Trust in Kengeri, Bangalore, by sponsoring food for the children under its care.
