Pappula Suresh is the Social Activist and State Vice President of Bharatiya Medical and Sales Representative Association(BMSRA), Telangana.

EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION:

On the 21st of September 1985, Suresh was born to the couple Mr. Pappula Narayana and Mrs. Pappula Lakshmi in the village of Giddemutharam Village in Chityal, Jayshankar Bhupalpalli District in the Indian State of Telangana.

In the year 2001, Suresh acquired his Secondary Board of Education from Sri Vidyaranya Avasa Vidyalayam at Jammikunta in Karimnagar and completed his Intermediate course in 2003 from Sravanthi Junior College at Jammikunta.

He attained his graduation of Degree from Sri Ram Degree College at Jammikunta in 2006 and completed his Post Graduation of MBA from Chaitanya Pg College affiliated with Kakatiya University at Hanamkonda, Telangana in 2013.

PROFESSIONAL CAREER:

Soon after receiving the certificate of Education, Suresh turned into a professional on joining the Bharatiya Medical and Sales Representatives Association(BMSRA) which aimed to improve the living conditions of the Medical Representatives.

His ongoing dedication and true attention continued as the Active Member, and he has since served the welfare of society by carrying out his duties properly and by the rules and regulations.

His ideological determination and generous sincerity appointed him a District Executive Member of Karimnagar in 2011, by contributing to the betterment of society, working relentlessly for the welfare of the people, continuously fighting for society’s growth, and giving desperate service to the society.

In 2012, For his impressive performance during his services, Suresh was designated as the State Vice President of BMSRA of Telangana to serve the people in all ways by working thoroughly all the time for the benefit of humanity, citing code of conduct and disciplinary concerns.

He extended his service and work by being an Indian Mazdoor  Sangh District Committee Member of Jayashankar Bhupalpally by further enhancing his responsibilities, always thinking about their welfare, and garnering great respect from the populace.

Activities Performed Recently:

  • Suresh and his team leaders held several dharnas, protests, and rallies for the recognition of medical representatives (also known as field workers) whose services were revealed to be unregulated by law.
  • The BMSRA sought that the government recognizes medical representatives as workers by designating them specifically in the Trade Union Act.
  • The BMSRA, as the pharmaceutical industry’s sole operating national organization, is actively combating the impacts of globalization.
  • Under the aegis of the Indian Mazdoor Sangh, workers staged a dharna in front of the Provident Fund office in Karimnagar. They sought an increase in the basic pension from Rs 1,000 to Rs 5,000 as part of a statewide protest, as well as an increase in Dearness Allowance in step with rising costs and a chance for retirees under the Aayushman Bharat plan.
  • The BMSRA was advised not to relocate the city’s historic vegetable market, since doing so would endanger the lives of the poor, and take prompt action to guarantee that municipal authorities and traffic officers supply complete identification cards to street vendors.
  • BMSRA’s goal is to organize company-wide field employees to defend their labor rights. Its goal is to get recognition from a variety of businesses across all sectors to enhance working and service conditions. It also seeks to establish grievance committees in all firms so that conflicts in day-to-day work may be handled via bilateral discussions.
  • BMSRA also works with its members to modify labor legislation, such as extending minimum pay, establishing statutory work regulations, and providing bonuses and gratuities to all employees.
