Early Life And Education:
On 4th June 1977, Pannala Kondal Reddy was born to a couple, Mr.Pannala Laxma Reddy, in the Aushapur Village, Ghatkesar Mandal, Malkajgiri District in the Indian State of Telangana.
Pannala Kondal Reddy acquired his Secondary Board of Education from Gurukul Residence High School located at Ghatkesar in 1992. And he completed his Intermediate at Gurukul Junior College, Located in Ghatkesar, from 1992 to 1994
He completed his B.Com Degree at PG College OU, Located in Secunderabad, from 1994 to 1997 and his LLB in PMR Law College from 2001 to 2003, and completed his M.com in OU from 1999 to 2001. And Kondal reddy Acquired M.A Generalism in OU Hyderabad From 2001 to 2003
Kondal Reddy as an Advocate from 2003 to 2006:
Kondal Reddy practiced as an Advocate from 2003 to 2006 in Secunderabad court and Ranga Reddy Court in Telangana. During this time, he gained valuable experience in the legal field, representing clients in various cases and developing his skills as a lawyer.
