Pallepati Satyanarayana is an Indian politician serving as the Ex MPP of the Yadagirigutta Mandal in Telangana state.

Satyanarayana, former MPP (Mandal Praja Parishad) of Yadagirigutta in Telangana state, is a great Activist. He is a great man who is very popular in public service. A powerful great struggle leader in Indian politics.

EARLY LIFE & EDUCATION –

Satyanarayana was born in Yadagirigutta, Telangana (now Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri District) on 04 December 1954 in a Pallepati family. His father was Pallepati Lakshminarasayya, and his mother was Pallepati Lakshmi. They resided in Yadagirigutta in the Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri district in the state of Telangana.

When Satyanarayana was born, the family was teeming with pleasures. Under the influence of mother Lakshmi, Indian traditions and festivals were held at home. Satyanarayana learned traditional methods from his parents.

Satyanarayana got married to Pallepati Suguna after completing his education.

Satyanarayana completed his Higher Second Class (HSC) schooling at Zilla Praja Parishad School in Yadagirigutta in 1969.

His training course during his school days impressed him. Satyanarayana completed his studies with more enthusiasm.

PROFESSIONAL CAREER –

After completing his education in 1970, he started farming on his farm.

Joined (HSCL) Hindustan Steelworks Construction Limited as Work Assistant in 1971. HSCL is a Central Government organization. After that, his job became permanent.

Satyanarayana continued his duties at HSCL from 1971-1978. He resigned from his job in 1979.

POLITICAL CAREER –

While working, Satyanarayana used to go to every place where political meetings were held in neighboring villages in his Mandal and participate in the meetings. He came in contact with political leaders in those meetings. That’s how he got interested in politics.

At that time, he resigned from his job due to his interest in politics and entered the political arena in 1979. At that stage, all the political parties were almost full of moderate politicians. That is why he was not interested in joining any party. He wanted to contest as an independent.

In 1980, he contested as Sarpanch from Mallapur Grama Panchayati Samiti Alair Assembly in Yadagirigutta Mandal and lost by a narrow margin.

Satyanarayana had great respect for Indian culture, and he pursued his political career as a public servant. At that time, he was ready to participate in activities encouraging youths like him to join politics.

In 1981, he contested the elections of the Primary Agricultural Credit Society (PACS) and won as Chairman. He not only won but also helped 11 people in his panel to win.

He handled other villages (Dattaipalli, Velpalli, Konapur, Ibrahimpur, and Balya Thanda) in Yadagirigutta Mandal as PACS Chairman. He continued his duties as PACS Chairman from 1981-1984.

A Career in Organization

BC Welfare Association:

The BC Department of Welfare is a division of the Department of Social Welfare.

In 1981, Satyanarayana Founded BC Welfare Association in Alair Assembly. He served as a General Secretary.

Satyanarayana started this institution for the welfare and development of the people of the backward classes.

He aims to promote the following measures for the backward classes:

• Educational advancement
• Economic development
• Implementation of programs to promote social integration

Duties performed by Satyanarayana for Backward Classes-

• He provides transport facilities for students going to schools and colleges in villages.
• To provide quality education to talented backward-class students by providing them with scholarships from Govt.
• He provides adequate support to low-income families and leads them forward.
• To provide education to backward-class students by providing them admission to residential schools.
• Helping helpless women and providing them with work.
• Providing regular scholarships and hostel facilities to helpless students.
• Providing accessible coaching facilities to backward-class students.

Mudiraj Welfare Association:

In 1981, Satyanarayana founded Mudiraj Welfare Association in Nalgonda Division in Andhra Pradesh. He served as a General Secretary.

Satyanarayana Mudiraj founded this organization for the upliftment of the people and to move forward toward statehood.

Duties Performed by Satyanarayana for Mudiraj Welfare Association –

• It should be ensured that the Mudiraj castes stay united and move forward toward state power.
• Youth should be made dynamic and lead forward in politics.
• If someone is left behind and in financial trouble, everyone should support them together.
• Help the helpless and lead them forward.
• Help the Mudiraj castes to grow up educationally and economically.
• To show a better way to the unemployed.

Involvement & Participation in Telugu Desam Party –

Satyanarayana joined the Telugu Desam Party in 1982 under Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao in Yadagirigutta. After joining the TDP party, Satyanarayana started doing more public service under the inspiration of Rama Rao, thus, he became a popular leader.

In 1983, he went to the Nalgonda district as a Representative of TDP.

After that, in 1983, he was selected as Telugu Youth Convenor of Aleru Constituency.

As the Telugu youth convener, he helped them grow and invigorate them.

Satyanarayana was elected as TDP Party President in Yadagirigutta Mandal in 1985. He continued his duties from 1985-1987.

After that, in 1987, he was nominated as Food Advisory Member.

Moreover, in 1987, he was selected as Nalgonda District Land Assignment Committee Member.

Satyanarayana went on a campaign trip to all corners of his constituency to sensitize the people. He stole people’s hearts by constantly traveling and lecturing.

In 1985, he was elected as an Alair Constituency Development Committee Member. He served from 1985-1987.

After that, in 1987, he contested as Yadagirigutta MPP and won with a landslide majority.

He took up a passionate topic of protecting people’s self-respect and deeply influenced people’s sentiments. He would go to the people and know their needs and help them.

In 1987 he was elected as a Nalgonda District Praja Parishad Standard Committee Member. Later in the same year, he was elected as a District Selection Committee Member. And was elected as a Transport Advisory Committee Member.

He performed his duties in the Nalgonda district from 1987-1992.

Satyanarayana was elected as TDP Party President from Yadagirigutta Mandal in 1992; from 1992-1998, he was elected as the Party President three times.

After that, in 1994, he was selected as the General Secretary of the party and continued till 1996.

Career in (PRP) Praja Rajyam Party:

Satyanarayana, who had then served in the Telugu Desam Party, took Konidela Sivashankara Varaprasad (Chiranjeevi) as his role model, who later entered politics from the film industry for public service.

Satyanarayana joined the Praja Rajyam Party in 2009 under the leadership of Chiranjeevi.

Family Participation in Politics

Pallepati Suguna:

She is a very intelligent person, as befits the name of Pallepati Suguna. A woman of great virtue who follows in her husband’s footsteps. Suguna entered politics along with her husband.

Suguna contested as Sarpanch of Yadagirigutta in 1999; she lost by a narrow margin.

After that, he contested from Yadagirigutta Mandal in the 1999 ZPTC elections, and she lost by a narrow margin.

Suguna was a brave woman who walked forward without being disappointed that she was defeated.

Again she contested the MPTC elections in 2001.

In this even election, she contested against Gongidi Sunitha Mahender Reddy from Yadagirigutta Mandal without backing down. But her hard work was in vain, and she lost by 100 votes.

She was never disappointed that she did not have a position. With the courage given by her husband, she moved forward, doing more public service. She inspires and empowers helpless women by giving them employment.

Telangana Movement:

• He participated in every rally and initiation of the Telangana movement for the fulfillment of the long-standing wish of the people of Telangana.
• He participated in every program and managed his responsibilities effectively for the emergence of Telangana State, home to its rich history and unique cultures.
• Every program that was held during Telangana Movement, like Vanta Warpu, Bathukamma, and Bonalu, was organized.
• Rallies were held to pay homage to many martyrs who sacrificed their lives for Telangana. 
• He participated in the movement without stopping despite the lati charges by the police to disperse the movement.
• Colleges and schools were closed and accompanied the students and led them on the path of movement.

Activities are done by Pallepati:

• During Elections, he actively participated in the Door-to-Door election campaign and worked hard to bring more voters to win the party in his locality.
• He participated in the executive committee meeting organized by Party in the Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri district.
• He conveyed and explained to the people the greatness of the party and the symbol and ideology of the Party to the party leaders.
• Public awareness programs are organized in every village and town, and party symbol is made known to every house.
• In protest against the anti-farmer policies of the state government, he participated in the farmers’ dharna program in front of the Yadadri – Bhuvanagiri District Collectorate.
• He carries out his responsibilities while looking after the welfare of the people in the village and zone. He financially assisted the town’s poor people and helped them in all possible ways when needed.
• Participated in the flag unveiling program on the occasion of Independence Day and unveiled the flag.
• By notifying the issues in the village, he solved many problems and gave Pensions like -Widow Pensions,old-age pensions, and Handicapped Pensions, and also dispensed White Ration Cards in the town.
• A free Health Camp and Blood Donation camp have been conducted under the auspicious National Leaders Birth Anniversary in the areas of the weaker section.
• He has constantly been fighting against anti-people decisions of the central and state governments and has staged many protests and dharnas.
• He was briefing the people on the welfare schemes introduced by the government for the upliftment of the backward classes through a mobilization Program.
• On the occasion of National Girl Child Day, awareness programs were organized among people about the importance of girl children.
• He participated in the Aleru constituency polling booth committee members meeting.
• He organizes the Swachh Bharat program in his constituency areas to keep roads, surroundings, drainage, and canals free of mosquitoes, bugs, and insects.
• He provides adequate support to the students and guides them forward.
• As part of the Harita Haram program, sensitized people to plant saplings everywhere and distributed saplings to them.
• To commemorate the birth anniversary of the freedom fighters, the students of the government schools were given gifts like books, pens, and exam pads.
• Satyanarayana would provide necessities like rice and pulses to the family if any poor people in his village died.
• He helps educate Dalit women about their development and encourages them to avail government schemes by employing disadvantaged women.
• In all Yadagirigutta Mandal villages, ponds and the lame were repaired and CC roads and link roads were constructed.

Programs undertaken by Pallepati Satyanarayana-

• On the first day after taking oath as Yadagirigutta MPP at Yadagirigutta Mandal center, 20 to 30 water connections were made from Devasthanam Employees Colony to the Gandhi Nagar monument. The paucity of fresh water was a major issue at the time, and it was resolved on the day of swearing-in.
• One lakh rupees were pledged for the construction of additional classrooms in the following villages:
  Meduguntapally, Rayikantapalli, Giribomagudem, Aregudem, Secindernagar, Motakondur, Vartoor, Vangapalli, Ramajipeta, Peddakondukur, Chinkandukur, Tallagudem, Bahupeta, Yashojigudem, Kacharam, Dharmareddygudem, Saduvelli, Gouraipalli, Yadagiripalli, Mallapuram,Rallajangaon, Lappanayak Thanda, Saidapur, Gangasanipalli.
• House plots and construction of houses for the weaker sections All the villages in Yadagirigutta have been allotted house plots and houses have been constructed.
• Rakshitha Water Schemes:
  1. Rs.1 lakh has been provided to Yadagirigutta Mandal villages in Mallapur, Yadagirigutta, Gouraipalli, Masaipet, Vangapally, Jangampalli, Rallajangaon, Motakondur, Vartoor, Saduvelly, Kacharam, Bavepeta, and Mayibubpeta under the Overhead Tank (TRWS) scheme.
  2. The Mini Water Tank (MPWS) project has provided sixty thousand rupees to the villages of Jangampalli, Saduvelly, Mailargadda Thanda, Lappanayak Thanda, and Kamatamgudem.

• Shopping complex for Harijan unemployed
• Social Forest, Transformers, Library, Business Loans, Minority Loans
• Substations (33/11 KV) at Gouraipally, Pottimarri, Yadagirigutta
• Streetlights from Yadagiripally center to SC Colony
• All the villages in Yadagirigutta Mandal have installed new street lights.
• Dhobi Gaat was built in Yadagiripalli, Kacharam
• Arch leading to Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple (Arch above Yadagirigutta Temple) and Arch at Vangapalli were built
• A new bore has been drilled in the old Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple for drinking water.
• 100 to 150 hand pumps were installed all over Yadagirigutta Mandal.
• Under (DRDA) Schemes: Agriculture, Wells (for Harijan, Tribal, Badugu, Weaker, All Social Communities)
  1. Agriculture Bore Wells, 100 MWell Bores (RWS), and Electric Motors have been given in all villages of Yadagirigutta through Telugu Gramin Kendra Scheme.
  2. Buses have been arranged for villages that do not have bus facilities over Yadagirigutta Mandal
  3. The Harijan complex was built in Yadagirigutta as an Industrial Center for Vishwa Brahmins. 80 people were given work tools from self-employment.
  4. 370 people were given jobs in Premier Explosive Company.
  5. In Yadagirigutta, shops were set up for 20 people on top of the mound.
• In the Mandal of Yadagirigutta, tools related to their respective professions were given to all the villages of all the professions.
• In Kacharam and Vangapalli villages, the land was given to the poor and Harijan families from one acre to two acres. 200 acres were given.
  Over 1000 of the surplus lands of the government were given to the poor.
• All villages in Yadagirigutta Mandal have been granted link roads.
• Gram panchayat buildings have been constructed in villages in Yadagirigutta Mandal (Motakondur, Mallapur, Ramajipet, Vangapalli).
• Hostel buildings Motakondur (1) and Yadagirigutta (2) are newly constructed
• Cows, Buffaloes, Sheep, and Goats are given through the DRDS scheme to all the eligible villages of Yadagirigutta Mandal.
• Power loan certificates were given to everyone in the village by the handloom industry for the Padmasali of Saduvelli village.
• Carts, horseshoes, and Wheel Carts were given freely in Yadagirigutta.
• In the Yadagirigutta Mandal, 240 yards of land were given to the beneficiaries and 22 press workers. About 32 Acres, Survey No. 16,17,18.

Pandemic Activities:

• During the pandemic, he distributed fruits, lunch packets, and water bottles to people living on roadsides. In addition, he provided free blankets to those people. He donated financially to the cause and provided bags of food and rice to the migrants.
• During the Corona crisis, he conducted an annadanam program for front-line workers, including police officers, municipal employees, and village members.
• To combat the spread of the pandemic in Corona, he organized an awareness campaign focusing on keeping a safe distance from infected people and using appropriate safety precautions.
• He also provided vitamin tablets, masks, and sanitizers to the victims of the Covid virus, along with financial assistance.
• Even after the second wave of Covid infection, Satyanarayana continued to help other people.
• The residents of the village, as well as others in need, received vegetables and fruits from him. Awareness was organized in camps and seminars on Covid-19 vaccination and the consequences of the virus.
• He informed the residents about the necessary safety measures and precautions to be taken when the area contaminated with coronavirus is identified as the red zone.
• The Covid Immunization Drive was organized in response to Prime Minister Modi’s appeal to create awareness among the general public about the need for free Corona vaccination.
• During the pandemic, a door-to-door survey was conducted to create awareness about the virus covid and the precautions to be followed.

పల్లెపాటి సత్యనారాయణ ముధిరాజ్

తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రంలోని యాదగిరిగుట్ట మాజీ ఎంపీపీ (మండల్ ప్రజా పరిషత్).  సత్యనారాయణ గారు గొప్ప కార్యకర్త. ప్రజాసేవలో ఎంతో ఆదరణ పొందిన మహానుభావుడు. భారత రాజకీయాల్లో శక్తివంతమైన గొప్ప పోరాట నాయకుడు.

ప్రారంభ రోజుల్లో

జననం మరియు కుటుంబ నేపథ్యం:

సత్యనారాయణ గారు తెలంగాణలోని యాదగిరిగుట్టలో (ప్రస్తుతం యాదాద్రి-భువనగిరి జిల్లా) 04 డిసెంబర్ 1954న పల్లెపాటి వారి కుటుంబంలో జన్మించారు. ఇతని తండ్రి పల్లెపాటి లక్ష్మీనరసయ్య గారు, తల్లి పల్లెపాటి లక్ష్మి గారు. వీరు తెలంగాణలోని యాదాద్రి భువనగిరి జిల్లా యాదగిరిగుట్టలో నివాసం ఉంటున్నారు.

సత్యనారాయణ గారు జన్మించినప్పుడు వారి కుటుంబం ఆనందాలతో నిండిపోయింది. తల్లి గారి లక్ష్మి ప్రభావంతో ఇంట్లో భారతీయ సంప్రదాయాలు, పండుగలు జరిగాయి. సత్యనారాయణ గారు తన తల్లిదండ్రుల వద్ద సంప్రదాయ పద్ధతులను నేర్చుకున్నారు.

సత్యనారాయణ గారి చదువు పూర్తయిన తర్వాత పల్లెపాటి సుగుణతో గారితో వివాహమైంది.

చదువు:

సత్యనారాయణ గారు 1969లో యాదగిరిగుట్టలోని జిల్లా ప్రజా పరిషత్ పాఠశాలలో తన హయ్యర్ సెకండ్ క్లాస్ (హెచ్‌ఎస్‌సి ) పాఠశాల విద్యను పూర్తి చేశారు.

చదువుకునే రోజుల్లో అతని శిక్షణా కోర్సు అతన్ని ఆకట్టుకుంది. సత్యనారాయణ గారు మరింత ఉత్సాహంతో చదువు పూర్తి చేసారు.

వృత్తి:

వారు 1970లో చదువు పూర్తయ్యాక తన పొలంలో వ్యవసాయం చేయడం ప్రారంభించారు.

1971లో (HSCL) హిందుస్థాన్ స్టీల్‌వర్క్స్ కన్‌స్ట్రక్షన్ లిమిటెడ్‌లో వర్క్ అసిస్టెంట్‌గా చేరారు. HSCL అనేది కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ సంస్థ. ఆ తర్వాత అతని ఉద్యోగం పర్మినెంట్ అయింది.

సత్యనారాయణ గారు 1971-1978 వరకు హెచ్‌ఎస్‌సిఎల్‌లో వారి విధులు కొనసాగించారు. 1979లో ఉద్యోగానికి రాజీనామా చేశారు.

రాజకీయాల్లోకి ప్రవేశం:

సత్యనారాయణ గారు తన వృత్తిని కొనసాగిస్తూనే తన మండలంలోని పొరుగు గ్రామాల్లో రాజకీయ సభలు జరిగిన ప్రతి ప్రదేశానికి వెళ్లి సభల్లో పాల్గొనేవాడు. ఆ సమావేశాల్లో రాజకీయ నేతలతో పరిచయం ఏర్పరుచుకున్నారు. దాంతో వారికీ రాజకీయాలపై ఆసక్తి ఏర్పడింది.

అప్పట్లో రాజకీయాలపై ఆసక్తితో ఉద్యోగానికి రాజీనామా చేసి 1979లో రాజకీయ రంగ ప్రవేశం చేశారు.

ఆ దశలో రాజకీయ పార్టీలన్నీ దాదాపు మితవాద రాజకీయ నాయకులతో నిండిపోయాయి. అందుకే ఏ పార్టీలో చేరేందుకు ఆసక్తి చూపలేదు. స్వతంత్ర అభ్యర్థిగా పోటీ చేయాలనుకున్నారు.

1980లో యాదగిరిగుట్ట మండలం మల్లాపూర్ గ్రామ పంచాయతీ సమితి ఆలేరు అసెంబ్లీ నుంచి సర్పంచ్‌గా పోటీ చేసి స్వల్ప ఓట్ల తేడాతో ఓడిపోయారు.

సత్యనారాయణ గారికి భారతీయ సంస్కృతి పట్ల గొప్ప గౌరవం ఉంది.  ప్రజా సేవకుడిగా తన రాజకీయ జీవితాన్ని కొనసాగించారు. ఆ సమయంలో తనలాంటి యువకులను రాజకీయాల్లోకి వచ్చేలా ప్రోత్సహించే కార్యక్రమాల్లో పాల్గొనేందుకు సిద్ధమయ్యారు.

1981లో ప్రైమరీ అగ్రికల్చరల్ క్రెడిట్ సొసైటీ (PACS) ఎన్నికల్లో పోటీ చేసి చైర్మన్‌గా గెలుపొందారు. వారు గెలవడమే కాకుండా తన ప్యానెల్‌లోని 11 మందిని గెలిపించడానికి సహాయం చేశాడు.

యాదగిరిగుట్ట మండలంలోని ఇతర గ్రామాల (దత్తాయిపల్లి, వేల్‌పల్లి, కోనాపూర్‌, ఇబ్రహీంపూర్‌, బాల్య తండా) PACS చైర్మన్‌గా వ్యవహరించారు.

1981-1984 వరకు PACS చైర్మన్‌గా తన బాధ్యతలను కొనసాగించారు.

సంస్థలో జీవితం

బీసీ సంక్షేమ సంఘం:

బీసీ సంక్షేమ శాఖ అనేది సాంఘిక సంక్షేమ శాఖలో ఒక విభాగం.

1981లో సత్యనారాయణ గారు ఆలేరు అసెంబ్లీలో బీసీ సంక్షేమ సంఘాన్ని స్థాపించారు. దాంట్లో వారు ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శిగా పనిచేశారు.

సత్యనారాయణ గారు వెనుకబడిన తరగతుల ప్రజల సంక్షేమం, అభివృద్ధి కోసం ఈ సంస్థను ప్రారంభించారు.

వెనుకబడిన తరగతుల కోసం ఈ క్రింది చర్యలను ప్రోత్సహించడం ఆయన లక్ష్యం:

• విద్యా పురోగతి
• ఆర్థికాభివృద్ధి
• సామాజిక ఏకీకరణను ప్రోత్సహించడానికి కార్యక్రమాల అమలు

• ప్రతిభావంతులైన వెనుకబడిన తరగతి విద్యార్థులకు ప్రభుత్వం నుండి స్కాలర్‌షిప్‌లను అందించడం ద్వారా వారికి నాణ్యమైన విద్యను అందించడం.
• నిస్సహాయ కుటుంబాలకు తగిన సహకారం అందించి ముందుకు నడిపించడం.
• వెనుకబడిన తరగతుల విద్యార్థులకు రెసిడెన్షియల్ పాఠశాలల్లో ప్రవేశం కల్పించడం ద్వారా విద్యను అందించడం.
• నిస్సహాయ మహిళలకు సహాయం చేయడం మరియు వారికి పని కల్పించడం.
• నిస్సహాయ విద్యార్థులకు రెగ్యులర్ స్కాలర్‌షిప్‌లు మరియు హాస్టల్ సౌకర్యాలను అందించడం.
• వెనుకబడిన తరగతి విద్యార్థులకు అందుబాటులో ఉన్న కోచింగ్ సౌకర్యాలను అందించడం.

ముదిరాజ్ సంక్షేమ సంఘం:

1981లో సత్యనారాయణ గారు ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ లోని నల్గొండ డివిజన్‌లో ముదిరాజ్ సంక్షేమ సంఘాన్ని స్థాపించారు. దాంట్లో వారు ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శిగా పనిచేశారు.

సత్యనారాయణ గారు ముదిరాజ్ ప్రజల అభ్యున్నతి కోసం మరియు రాజ్యాధికారం వైపు ముందుకు సాగడం కోసం ఈ సంస్థను స్థాపించారు.

సత్యనారాయణ గారు 1982లో యాదగిరిగుట్టలో నందమూరి తారక రామారావు గారి ఆధ్వర్యంలో తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీలో చేరారు.

టీడీపీ పార్టీలో చేరిన తర్వాత రామారావు గారి స్ఫూర్తితో సత్యనారాయణ గారు మరింత ప్రజాసేవ చేయడం ప్రారంభించి ప్రజాకర్షక నేతగా ఎదిగారు.

1983లో టీడీపీ ప్రతినిధిగా నల్గొండ జిల్లాకు వెళ్లారు.

ఆ తర్వాత 1983లో ఆలేరు నియోజకవర్గ తెలుగు యువత కన్వీనర్‌గా ఎంపికయ్యారు.

తెలుగు యువత కన్వీనర్‌గా వారి యువతలో ఎదుగుదల, చైతన్యం నింపేందుకు వారు కృషి చేశారు.

1985లో యాదగిరిగుట్ట మండలం టీడీపీ పార్టీ అధ్యక్షుడిగా ఎన్నికైన సత్యనారాయణ గారు. 1985-1987 వరకు విధుల్లో కొనసాగారు.

ఆ తర్వాత 1987లో ఫుడ్ అడ్వైజరీ మెంబర్‌గా నామినేట్ అయ్యారు.

అంతేకాదు 1987లో నల్గొండ జిల్లా ల్యాండ్ అసైన్‌మెంట్ కమిటీ మెంబర్‌గా ఎంపికయ్యారు.

సత్యనారాయణ గారు తన నియోజకవర్గం నలుమూలల ప్రచార యాత్రకు వెళ్లి ప్రజలను చైతన్యవంతులను చేశారు. నిరంతరం ప్రయాణాలు చేస్తూ, ఉపన్యాసాలు ఇస్తూ ప్రజల హృదయాలను దోచుకున్నారు.

1985లో ఆలేరు నియోజకవర్గం అభివృద్ధి కమిటీ సభ్యునిగా ఎన్నికయ్యారు. అతను 1985-1987 వరకు పనిచేశారు.

ఆ తర్వాత 1987లో యాదగిరిగుట్ట ఎంపీపీగా పోటీ చేసి అఖండ మెజారిటీతో గెలుపొందారు.

వారు ప్రజల ఆత్మగౌరవాన్ని కాపాడే ఉద్వేగభరితమైన అంశాన్ని తీసుకున్నారు మరియు ప్రజల మనోభావాలను తీవ్రంగా ప్రభావితం చేశారు. మరియు ప్రజల వద్దకు వెళ్లి వారి అవసరాలు తెలుసుకుని వారికి సాయం చేసేవారు.

1987లో నల్గొండ జిల్లా ప్రజాపరిషత్ స్టాండర్డ్ కమిటీ సభ్యునిగా ఎన్నికయ్యారు. అదే సంవత్సరం, వారు జిల్లా ఎంపిక కమిటీ సభ్యునిగా ఎన్నికయ్యారు. మరియు రవాణా సలహా కమిటీ సభ్యునిగా ఎన్నికయ్యారు.

1987-1992 వరకు నల్గొండ జిల్లాలో విధులు నిర్వహించారు.

సత్యనారాయణ గారు 1992లో యాదగిరిగుట్ట మండలం నుంచి టీడీపీ పార్టీ అధ్యక్షుడిగా ఎన్నికయ్యారు. 1992-1998 వరకు మూడుసార్లు పార్టీ అధ్యక్షుడిగా ఎన్నికయ్యారు.

ఆ తర్వాత 1994లో పార్టీ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శిగా ఎంపికై 1996 వరకు కొనసాగారు.

(PRP) ప్రజారాజ్యం పార్టీలో జీవితం:

ఆ తర్వాత తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీలో పనిచేసిన సత్యనారాయణ గారు, ప్రజాసేవ కోసం సినీరంగం నుంచి రాజకీయాల్లోకి వచ్చిన కొణిదెల శివశంకర వరప్రసాద్ (చిరంజీవి) గారిని ఆదర్శంగా తీసుకున్నారు.

సత్యనారాయణ గారు 2009లో చిరంజీవి గారి నేతృత్వంలో ప్రజారాజ్యం పార్టీలో చేరారు.

రాజకీయాల్లో కుటుంబ భాగస్వామ్యం

పల్లెపాటి సుగుణ:

పల్లెపాటి సుగుణ గారు పేరుకు తగినట్లుగా ఆమె సుగుణవంతురాలు. భర్త అడుగుజాడల్లో నడిచే గొప్ప ధర్మం కలిగిన స్త్రీ. సుగుణ గారు తన భర్తతో కలిసి రాజకీయాల్లోకి ప్రవేశించారు.

సుగుణ గారు 1999లో యాదగిరిగుట్ట సర్పంచ్‌గా పోటీ చేసి స్వల్ప తేడాతో ఓడిపోయారు.

ఆ తర్వాత 1999లో జరిగిన జెడ్పీటీసీ ఎన్నికల్లో యాదగిరిగుట్ట మండలం నుంచి పోటీ చేసి స్వల్ప ఓట్ల తేడాతో ఓడిపోయారు.

ఓడిపోయానని నిరాశ చెందకుండా ముందుకు నడిచిన ధీర వనిత సుగుణ గారు.

మళ్లీ 2001లో జరిగిన ఎంపీటీసీ ఎన్నికల్లో పోటీ చేసారు.

ఈ ఎన్నికల్లో కూడా ఆమె వెనక్కి తగ్గకుండా యాదగిరిగుట్ట మండలం నుంచి గొంగిడి సునీత మహేందర్‌రెడ్డిపై పోటీ చేశారు. అయితే ఆమె చేసిన కృషి ఫలించకపోవడంతో 100 ఓట్ల తేడాతో ఓడిపోయింది.

తనకు పదవి రాలేదని ఆమె ఎప్పుడూ నిరాశ చెందలేదు. భర్త ఇచ్చిన ధైర్యంతో మరింత ప్రజాసేవ చేస్తూ ముందుకు సాగింది. ఆమె నిస్సహాయ మహిళలకు ఉపాధి కల్పించడం ద్వారా వారికి స్ఫూర్తినిస్తుంది.

తెలంగాణ ఉద్యమంలో పల్లెపాటి సత్యనారాయణ గారు చేసిన కార్యక్రమాలు:

• తెలంగాణ ప్రజల చిరకాల వాంఛ నెరవేరడం కోసం తెలంగాణ ఉద్యమంలో ప్రతి ర్యాలీ, దీక్షలో పాల్గొన్నారు.
• గొప్ప చరిత్రకు, విశిష్ట సంస్కృతులకు నిలయమైన తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర ఆవిర్భావానికి ప్రతి కార్యక్రమంలో పాల్గొని వారి బాధ్యతలను సమర్థవంతంగా నిర్వహించారు.
• తెలంగాణ ఉద్యమంలో వంటా వార్పు, బతుకమ్మ, బోనాలు ఇలా ప్రతి కార్యక్రమాన్ని నిర్వహించారు.
• తెలంగాణ కోసం ప్రాణత్యాగం చేసిన ఎందరో అమరవీరులకు నివాళులర్పిస్తూ ర్యాలీలు నిర్వహించారు.
• ఉద్యమాన్ని చెదరగొట్టేందుకు పోలీసులు లాఠీచార్జి చేసినా ఆగకుండా ఉద్యమంలో పాల్గొన్నారు.
• కళాశాలలు, పాఠశాలలు మూసివేసి విద్యార్థులకు తోడుగా నిలిచి ఉద్యమ బాట పట్టారు.

పల్లెపాటి సత్యనారాయణ గారు చేసిన కార్యక్రమాలు:

• ఎన్నికల సమయంలో, వారు ఇంటింటికీ ఎన్నికల ప్రచారంలో చురుకుగా పాల్గొన్నారు మరియు వారి ప్రాంతంలో పార్టీని గెలిపించడానికి ఎక్కువ మంది ఓటర్లను తీసుకురావడానికి కృషి చేశారు.
• యాదాద్రి భువనగిరి జిల్లాలో పార్టీ ఆధ్వర్యంలో నిర్వహించిన కార్యవర్గ సమావేశంలో ఆయన పాల్గొన్నారు.

• ఆలేరు నియోజకవర్గ పోలింగ్ బూత్ కమిటీ సభ్యుల సమావేశంలో ఆయన పాల్గొన్నారు.

• మేడుగుంటపల్లి, రాయికంతపల్లి, గిరిబొమ్మగూడెం, ఆరెగూడెం, సికిందర్‌నగర్‌, మోటకొండూరు, వర్టూర్‌, వంగపల్లి, రామాజీపేట, పెద్దకొండకూరు, చినకందుకూరు, తాళ్లగూడెం, బాహుపేట, యాశోజిగూడెం, ధర్మాయిగూడెం, మల్లూర్‌పల్లి, యశోజీగూడెం, ధర్మాయిపల్లి, కాచరెంపల్లి, కాచరెంపల్లిలో అదనపు పాఠశాల గదుల నిర్మాణానికి లక్ష రూపాయలు రాళ్లజంగావ్, లప్పనాయక్ తండా, సైదాపూర్, గంగసానిపల్లి గ్రామాలను అందజేయడం జరిగింది.

• రక్షిత మంచి నీటి పథకాలు:1. ఓవర్ హెడ్ ట్యాంక్ (టీఆర్ డబ్ల్యూఎస్) పథకం కింద మల్లాపూర్, యాదగిరిగుట్ట, గౌరాయిపల్లి, మాసాయిపేట్, వంగపల్లి, జంగంపల్లి, రాళ్లజనగాం, మూటకొండూరు, వర్తూరు, సాదువెల్లి, కాచారం, బావేపేట, మాయిబుబ్పేట గ్రామాల్లో గ్రామీణులకు రూ.లక్ష అందించారు.
  2. మినీ వాటర్ ట్యాంక్ (MPWS) పథకం కింద, జంగంపల్లి, సాదువెల్లి, మైలర్‌గడ్డ తండా, లప్పనాయక్ తండా, కమతంగూడెం గ్రామంలో అరవై వేల రూపాయలు అందించారు.

• యాదగిరిగుట్ట మండలంలో అన్ని వృత్తుల వారి వారి వృత్తులకు సంబంధించిన పనిముట్లను అన్ని గ్రామాలకు అందజేశారు.
• కాచారం, వంగపల్లి గ్రామాల్లో పేద, హరిజన కుటుంబాలకు ఎకరం నుంచి రెండెకరాల వరకు భూమి ఇచ్చారు. 200 ఎకరాలు ఇచ్చారు.
• ప్రభుత్వ మిగులు భూముల్లో 1000కు పైగా పేదలకు ఇచ్చారు.
• యాదగిరిగుట్ట మండలంలోని అన్ని గ్రామాలకు లింకురోడ్లు మంజూరయ్యాయి.
• యాదగిరిగుట్ట మండలం (మోటకొండూరు, మల్లాపూర్, రామాజీపేట్, వంగపల్లి) గ్రామాల్లో గ్రామ పంచాయతీ భవనాలు నిర్మించారు.
• హాస్టల్ భవనాలు మోటకొండూర్ (1), యాదగిరిగుట్ట (2) కొత్తగా నిర్మించబడ్డాయి
• యాదగిరిగుట్ట మండలంలోని అర్హులైన అన్ని గ్రామాలకు ఆవులు, గేదెలు, గొర్రెలు, మేకలను డీఆర్‌డీఎస్ పథకం ద్వారా అందజేస్తారు.
• సాదువెల్లి గ్రామానికి చెందిన పద్మశాలికి చేనేత పరిశ్రమ ద్వారా గ్రామంలోని ప్రతి ఒక్కరికీ పవర్ లోన్ సర్టిఫికెట్లు అందజేశారు.
• యాదగిరిగుట్టలో బండ్లు, గుర్రపుడెక్కలు, చక్రాల బండి ఉచితంగా ఇచ్చారు.
• యాదగిరిగుట్ట మండలంలో 240 గజాల స్థలాన్ని లబ్ధిదారులకు, 22 మంది ప్రెస్‌ కార్మికులకు అందజేశారు. సుమారు 32 ఎకరాలు, సర్వే నెం. 16,17,18.

మహమ్మారి కార్యకలాపాలు:

• మహమ్మారి సమయంలో, అతను రోడ్లపై నివసించే ప్రజలకు పండ్లు, భోజనం ప్యాకెట్లు మరియు వాటర్ బాటిళ్లను పంపిణీ చేశారు. అంతేకాకుండా ప్రజలకు ఉచితంగా దుప్పట్లు అందించారు. అతను ఈ కార్యక్రమానికి ఆర్థికంగా విరాళం అందించారు మరియు వలస వచ్చిన వారికి ఆహారం మరియు బియ్యం సంచులను అందించారు.

• మహమ్మారి సమయంలో, వైరస్ గురించి అనుసరించాల్సిన జాగ్రత్తల గురించి అవగాహన కల్పించడానికి ఇంటింటికీ సర్వే నిర్వహించారు.
