Padamati Upender Reddy

Padamati Upender Reddy is an Indian politician serving as TRS Youth Leader from Kuntloor in the district of Ranga Reddy.

Early Life & Education:

Being born into a Rural Middle-class family on 22nd-October-1996 and raised up in a census town of Kuntloor in Abdullahpurmet Mandal in Ranga Reddy District of Telangana State, India. His parents were Padamati Mahipal Reddy & Aruna.

In the year 2014, He studied higher Secondary Board Examination at Mega City high school located at Mother Dairy. Since a younger age, He has been shown a keen interest in Studies to change someone’s life by showing love and humanity to the peoples.

By continuing his studies in the period 2018, he completed his undergraduate by opting Diploma in Civil from Nagole Institute of Technology & Science.

Early professional Life:

As his passion is to be self-employed and self-dependent, as being a student Soon after accomplishment of his superior studies, He expected to provide professional and courteous service to all the people and he achieved his expectations and implemented that proposal by setting up an own business of his own Real Estate named as Ushodaya Real Estate Developers and worked on it by implementing the acquisition of design, financial planning, execution, operating, maintaining and technical works and many more.

As continuing his duties and responsibilities Upender proportionally set up a successful Bussiness. He simultaneously balancing the multiple works by fulfilling the needs of students and people.

Early Political Life:

Since childhood, Upender has been passionate about Politics he has been inspired by Indian politics and he has been inspired by the Indian politicians for the service rendered by them selflessly.

On that basis, Upender began his political career in the year 2015, by joining the Indian National Congress Party (INC) which is ruling under the leadership of Sonia Gandhi. He designated as Active Member.

Since the date of joining the Party, He has been working as an INC Party Activist by actively participating in every program related to the political party.

After performing many roles in the INC Party in 2017, he parallelly switches to Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) founded by Kalvakuntla Chandrashekhar Rao who is the Indian politician serving as the first and current Chief Minister of Telangana.

The day he joined the TRS party, he worked beyond his means for the development of the party and performed very hard for the victory of the party.

Because of the efforts being made for the development of the Committee in 2017, he provided a kind of encouragement with a passion to serve the people as being a Youth leader from the TRS political party of Kuntloor Town of Ranga Reddy District in the Indian state of Telangana.

Since then he has been monitoring the respective designations by solving the issues by executing the financial planning, execution, operating, maintaining, and promoting the right perspective towards the need for holistic and sustainable development in people by doing his part to alleviate the hardships faced by the people. Constantly striving for the welfare of the people and expressing his feelings of service.

From the moment he has begun his early life till now he has been using all his resources for the people and pursuing his happy life of public welfare.

Recognizing the work that the upender was doing for the People, He was offered the position in 19th Ward as Ward Member from TRS Party of Kuntloor Village of Ranga reddy District in 2018 and increased his responsibilities to address the problems faced by the people to provide more services by continuing his duties and has been serving all the way since the date of joining.

SOCIAL LIFE:

By Performing the Activities politically, on the one hand, Being working hard for the welfare of the people synchronously in Telangana.
By continuing his work as a Party Activist and still being a part of that Board by discharging his duties.
His sense of service was exposed and Upender has been performed many social activities and benefited many poor and needy people with his services.
He earned outlandish experiences in service and has been doing his part desperately to unite all without any inconvenience to any of the devotees.
Being served in the position, he began to serve the needy people expecting nothing in return except happiness and has performed many social and welfare activities for the people of old aged and physically disabled one.
As his Main Mission and vision are to make ya change in society, and implemented uncountable services toward society by making a difference in the lives of others.

TRS Party Activities

• Upender has been constantly working for the TRS party the work which is assinged by the higher authorities
• He always woke up and stood up at the forefront for the party and solve any issues raised on any problems.
• During Elections in Amberpet Municipality, He actively participated in the Door-to-Door election campaign for Councilor candidates and worked hard to bring more voters to won the party in her locality.
• following the rules of MLA, He set up and engaged in every Mandal level, Village level meetings and delivered speeches by motivating the party to the upcoming leaders.
• He organized and involved in Political Party Joining meetings.
• He has been serving and assisting the party members whenever they are in need.
• Upender encouraged and motivated about politics to the youth students and spell out about the politicians.
• Upender actively involved and played a key role in the programs organized by TRS Party.
• He conveyed and explained to the people about the greatness of the TRS Party, the symbol and ideology of the Party to the party leaders.
• The main objective of the TRS political party is to constantly fight for the country and always wake up for society.
• He always woke up and stood up at the forefront for the party and slove issues raised on any Schemes.
• Upender involved and played a Primary role to develop the party.
• Many party development programs were carried out in the village for the growth of the party.

Social Activities:

• Upender is a Social Activist. He donated blood in emergency need and organized a Blood Donation Camp and Eye Check-up camps he took over their lives by providing them tablets for a month. He served helplessly to below-poverty people.
• This program has started with the thought of no INDIAN should die with lack of Blood and by implementing into reality started a group with a few members and started donating all the blood- Normal groups, Negative Groups, Rare Groups across INDIA with the help of donors.
• On focusing the improvement in cleanliness and hygiene in urban and rural areas, in workplaces and homes, Upender Conducted Swachh Bharat Program on the saying of One step towards cleanliness.
• As a part of environmental protection, he has taken an active role by participating in the Haritha Haram Program and cast the plants in the village. Upender also provided better infrastructures like Desktops, BlackBoard, Tube lights, Benches, Pens in schools.
• He extended his services by assisting poor people and orphans who are deeply affected by the assassination of their families and also for the death-affected families by donating a certain amount for their well-being.
• Upender fights over every issue raised in the town and persistently worked to solve the issues.
• If anyone in the village encounters any problem, he will be at the forefront of the problem.
• He distributed stationery items to the school children and gave them books to prepare for exams.
• Laxmikanth mainly focused on issues related to students like Fee reimbursement and worked hard to ensure that scholarships were granted to students immediately.
• he conducted Cultural and Traditional programms and he noticed every student talent and he gave the best advice for their future career.
• He supported the farmer’s strike protesting against the agricultural reform. He fought for the discounted price for the crop to farmers.
• Every Year he celebrated Freedom Fighters Birth anniversaries and distributes books and pens to the students.
• He will assist those who come to him for help and provide the essential things that they require.
• He assists Orphans, disabled people, senior citizens and gave his hands to serve them by providing whatever they need.
• He set up and implemented many district-level Social Activities and served the people who are in need.
• He formed and involved in many Social Services and Charity Programs and eradicated hungriness for the people and gave them fascinated life.
• He fights over every issue raised in the town and worked to solve the issues.
• If anyone in the village encounters any problem, Upender will be at the forefront of the problem.
• He delivered food and clothes to orphans and senior citizens and every year of his birth anniversaries he comes up to orphan homes and celebrates. 
• He is constantly striving and fighting for the well-being of the people.

Services Rendered During Dreadful Pandemic Covid:

During First Wave of Corona-

• Upender stepped forward to help the needy who have been affected by lockdown and distributed vegetables and fruits to the villagers, needy ones, and Municipality workers by following the precautions.
• Food item packets for drivers and migrant laborers were distributed whose livelihood has been affected during this lockdown period.
• Upender moved forward with humanity to help those in dire straits during the corona and provide financial assistance to the people who are affected by the lockdown.
• He apportioned Masks, Sanitizers, and delivered varieties of food to the poor, and also contributed to them financially.
• To spread awareness about social distancing and following precautionary measures to prevent the Epidemic Corona an awareness program has been conducted.
• As part of the drive to eradicate the corona epidemic, Sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed all over the village for safety of the village.

During the Second Wave of Corona-

• Upender visited the hospitals and asked the hospital staff to provide oxygen cylinders for the corona victims who were seriously ill.
• Upender also provided free masks and sanitizers to people with corona deficiency symptoms at the hospital.
• He worked all days(Day and Night) during the covid period and looked after the people.
• He contributed Beds, Proper medicines in public and private hospitals. Upender Talked to the doctors and said to provide better healing in Government Hospitals.
• He constantly prays for the corona victims that they should get well soon in these critical periods.
• He is constantly available mainly to the poorest people in the zone.

A true Leader has the confidence to stand alone, the courage to make touch decisions, and the compassion to listen to the needs of others.
