Mr. Oruganti Venkateswarlu was born into a humble farming family in a remote village on the 1st of June, 1973. His parents are Mrs. Oruganti Veeramma and Mr. Oruganti Veeranna.
His education journey commenced in 1978 in a government primary school in a remote village, and he pursued SSC in 1989 at Zilla Parishad High School, followed by his Intermediate studies in 1991. In 1995, he attained his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from SV University. Mr. Oruganti Venkateswarlu completed his Postgraduate studies (M.Tech) at the Central Institute of Tool Design (CITD), Hyderabad Government of India, 2001. As a student during his academic journey, Mr Oruganti Venkateswarlu actively participated in social and community services very actively.

Additionally, he has excelled as an educator, showcasing exceptional talent identification, building, and acquisition skills.
In 1995, Venkateswarlu worked as an Assistant Manager at Pal Industries, overseeing Production/Shop Floor operations, Preventive Maintenance, and Total Quality Management (TQM).
In 2001, Venkateswarlu held the position of Manager at Tecumseh Products, responsible for Vendor Development, Management and quality Procurement, Supply Chain Planning (SCP), ISO 9000, ISO 14000, TQM, Production Planning and Control, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Six Sigma, and 5S.
In 2007, Venkateswarlu served as a Lead Consultant at Infosys, where he was involved in Business Analysis, Project Delivery, Solution Architecture, and Enterprise IT Landscaping.
In 2011, Venkateswarlu assumed the role of Principal Consultant at Oracle, focusing on areas such as IBP, Value Chain Planning, Business Analysis, Project Management, Customer Training, Solution Architecture, and Enterprise IT Landscaping.
In 2012, Venkateswarlu became the Director of Global Services at Steel Wedge Technologies, USA, Overseeing Sales and Operations Planning, Client Management, Solution Architecture, Pre-Sales, Project Scoping, Costing, Estimates, and End-to-End Project Delivery at the Hyderabad location.
In 2015, Venkateswarlu served as a Director at E2OPEN INC, USA, where his responsibilities included Professional Services, New Product Invention, IT Pre-Sales, Project Scoping, End-to-End Project Delivery, Product Release Management, and Program Management at the Hyderabad Location. Oruganti Venkateswarlu hails from a rural, middle-class farming family and was raised with a strong sense of empathy and responsibility. Even in his childhood, he actively contributed to his family’s livelihood by assisting in selling vegetables and flowers from their farm after completing his schoolwork. While he nurtured the ambition to serve his nation unconditionally in the Army, an unfortunate accident led to his disqualification from joining the military after completing his B.Tech.
Throughout his life, he has been imbued with leadership qualities and business acumen. As a student, he served as a student leader, engaging his peers in school activities and addressing their grievances. His dedication extended to resolving issues in the village and organizing cultural events, treating everyone without any distinction of caste or religion. After returning to his native place, he married and continued his education, completing his M.Tech with the support of his elder brother, who is a professor at JNTUC.
During the College Placements, Venkateswarlu secured employment in Balnagar with the assistance of his Godfather, the Former Labor Minister Krishna Reddy, who played a pivotal role in facilitating this opportunity for him.
He then worked in Balanagar for seven years, where he gained substantial expertise in logical knowledge and communication skills while handling multiple projects and collaborating with higher officials across various companies, gaining global exposure.
In 2016, Venkateswarlu took a momentous decision to provide employment opportunities to unemployed graduates in the Medchal District by establishing Lasya Infotech in the northeast of Hyderabad. To further develop the IT sector in the Medchal Constituency, he tirelessly approached numerous higher officials, political leaders, and Minister KTR over four years, seeking to establish an IT Hub in Kompally. His perseverance paid off when a formal meeting with the district collector resulted in the approval of the IT Park. Venkateswarlu’s hard work was recognized, with Minister KTR honoring him in a meeting and appearing as a chief guest at the groundbreaking ceremony for the IT Park’s construction on February 17th, 2023.
However, the construction process faced several hurdles, including conflicts arising in the tender and a lack of proper acceptance from local political leaders, leading to delays. Nevertheless, Venkateswarlu remains determined to inform the local people in Kompally about the purpose of establishing the IT Park, providing employment opportunities, and contributing to the fulfillment of their personal and professional aspirations in the Medchal region.

కొంపల్లిలో ఐటీ పార్కు ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని కోరుతూ లాస్య ఇన్ఫో టెక్ ఎండీ వినూత్నంగా సైకిల్ యాత్ర చేపట్టాడు. కొంపల్లికి చెందిన ఓరుగంటి వెంకట్ స్థానికంగా లాస్య ఇన్ఫోటెక్ను నిర్వహిస్తున్నాడు. ఐటి పార్కును ఏర్పాటు చేయడం వల్ల ఉద్యోగావకాశాలు సైతం దొరుకుతా యని ప్రభుత్వం దృష్టికి తీసుకెళ్లారు. దీనికి స్పందించిన అప్పటి ఐటీ మంత్రి కేటీఆర్ దుండిగల్ మండల పరిధిలో 400 ఎకరాలను కేటాయిస్తున్నట్లు ప్రకటించారు. ఎన్నికల నేపథ్యంలో పనులు జరుగ లేదు. పనులు కాస్త ఆలస్యం అవుతుండడంతో ప్రతిరోజు కొంపల్లిలోని తన నివాసం నుంచి ఐటీ పార్కు ఏర్పాటు చేయనున్న స్థలానికి సైకిల్ యాత్ర చేపట్టాడు. సదరు దృశ్యాలను మంత్రులు, ఎమ్మెల్యేలు, ఎమ్మెల్సీలు, ప్రభుత్వ అధికారులకు ట్విట్టర్ ద్వారా సందేశం పంపిస్తున్నారు. పార్కును ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని విజ్ఞప్తి చేస్తు న్నారు. ఇదిలా ఉండగా ఆదివారం బౌరంపేట శంబీపూర్ లోని ఎమ్మెల్సీ రాజు ఇంటికి సైకిల్పై వెళ్లి సమస్యను వివరించాడు. ఇందుకు ఆయన సానుకూలంగా స్పందించినట్లు వెంకట్ తెలిపారు. త్వరితగతిన ఏర్పాటు చేస్తే ప్రాంతం అభివృద్ధి చెందడంతో పాటు ఉద్యోగావకాశాలు దొరుకుతాయన్నారు. అదే సమయంలో నగ రంలో ట్రాఫిక్ సమస్య కూడా తగ్గుతుందని ఆయన ఆశాభావం వ్యక్తం చేశారు.
