David is the State SC Cell General Secretary of Andhra Pradesh. He was born on 13-12-1975 to Vengaiah & Victoriamma in Kambaladinne Village of Pamur Mandal, Prakasam Dist. In 1994, He completed Intermediate from Sharma Jr. College Ongole.
Social Welfare is his Major Occupation. In 1995, He worked in the Airpot Authority of India, Chennai.
In 2003, He Started his Political Journey with the Congress Party. From 2003-2008, he worked as an Active Worker of the Congress Party under the Leadership of Pothula Rama Rao. In 2008, He joined the Praja Rajyam Party (PRP).
From 2008-2009, he worked as District SC Cell General Secretary from the Prakasam Dist. In 2011, He joined the YSRCP under the Leadership of Y.V Subba Reddy and also worked under Balneni Srinivas Reddy.
From 2013-2016, He was a Member of the YSRCP District Steering Committee. From 2016-2020, he working as State SC Cell General Secretary of Andhra Pradesh.
