NRP Ravi Chandra Reddy

Ravi Chandra Reddy popularly known as NRP Ravi Chandra Reddy is a young and dynamic Indian Politician and Youth Leader from Alur, Tadipatri Mandal, Anantapur district.

Early Life:

On 04th June 1997, Ravi Chandra Reddy was born and raised in Alur village. His parents were Ranganath Reddy and Laxmi Kanthamma.

Professional Life:

Ravi Chandra Reddy basically hails from an Agriculture family. He was a Farmer by his Profession.

A career in Politics:

Ravi Chandra Reddy came into politics with the determination to achieve something that would benefit the people and bring the country into development. His strong desire to serve people led him into Politics. In the year 2009, Ravi Chandra Reddy officially entered into Politics with the Yuvajana Shramika Rythu Congress Party(YSRCP).

Ravi Chandra Reddy was recognized as an Active Member as soon as he joined the party by contributing to the party’s welfare initiatives. Party authorities identified him as a Party Worker and a Social Worker in honor of his efforts and perseverance. 

His unpretentious service captured the attention of the people, who expected to connect with him. While originally a Party Leader, Ram Chandra Reddy has slowly improved his public prominence over the years by contributing to the YSRCP’s development.

He participated in the “Gadapa Gadapa ki YSR” program, where he educated people about YSRCP programs such as Jagananna Amma Vodi, Jagananna Chedodu, Jagananna Vidya Kanuka, Illa Pattalu, YSR Arogya plan, YSR Bima, YSR Pension Kanuka, YSR Rythu Bharosa, YSR Sunna Vaddi. Ravi Chandra Reddy made the Navaratnalu scheme available to everyone. He contributed to the Samaikyandhra Movement for Special Status and also participated in Y.S Jagan’s and Y.S Sharmila’s Padayatras. 

He handed over pensions to the beneficiaries. Ravi Chandra Reddy along with YSRCP leaders staged a dharna, Rasta Rokos against the injustice done to the people.

Ravi Chandra Reddy rendered his service as a Member of the Rama Chandra Reddy Youth Association. He was credited for having successfully carried out the responsibility of being a Youth Association Member.

He was chosen as the Youth Leader from Alur, Tadipatri Mandal by the Alur villagers who recognized Ravi Chandra Reddy’s ability to support the people in all possible ways at any given time as a social worker and party worker.

Social Service:

• Ravi Chandra Reddy is a firm believer that everyone should participate in social service that instills a feeling of patriotism in their hearts, and that everyone should continually endeavor to influence those around them.
• Ravi Chandra Reddy served the people in all ways by guiding them when they were in difficulties, with the express intention of aiding the impoverished in every manner possible.
• He tackled local issues and was also active in several social service activities such as Clean and Green, Plant Casting, and the Palle Pragathi program.
• During his reign, several development projects were completed, such as the building of CC roads, the installation of water tanks, the solving of drainage issues, the supply of power, and so on.
• He has attended every meeting and contributed to the growth of the party.
• He took initiation and clear out Aadhar cards, Ration card issues, and handed over pensions to the beneficiaries.
• Celebrating Shri. YS.Rajashekar Reddy’s birth&death anniversaries every year, and providing Annadanam Program on that day.
  

Ravi Chandra Reddy’s Contribution to the Public During the Pandemic:

• Ravi Chandra Reddy provided financial and humanitarian support to those who were impacted by the lockdown during the first and second waves of Corona. During the crisis, and responded with compassion, aiding people who were in distress and offering further assistance to those who were harmed by the locking down.
• He came forward to assist people who had been affected by the lockdown by giving vegetables and fruits to villages, the homeless, and Municipality employees while following the procedures in place and distributing Covid Kits to the members who were afflicted with the appropriate sickness while in their home quartine.
• An awareness demonstration was performed to raise awareness about social distancing and the need of taking precautionary steps in an attempt to eliminate the Corona Epidemic from occurring.
• When the coronavirus was finally exterminated, sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed across the whole village to ensure that the villagers were not exposed to any harmful effects.
• The Covid Immunization Drive was organized in response to Prime Minister Modi’s plea order to increase awareness among the general population about the need of acquiring a free corona vaccination.
