Nethi Vidya Sagar is the Deputy Chairman and MLC of Telangana. He was born on 29-06-1956 to Late N. Bikshamaiah & Radhamma in Cherukupally. He has completed his Graduation BA from NG College in Nalgonda.

Vidya Sagar Started his political journey with the Congress Party. In 2007, He was elected as a Member of the Legislative Council, Andhra Pradesh. From 2009-2014, He served as a Member of the Legislative Council, Andhra Pradesh. In 2011, Vidya Sagar was appointed as a Deputy Chairman of the Legislative Council.

Vidya Sagar joined the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) Party. In 2014, He was a Member of the Legislative Council, Telangana.

In 2014, he was Acting Chairman of the Telangana Legislative Council. From 2014-2015, He was the Deputy Chairman of the Telangana Legislative Council.

From 2014-2015, he was a member of the Telangana Legislative Council. In 2015, He elected as an MLC(Member of the Legislative Council).

In 2015, Vidya Sagar was the Deputy Chairman of the Telangana Legislative Council from the TRS Party.

హరితహారంలో “ఈచ్ వన్.. ప్లాంట్ వన్..” అనే నినాదంతో ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ మొక్కలు నాటాలని పిలుపునిచ్చారు. రాష్ట్రంలోని అన్ని పట్టణాలు, పల్లెలు హరిత శోభతో కళకళలాడాలని ఆకాంక్షించారు, హరిత ఉద్యమ స్ఫూర్తితో ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ ముందుకొచ్చి మొక్కలు నాటాలని అన్నారు.
