Narpala Midde Kullayappa

Narpala Midde Kullayappa is an Indian Politician of the YSR Congress Party and District Spokesperson of Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh.

Early Life and Education:

On the 16th of July 1969, Kullayappa was born to the couple Mr. Midde Chinna Narayana and Mrs. Midde Subamma and raised in Narpala of Anantapur District in the Indian State of Andhra Pradesh.

In 1987, Kullayappa acquired his SSC Standard from Government High School located at Narpala and completed his Intermediate course from Government Junior College at Narpala in 1989.

He attained his Graduation degree from BA from Arts College at Anantapur in 1993.

CAREER IN POLITICS:

In the year 1990, Kullayappa began his Political Career by entering the Indian National Congress (INC) often called a Congress Party to attain the political requirements of the people while also providing a specific service.

As a part of INC, Kullayappa expresses keen interest and performs every activity as a Party Activist by discharging his duties with a code of conduct and also for the recognition of the respective party.

Upon Joining, he was designated as District Congress Committee SC Cell Convener of Anantapur from INC in 1990, to serve the people and tackle the issues raised by executing his tasks effectively and adhering to the party’s policies and guidelines.

Kullayappa was credited for having successfully carried out the responsibility of being District Market Committee Director of Anantapur District in the year 2004.

In the year 2009, Kullayappa Switched from INC to Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party(YSRCP), was enchanted by the services rendered to the people was started to attain the political requirements of the people while also providing a specific service.

Since the date of joining, he has been working incredibly as a YSRCP Party Activist working hard for the welfare of the people, constantly striving for the development of society, and has rendered desperate services to society.

Upon Joining, he was designated as the District Spokesperson of Anantapur from YSRCP in 2011, to serve the people and tackle the issues raised by executing his tasks effectively and adhering to the party’s policies and guidelines.

Ever since he started rendering services to the people with the assigned authority, he has been constantly working for them, thinking about their welfare, and gaining immense admiration from the People.

Career in Social Life:

With the sole idea of assisting the people in all possible ways, In the year 1994-2008, His dedication to work and his involvement in every activity made him establish the Prashanti Rural Education Development Society and he has been acting as the Secretary of the Rural Education and carrying out activities that benefit the people by assisting those in need, he earned the adoration of the whole society.

Beginning at a young age, he had a passion for working in public service. Kullayappa has been accustomed to service since childhood. He also conducted many service programs while continuing his studies.

As a Social Activist, he has performed many welfare and developmental activities and awareness programs for the welfare of the people in society.

He is at the forefront of anyone in need of help in the area around him. He continues to serve the people by doing his part to help those who ask for help without even thinking.

Party Activities:

• He was extensively engrossed in many social service activities and worked hard to bring numerous state and central government schemes to the public’s attention and support them in receiving benefits, as well as maintain strong and cordial relationships with individuals from all walks of humanity and leadership.
• He was briefing the people on the welfare schemes introduced by the government for the upliftment of the backward classes through a mobilization Program.
• During Elections, he actively participates in the Door-to-Door election campaign and worked hard to bring more voters to win the party in his locality.
• Kullayappa conveyed and explained to the people the greatness of the party, and the symbol, and ideology of the YSRCP Party to the party leaders.
• He has been constantly fighting against anti-people decisions of the central and state governments and has staged many protests and dharnas.
• Kullayappa is in complete opposition to the state government repealing new agricultural laws and other beneficial elements that will serve the survival of farmers.
• He was briefing the people on the welfare schemes introduced by the government for the upliftment of the backward classes through a mobilization Program.
• Kullayappa was actively involved in various social service activities and worked hard to take various schemes of the State and Central Government into public and assisted them to get the benefit.

Social Activities:

• During his reign, roads were laid as part of the colony’s development program, as well as repairing damaged roads.
• On the occasion of the Birth Anniversaries of the Political Leaders, Kullayappa celebrates the occasion by organizing a Blood donation camp and conducting an Annadanam program at his Locality.
• To help the poor in the hospital during emergencies, Kullayappa handed over the government-implemented Health Sree cards to them.
• He carries out his responsibilities while looking after the welfare of the people living in the village and zone by clearing the issues related to Water, drainage, and every minute problem to the individual.
• He helped the old and poor people in the village by providing the essentials to them for survival and also assisted them during financial crises.
• Kullayappa offered financial support as well as other kinds of relief to the village’s needy people. Kullayappa will be accessible to the village’s residents during their tough times.

Pandemic Activities:

• During the first and second waves of Corona, Kullayappa offered financial and humanitarian assistance to people who were impacted by the lockdown.
• Kullayappa acted humanely during the crisis, assisting individuals in distress and providing additional assistance to those afflicted by the lockdown.
• During the crisis, Kullayappa responded generously, aiding those in need and giving special support to those impacted by the lockdown.
• Throughout the crisis, he responded selflessly, supporting those in need and offering special attention to those who had been afflicted by the lockdown. Face masks, hand sanitizers, and lunches were handed to the least fortunate, as well as cash assistance.
• For the public’s protection, sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed all around the village as part of the effort to eliminate the corona outbreak.
• Kullayappa snuck toward helping those who had been devastated by the lockdown by distributing veggies and fruits to communities, the homeless, and Municipality workers according to the standard protocol.
