Narigiri Krishna Kumar

Narigiri Krishna Kumar is the Social Activist and Swarnakara Sangham Town President of Mandapeta in East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh.

EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION:

On the 22nd of August 1982, Krishna Kumar was born to the couple Mr. Narigiri Bapayya and Mrs. Narigiri Sathyavathi in the village of Amalapuram, East Godavari District in the Indian State of Andhra Pradesh.

In the year 1998, Krishna Kumar acquired his Secondary board of education from Zilla Parishad High School located at Razole in East Godavari District.

PROFESSIONAL LIFE:

After the completion of his education, Krishna Kumar turned into a professional as a Goldsmith. On the one hand, he was continuing his occupational career(Goldsmith and Jeweller) by sustaining his occupational work continuing from his hereditary, and on the other hand, he was handling the family responsibilities.

CAREER IN SOCIAL LIFE:

In the year 2004, Krishna Kumar joined the Swarnakara Sangam as a Committee Member to acquire all the benefits provided to the laborers from the central government and the state government to all the goldsmiths in our state.

For his determination, he was promoted by receiving the authority as a Union Secretary in 2013 by increasing his responsibility and continuing his service, and demonstrating solidarity with the state government.

In addition to his primary responsibilities, He has been served as the Secretary of Swarnakara Sangam in 2020 to guarantee the initial and future responsibilities and reporting of Goldsmith’s data to the state government and central government.

His ideological determination and generous sincerity appointed him as the Town President of Swarnakara Sangam in 2021, by contributing to the betterment of society and demonstrating cohesion and reinforcement with more data from Goldsmith’s.

ACTIVITIES PERFORMED RECENTLY:

• Every year, Vishwakarma’s birth Anniversary is honored grandly, and celebrations are held across the village to commemorate the occasion.
• A significant number of union members embarked on a hunger strike to press for the construction of a Veerabrahman temple. In 2010, a temple was constructed in the village as a consequence of their efforts.
• Krishna Kumar arranged the first 100 participants of the Skill Development Program to help them develop their skills and become better professionals. Yet again, the program was launched with hundreds of participants, who were made aware of it and contributed to making the program a success.
• During the first and second waves of Corona, he provided financial and humanitarian assistance to people through the Union who were affected by the lockdown. During the crisis, and acted with compassion, assisting those in need and extending further support to those who had been affected by the lockdown.
• Krishna Kumar snuck across with the assistance of the Swarnakara Sangam to help those who had been impacted by the lockdown by distributing veggies and fruits to communities, the homeless, and Municipality workers according to the established protocols.
• A gathering was organized to raise awareness about social distance and the need of adopting preventative measures to prevent the Corona Epidemic from spreading.
• The Covid Immunization Drive was launched in response to Prime Minister Modi’s request to raise public awareness about the need of receiving a free corona immunization.
