Mr. Narender Ramshetty is an Indian Politician of the INC Party and was a Youth Congress State Secretary(2017) for Telangana.

EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION:

Mr. Narender was born on the 15th of April 1984. He was raised by his parents, Mr. Ramshetty Venkataswamy and Mrs. Ramshetty Laxmi, in Mancherial, in Telangana State of India.

In 1999, Narender completed his SSC Standard from Singareni High School in Mancherial. Subsequently, in 2001, he obtained his Intermediate certification from Saraswathi Junior College, also located in Mancherial.

Narender pursued his higher education at Mancherial Vidyaniketan, earning his Bachelor’s Degree in 2004. Additionally, in 2006, he completed his Post Graduation in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from UPGC, affiliated with Kakatiya University.

In 2014, Narender further expanded his academic achievements by completing a Master’s Degree in Sociology from Acharya Nagarjuna University in Guntur.

EARLY CAREER IN POLITICS:

Role and Responsibilities in NSUI: 

Narender commenced his political journey in 2002 by joining the National Students’ Union of India (NSUI), the student wing of the Indian National Congress (INC), commonly known as the Congress Party. Motivated by his deep passion for politics and his aspiration to fulfill the political aspirations of the populace, Narender aimed to address societal conflicts and provide modest service to the community.

In 2004, Narender’s exceptional work and humble approach towards fostering the growth and welfare of the people were acknowledged, leading to his appointment as an NSUI District Incharge. This significant role allowed him to extend his services to those seeking his assistance, consistently endeavoring to meet the diverse needs of individuals from all walks of life.

In recognition of his exceptional leadership skills and unwavering dedication to the party, Narender was entrusted with the esteemed position of District General Secretary of Mancherial, Telangana, in 2005. Despite his youth and limited experience at the time, he eagerly embraced the challenge with zeal and passion, diligently undertaking the assigned responsibilities.

Narender actively participated in initiatives organized by the NSUI, advocating for students and addressing the issues they face within the purview of the government. His unwavering perseverance, dedication, and service led to his appointment as the NSUI State Secretary of Telangana in 2009, where he conscientiously fulfilled his assigned responsibilities, garnering the admiration and trust of the local populace. Guided by the principles of the NSUI and the Youth Congress framework, he consistently addresses concerns about students and unemployment.

Narender’s commitment to his assigned tasks, obligations, and authority earned him further recognition. In 2010, he was bestowed with the esteemed position of NSUI District President, a role in which he continued to wholeheartedly and effectively serve the people.

Participation in NSUI Activities

• Narender actively addressed significant issues in schools and colleges, demonstrating his tireless dedication to advocating for students’ rights and well-being.
• Under his authority in NSUI, Narender provided free education to several children (03 to 05) in private schools and colleges. He also convinced the college authority to grant students a 50% fee concession.
• Narender’s primary focus revolved around concerns such as using unparliamentary language, instances of bullying, and eve-teasing. By effectively tackling these problems, he made substantial progress toward their resolution.
• Annually, on Rahul Gandhi’s Birthday, Narender contributes to the welfare of school students by providing books and stationery and organizing blood donation camps.
• Undoubtedly, Narender has primarily devoted his efforts to matters concerning students, including ensuring the timely reimbursement of fees and promptly granting scholarships to deserving students. His diligent work in this regard is commendable.
• Narender has proactively addressed complications arising from government schemes, particularly in enhancing educational infrastructure. He has provided essential resources like desktop computers, blackboards, and school tube lights.
• As a student himself, Narender tirelessly advocates for student-related issues and expeditiously resolves them, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to their careers through hard work and dedication.
• He fearlessly and vehemently opposed the unlawful encroachment by the state government on the premises of Government Degree Colleges and ITI Colleges. Participation and Positions in INC:

Narender became a member of the Indian National Congress (INC) Party in 2017, driven by a profound admiration for the party’s policies and implemented initiatives. In recognition of his exceptional contributions to the community, the INC appointed Narender as the Youth Congress State Secretary of Telangana during the same year. 

His association with the INC has proven to be highly fulfilling and gratifying. Narender remains unwavering in his dedication to serving the people through the party, with a steadfast focus on positively impacting society.

Narender’s early life and education have laid a strong foundation for his political career. His decision to join the INC Party was guided by a deep admiration for their policies and implemented schemes. This commitment to the party led to his appointment as the Youth Congress State Secretary of Telangana and his outstanding community contributions. Party Activities:

• Narender has actively participated in various party meetings at the Mandal and District levels held within the town.
• He played an active role in the Hath Se Hath Jodo yatra, a significant event to foster stronger community bonds by encouraging them to join hands.
• Furthermore, he took the initiative to organize Party Membership Programs, facilitating the membership process for individuals interested in joining the party.
• During public addresses, Narender enlightens the community about the Party’s developmental and welfare endeavors on the government’s behalf.
• Significant party development activities have been implemented in the area, strengthening its influence and expanding its support base within the community.
• While actively involved as an INC activist, Narender remains accessible to the general public, especially during challenging times. His unwavering dedication to resolving people’s problems is evident as he tirelessly works to address their concerns.
• Additionally, he ensures the delivery of petitions to the appropriate authorities to amplify the people’s voice.
• Numerous party meetings have been convened to ensure continuous improvement of the Party and the local community. In line with this objective, awareness initiatives have been implemented to engage the youth in public service actively.
• Additionally, it is worth mentioning that Narender wholeheartedly supported and actively engaged in the Bharat Jodo Yatra, a nationwide initiative led by Rahul Gandhi to foster unity and solidarity among fellow citizens.

Services provided during the Covid Pandemic:

• During the challenging period of the COVID-19 pandemic, Narender demonstrated exemplary dedication and service to the people he represents for a period of 67 days. With unwavering commitment, he tirelessly worked to address the needs and challenges faced by the community.
• One notable service Narender provided during the COVID-19 period was the organization of a food drive for impoverished and vulnerable individuals residing in and around the Malkajgiri Constituency.
• Recognizing the dire circumstances faced by many, especially during lockdowns and economic hardships, Narender ensured the delivery of essential food supplies to those in need. 
• By ensuring the availability of necessary medicines, Narender played a crucial role in facilitating the treatment and recovery of individuals affected by the virus.
• In the unfortunate event of loss of life due to COVID-19, Narender also displayed compassion and empathy by organizing funeral rituals for orphaned individuals.

Responsibilities in INTUC:

In 2019, Narender made a significant decision to join the Indian National Trade Union Congress (INTUC), thereby taking a crucial step toward deepening his involvement in the labor movement. His membership in the INTUC during that year exemplified his strong commitment to championing the rights and welfare of workers, aligning himself with a well-established organization renowned for its effective advocacy on behalf of laborers.

In recognition of his unwavering dedication and endeavors for the welfare of the people, Narender was appointed as the INTUC Mandamarri Area Secretary in 2019 by the Congress Party. Through hard work and a strong resolve to address the problems and inconveniences faced by students, he earned this position, allowing him to further contribute to the community’s welfare.

Narender’s ongoing dedication and genuine focus on his responsibilities led to his election as the INTUC Singareni Chief Organizing Secretary. In this role, he has continued to serve society by diligently fulfilling his duties per established rules and regulations. 

By upholding the trust bestowed upon him by the people, he remains committed to prioritizing the welfare of the people and engaging in activities that promote the advancement of the Party.

Involvement in Telangana BC Welfare Association: 

Apart from his primary obligations, Narender became a member of the B.C Sankshema Sangham, an organization established by R. Krishnaiah. His exceptional dedication and service during this period earned him the position of District President of the Mancherial District. In this role, he diligently and conscientiously carried out community activities, ensuring utmost care in their execution.

Despite assuming more prominent roles within the community, Narender consistently prioritized providing essential services to the people, promptly addressing the needs of those who sought his assistance.

In recognition of his exemplary leadership skills and unwavering dedication to the party, Narender was entrusted with the position of District Youth President of the BC Welfare Association in 2017. Despite his relative youth and limited leadership experience at that time, he embraced the challenge with enthusiasm and fervor, discharging his assigned responsibilities with utmost diligence.

Narender’s lifelong commitment to social welfare and community development has been a defining characteristic of his endeavors. Through his unwavering dedication, he has played a pivotal role in the progress and upliftment of a historically marginalized community.

Involvement in BC Welfare Association:

• Narender actively engages in community outreach initiatives to promote the organization’s objectives and goals. This involves visiting local communities, conducting awareness campaigns, and distributing educational materials to emphasize the significance of education and social welfare.
• Narender has successfully executed educational programs and workshops to raise awareness about the importance of education and social welfare. These initiatives have provided training sessions on various topics, including health, hygiene, and environmental sustainability.
• Narender is actively involved in providing healthcare services to community members. This may include organizing health camps, supplying medical resources, and educating individuals within the community about health and hygiene practices.
• Narender promptly responds to emergencies, such as natural disasters or social unrest, to extend aid and support to affected communities. This assistance may encompass providing food, shelter, and medical aid to those in need.
• Narender collaborates with youth in the community, offering mentorship and guidance. This includes organizing youth programs, providing career counseling, and creating opportunities for skill development and personal growth.
