Nanna JayaRao was Village President from the TDP of Yeletipalem. He was born in 1966 to Kotaiah & Yemelyamma of Velamavari palem, Nagaram Mandal, Guntur Dist.
In 1981, He has completed SSC Standard from Z.P.H.S in Ullipalem. He worked as an Electrician.
In 1986, He joined the Telugu Desam Party(TDP) and was the Active Member. From 1989-2004, he was appointed as District SC Cell Convenor in Guntur from Telugu Desam Party.
From 2004-2020, He has served as Village President from the Telugu Desam Party. He Was Nominated as an MPTC of Nagaram in 2009.
