Nandi Setty Babu

Nandi Setty Babu is the Town President of Anantapur from the Political Party BJP.

EARLY LIFE & EDUCATION:

He was born on 09th August 1983 to the couple Nandi Setty Raganna and Laxmidevamma and raised on Kadiri of Anantapur District.

He obtained his early education of 7th Standard from ZP High School located at Kadiri in 1993.

After finishing his studies, Babu started a Brick business and started a professional life.

EARLY POLITICAL LIFE:

In the year 2010, He started his political career while continuing his professional life through the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) which was founded by N.T. Rama Rao and headed by N. Chandrababu Naidu the former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.

He worked as a Party Activist for few years by discharging his duties with a code of conduct. As being a part of TDP, Babu expresses keen interest and performs every activity for the recognition of the respective party.

The day he joined the Party, he worked beyond his means for the development of the party and performed very hard for the victory of the party.

In the year 2019, after being served in the TDP party, Babu switched the party from TDP to BJP(Bharatiya Janatha Party) and performed as an Active Member by citing code of conduct and disciplinary issues.

In the year 2021 Polls, Babu was contested for the position of Councillor for 14th Ward in Kadiri Municipality from BJP Party but the position was defeated with a minor difference in the vote percentage.

In the same year i.e. in 2021, For his constant dedication and efforts for the welfare of humankind, he designated the Position of Town President of Anantapur from BJP by being working hard to put an end to the problems and inconvenience of the students.

Ever since he was joined the party he ordained and has been constantly working for the people, thinking about their welfare and gaining immense admiration from the People.

Party Activities:

• Many party development programs were carried out in the village for the growth of the party and he respectably accepts the work assigned by the higher authorities and is completely involved to sort out the issues raised on any topics.
• Babu is actively involved in the programs organized by the Party.
• Babu was arrested along with the leaders during the siege of the collector.
• He conveyed and explained to the people about the greatness of the Party all over the constituency.
• As a token of gratitude for the services rendered by the leaders in the village, Babu was honouring those leaders.
• Babu is not limited to his services to the village but also extends to the people of the entire district.

Social Activities:

• Every year he Distributed books, pens, and clothes to poor children for their higher education and also helped them financially for their bright future.
• He extended his services by assisting poor people who are deeply affected by the assassination of their families by donating a certain amount for their well-being.
• If anyone in the village encounters any problem, Babu will be at the forefront of the problem.
• He fights over every issue raised in the town and persistently worked to solve the problems and fought for the issues of the people.
• He distributed food, clothing, and Bedsheets to the Orphan Children and provided fruits, Meals to the homes of the old age by donating a certain amount whenever required.
• Babu morally and financially assisted the poor people in the village and helped them in all possible ways.

Services rendered during the Pandemic:

• Babu distributed vegetables and fruits to the villagers, Migrants, needy ones, and Municipality workers in the covid-19.
• He apportioned Masks, Sanitizers, and food to the poor and also contributed to them financially.
• To spread awareness about social distancing and follow precautionary measures to prevent the Epidemic in Corona an awareness camp was held in the village.
• Sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed all over the village for the safety of the village.
• He worked all days(Day and Night) during the covid period and looked after the people.
• He is constantly available mainly to the poorest people in the zone.
• Babu came forward with humanity to help those in dire straits during the corona and provide financial assistance to the people who are affected by the lockdown.
