Nandala Srinivas

Nandala Srinivas is a BJP-affiliated Indian politician. He is a renowned BJP leader with much political experience. He currently holds the designation of Mandal President of Muduchinthalapally, Medchal-Malkajgiri district.

Early Life&Education:

On 19th July 1989, Srinivas was born and raised in Kolthur village, Muduchinthalapally Mandal. 

In 2005, Srinivas obtained his Board of Secondary Education at Zilla Parishad high school located at Kolthur village. In 2009, He acquired his Intermediate(CEC) at Ken College, Lal Bazar. From 2009-2012, he attained his Graduation(Degree) from Little Flower Degree College, situated at Tirumalagiri. Srinivas gets into his higher education with his Master’s. In 2014, He received his Master’s (MBA) at CMR College.

A career in Politics:

Srinivas has been associated with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh(RSS) since 2002. The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh is an Indian right-wing, Hindu nationalist, paramilitary volunteer organization. The RSS is the progenitor and leader of a large body of organizations called the Sangh Parivar, which have a presence in all facets of Indian society. RSS was founded on 27th September 1925. As of 2014, it has a membership of 5–6 million.

Srinivas put a lot of effort into the RSS he completed “Prathamika Shiksha Varge” in it.

Srinivas came into politics with the determination to achieve something that would benefit the people and bring the country into development. He formally entered into Politics with the Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) in 2017.

Within a short period of time, he established a reputation for himself by contributing to every event as soon as he joined the party and by participating in every activity. In the same year, he was chosen as Mandal General Secretary for Muduchinthalapally in the district of Medchal-Malkajgiri.  

Srinivas was used to carrying out all of the initiatives mandated by the state and central governments. He played a major role in the 2018,2019 Parliament, Assembly elections and campaigned extensively for the victory of the BJP.

In the year 2019, Srinivas competed for the honorary appellation ZPTC of Muduchinthalapally but was unsuccessful owing to unforeseen circumstances. He, on the other hand, never quits up. 

The BJP officials recognized his ability to support the people in all possible ways at any given time as a social worker and party worker. As a result of his restless dedication, he was appointed as BJP Mandal President from Muduchinthalapally, Medchal-Malkajgiri district. During Srinivas’s tenure as Mandal President, he rose to become one of the most powerful leaders in the Mandal itself. 

Telangana Movement:

The Telangana Movement refers to a movement for the creation of a new state, Telangana, from the pre-existing state of Andhra Pradesh in India. Lasting for almost a decade, this has been one of the most long-lasting movements in South India. From 2009-2014, Srinivas played an active role during the late 2000s Telangana Separate State Movement spearheaded by now-CM, K.Chandrashekar Rao.

During the Telangana Agitation, he protest on the OU campus and took part in Chalo Hyderabad, Vanta Varpu, dharnas, rasta rokos, protest programs, and rallies as part of the Telangana Movement.

Party Activities:

• According to BJP state president Bandi Sanjay’s appeal, the assembly siege to formally mark Telangana Liberation Day resulted in the arrest of ten BJP officials by Shamirpet police. Buddhi Srinivas, BJP District Vice President, Wangari Hruday Kumar, BJP Shamirpet Mandal President and Ex-Vice MPP; and Nandala Srinivas, Mandal General Secretary were present at the program.
• The Muduchinthalapally mandal BJP working committee met under the leadership of mandal president Nandala Srinivas. Chief guests were BJP state executive members Buddhi Srinivas, district general secretary Tirumal Reddy, district vice presidents Wangari Hruday Kumar, ST Morcha state leader Sudhakar Naik, and district principal officers, mandal leaders, and booth presidents.
• BJP officials protested with black badges at the Shamirpet Tehsildar office in response to the unlawful arrest of Telangana BJP Bandi Sanjay at the joint BJP Shamirpet mandal. The Chief Guest for this function was Medchal District Rural President Patolla Vikram Reddy, BJP Medchal District Convenor Amaram Mohan Reddy, Mandal Presidents and District Officers of the joint Samir Pate Mandal.
• Protest programs were held in Muduchinthalapally mandal centres in response to the Terasa protestors’ assault on MP Shri Dharmapuri Aravind, led by BJP mandal president Nandala Srinivas. This event was attended by Mandal General Secretary Tappetla Narender Goud, Mallepalli Nagaraju, BJYM District Secretary Vanandas Sai Goud, Tribal Morcha State Leaders Sudhakar Naik, District Kisan Morcha Secretary Dayakar, and Mandal Secretary Mahesh. The major goal of this program is to help the BJP party grow in the mandal, everyone should work together, to help the BJP win the forthcoming local elections.
• In Chintalapalli mandal, the Bharatiya Janata Kisan Morcha held a programme to collect farmer signatures for the implementation of the Farmer Loan Waiver and Crop Insurance Yojana. As Chief Guest, District Kisanmorcha President Raju Reddy, State Working Committee Members Buddhi Seenu, District Kisanmorcha General Secretary Krishna, State SC Morcha Leaders Sudhakar Naik, Nandala Srinivas, and others attended.

Srinivas’s Contribution to the Public During the Pandemic:

• He provided financial and humanitarian support to those who were impacted by the lockdown during the first and second waves of Corona. During the crisis, and responded with compassion, aiding people who were in distress and offering further assistance to those who were harmed by the locking down.
• Srinivas came forward to assist people who had been affected by the lockdown by giving vegetables and fruits to villages, the homeless, and Municipality employees while following the procedures in place and distributing Covid Kits to the members who were afflicted with the appropriate sickness while in their home quartine.
• An awareness demonstration was performed to raise awareness about social distancing and the need of taking precautionary steps in an attempt to eliminate the Corona Epidemic from occurring.
• When the coronavirus was finally exterminated, sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed across the whole village to ensure that the villagers were not exposed to any harmful effects.
• The Covid Immunization Drive was organized in response to Prime Minister Modi’s plea order to increase awareness among the general population about the need of acquiring a free corona vaccination.
