Namburu Sankara Rao was the Member of the Legislative Assembly(MLA) of Pedakurapadu Constituency from the YSRCP party. He was born in 1968 to Nageswara Rao. He has completed SSC from Z.P high school, Narsaraopet in 1982.
From 1982-1984, he has completed Intermediate from Raghuramiah college, Narsaraopet. Basically, he hails from an Agricultural family. He has Business.
He joined the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party(YSRCP) party. In the 2019, Andhra Pradesh Legislative Elections, he was elected as Member of Legislative Assembly(MLA) with the highest majority of 99577 votes from the YSRCP party.
Recent Activities:
- Subbareddy, Panchayati Raj Engineering Chief, inspected the newly constructed Village Secretariat, Farmer Assurance Center, and YSR Village Health Clinic buildings in Crossoor Zone, Peesapadu village along with MLA Namburu Sankara Rao.
- Pedakurapada constituency legislator Namburu Sankara Rao was the chief guest at the “YSR Support Week” organized at the Velugu office in the Crossoor constituency center.
- Sheikh Nur Jahan, a woman from Pedakurapadu village, got a loan of Rs 1 lakh from the state government with the help of interest-free loans through a bank in addition to YSR to help women become self-employed, Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy said today. It was started by Shankara.
- Pedakurapadu constituency legislator Namburu Shankara Rao inspected the food items provided by the government as part of the YSR Absolute Nutrition, YSR Absolute Nutrition Plus scheme set up at an Urdu school in Pedakurapada village and then distributed complete nutritional items to pregnant women.
