He was born into a humble and respectable family to his beloved parents, Mr. Mutyala Narayana Reddy and Mrs. Mutyala Padmamma, who laid the foundation of strong values, discipline, and a deep appreciation for education in their son from a very early age.

He commenced his formal schooling in the town of Jadcherla, Mahbubnagar, where he completed his Secondary Board of Education in the year 1999 from the well-regarded Vignan High School. Building upon this achievement, he continued his academic progression in the same town and went on to complete his Intermediate course in the year 2001 from Vishwa Vikas Junior College, Jadcherla, Mahbubnagar, further strengthening his scholastic foundation.

Driven by an earnest desire to broaden his horizons, Thirupathi Reddy pursued his undergraduate studies and successfully earned his Bachelor’s Degree in the year 2004 from the prestigious Dr. Burgula Ramakrishna Rao Government Degree College, Jadcherla. Eager to contribute to the field of education, he subsequently enrolled in the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) at the esteemed Osmania University, Hyderabad and completed the course in the year 2007.

He obtained his Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Psychology in the year 2010 from Ambedkar University. In the year 2014, Mutyala Thirupathi Reddy embarked on a transformative new chapter in his life by formally joining the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Driven by a sincere desire to serve the people and address the grassroots-level needs of the community, he transitioned into active politics with a clear vision and a strong sense of purpose.

His enthusiasm, dedication, and proactive involvement in every party activity quickly set him apart from his peers. Active Role in the Telangana Statehood Movement

 
Mutyala Thirupathi Reddy played an instrumental and dedicated role in the historic Telangana Movement, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to the creation of a separate Telangana state. He actively participated in large-scale protests, demonstrations, and sustained political advocacy aimed at securing statehood for the region. • Officials from the National Highways Authority of India have agreed to construct a service road to the Ambatapally village, part of the Divitipalli Gram Panchayat, as soon as possible.
• A round table discussion was organized to denounce the immoral statements made by the Chief Minister of Telangana on the state’s constitution.
• At the request of the BJP state department, an effigy of KCR was set ablaze at Rastaroko on the national highway in Mahabubnagar constituency in protest of the assault on MP Arvind Kumar.
• As part of the Bharat Nithi Sanstha’s efforts to prevent and combat false propaganda against immoral attacks on the Hindu community on social media, digital media, and television channels, a Hindu Sammelan has been set up at the local Railway Community Hall as the joint Palamuru district headquarters under the auspices of the Bharat Nithi Sanstha. Similar posters have also been released.
• In a statement to former MP Jitender Reddy, the government requested that he end corruption and irregularities in the Bharatmala Road Survey, stand for farmers who are losing their lands, and ensure that they get justice. To this end, he promptly halted the surveying process. He informed the central government authorities and road-building officials that the road should be built on government-owned property so that farmers would not suffer any unfairness.

 Social Activities:

• Every year, on the anniversary of the birth and death anniversaries of national leaders and freedom fighters, Thirupathi Reddy and the BJP Party Leaders commemorate the anniversary and express gratitude to them for their contributions to the country.
• He continues to fight for eradicating the idea of caste and religious differences in society and is doing his part for human equality, and is fighting with the government to provide proper employment to the unemployed who are worried about getting a proper job even after graduation.

• He carries out his responsibilities while looking after the welfare of the people living in the village and zone by clearing the issues related to Water, Drains, and every minute problem to the individual.

• He has been giving vital supplies to assist water-scarce places due to the social gap established by the COVID-19 restrictions.
