Mutthi Ram Chandram is the Sarpanch of Madharam village. He was born on 01-12-1979 to Venkaiah and Pochamma in Madharam.
In 1995, He started his political journey with the Indian National Congress Party(INC). He joined the Telangana Rashtra Samiti(TRS) party in 2009. From 2014-2019, He was selected as Village President, Madharam from the TRS party. Ram Chandram was elected as Sarpanch of Madharam in 2019.
Ram Chandram has done so many Social Activities. He participated in Swacha Bharath, Haritha-Haram programs in his village. He built canals in the village and distributed Essential Commodities, Masks, Sanitizers to the village people in the time of COVID-19 lockdown.
