Muppa Koteswara Rao is the Village YSRCP President, Vippagunta. He was born on 30-03-1976 to Subba Rao and Anasuryamma in Vippagunta Village, Ponnaluru Mandal. In 2000, He has completed B.Com in Vijayanagar College of Commerce. Basically, he hails from an Agricultural family.

He started his political journey with the Congress Party from 2009-2011 and worked as a Youth Leader. From 2011-2020, he Joined the YSRCP party. In 2017, He participated in the Praja Sankalpa yatra. In 2018, He actively participated in special status agitation in the ponnaluru Mandal. He is one of the senior leaders in the village.
