Muddangula Shiva Kumar

Muddangula Shiva Kumar is the Youth Constituency Incharge of Maheshwaram from Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan(NYKS).

EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION:

On the 18th of April 1998, Shiva Kumar was born to the couple Mr. Muddangula Mallesh and Mrs. Muddangula Jyothi in the village of Manyaguda in Kandukur Mandal of Rangareddy District in the Indian State of Telangana.

In the year 2013, He acquired his Secondary Board of Education from Zilla Parishad High School at Nednur in Rangareddy District and completed his Intermediate course in 2015 from Government Junior College located at Rangareddy District.

He attained his Graduation of Degree in the year 2018 from New Adarsh Degree College situated at Rangareddy of Telangana.

EARLY CAREER IN PROFESSION:

From an early age, he had a strong desire to work in the public service. Shiva Kumar has been in service since he was a child. He has participated in several service activities while pursuing his education.

Since 2018, he has been serving as a Social Activist and has participated in several welfare and developmental initiatives, as well as awareness campaigns, for the benefit of the society’s people.

In the year 2018, Shiva Kumar joined the Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan(NYKS) to develop the personality and leadership qualities of the youth and to engage them in nation-building activities.

Upon joining, In 2002, he was appointed as the Constituency Youth Incharge in Maheshwaram from NYKS and has been constantly working for the people, thinking about their welfare, and gaining immense admiration from the people.

He is the first responder to everyone in need of assistance in the area around him. He continues to help society by assisting individuals who seek assistance without reservation.

By assisting those in need, he earned the adoration of the whole society. His early commitment to social work gained him a reputation as an educated man.

Social Activities:

• He works hard to make statements against abuse, injustice, and corruption if they are discovered against any individual, class, or community in society.
• Shiva Kumar organized a seminar and created awareness of the need of conforming to high citizenship standards and to strive for the dissemination of nationalistic concepts among the general public.
• He is very supportive of the women’s welfare societies in the village and works hard for their growth and the development of the societies.
• With the idea of ​​protecting women who have been physically confronted by someone in the office, blackmailed, tortured, or harassed by other social networks, he stepped forward to help women overcome such acts and to provide a sense of security for women in society.
• Shiva Kumar is working hard for the rights of women as well as encouraging women to take the lead in all fields.
• Many service activities were organized such as blankets for beggars, clothing for the destitute, and meals for orphaned children, and fights over the problems of the people, for the welfare of the people.
• He has provided many job opportunities to the graduated students who are being unemployed after their education.
• Shiva Kumar fights for job reservations for students who are struggling to find a decent job after the conclusion of their education to lead their livelihood.
• He is fighting with the government by conducting dharnas to provide proper employment to the unemployed who are worried about getting a proper job even after graduation.
• On Encouraging the youth with the articles Youth involvement in all fields is on the map of the development and the youth are always taught to work for the development of the country.
• Primary Health care centers were set up in the village and provided proper health guidance to the people and Ph.D. Coaching centers and skill development centers were renovated for the students.
• He has been instrumental in many of the programs like Complications under government Schemes, and soonly problems were resolved also provided better infrastructures like Desktops, Blackboard, Tube lights in schools.
• Every year, on the anniversary of the birth and death anniversaries of national leaders and freedom fighters, Shiva Kumar commemorate the anniversary and express gratitude to them for their contributions to the country.

Developmental Activities:

• Clean and Green was aimed to increase green cover and improve sanitation in villages. As a part of Haritha Haram, massive plantation programs were taken up in the village through the students and Villagers, and eminent leaders.
• To make smoke-free villages, Shiva Kumar strives hard for the cleanliness of surroundings and the society by creating awareness of the effects and the causes of the pollution.
• He distributed food, clothing, and Bed sheets to the Orphan Children and provided fruits, Meals to the homes of the old age by donating a certain amount whenever required.
• Considering the health problems and harms caused by the use of plastics, Shiva Kumar has taken a number of initiatives against the use of plastics and is working for the permanent elimination of it.
• Efforts have been made to eradicate the use of Synthetic materials by briefly explaining to the public the dangers posed by the use of Synthetic material(Plastic) to the next generation.
• As a part of the Fit India Program and he conducted Yoga/Stress Management classes to the public, Western Dance and music for the stress-free and many cultural activities for the people.
• His full concentration is on environmental cleanliness. He went a long way in saying that cleanliness plays a vital role in one’s health and spiritual development. In addition to these, it is also essential for the environmental development of our country.
• The idea in his path is not just to cleanse, but to experience the joy of living in that environment.
• There is a lot going on for environmental cleanliness. He did his part with a lot of effort for the protection of the environment with the idea that our society would be cleaner if we kept our surroundings clean.
• Numerous awareness programs and rallies have been organized for the issues related to the Environment, Usage of Plastic, and Casting of Plants.
• With a target of increasing the enrolment of students into the government sector by at least five percent through the “Badi bata” program in the district, Every year, Shiva Kumar organises the Program and joins the students in the Schools.
• To raise public awareness of issues such as AIDS and other diseases, Shiva Kumar organized a seminar and created awareness among the School Students.
• He primarily focused on problems affecting students, such as fee reimbursement and scholarship disbursements, and worked effectively to ensure that scholarships were granted to students as soon as possible.

Pandemic Services:

• Shiva Kumar sneaked away to assist people who had been affected by the lockdown by giving vegetables and fruits to villages, the homeless, and Municipality employees while following the procedures in place.
• He helped the poor by distributing items such as masks, hand sanitizers, and food, as well as monetary assistance.
• An awareness demonstration was performed in order to raise awareness about social distance and the need of taking precautionary steps in an attempt to eliminate the Corona Epidemic from occurring.
• When the coronavirus was finally exterminated, sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed across the whole village to ensure that the villagers were not exposed to any harmful effects.
• News reporters and police officers were honored and given shawls by Shiva Kumar as a token of appreciation for their efforts in keeping the great news rolling while not jeopardizing their own lives throughout the epidemic and lockdown.
• The Covid Immunization Drive was organized in response to Prime Minister Modi’s plea in order to increase awareness among the general population about the need of acquiring a free corona vaccination.
• During the pandemic, A door to door survey was organized and raised awareness about the virus covid and provided precautions to be followed.
