Mohammad Abdul Sattar

Mohammad Abdul Sattar is an Indian politician from the Southern Indian state of Telangana. He is serving as the Ummadi RR District Minority General Secretary.

EARLY LIFE & EDUCATION

He was born and bought up at Kethireddypalli in Mandal Moinabad on 08-07-1980. His parents were Ismail & Kajabi.

In 2000, He completed his Education at Ambedkar University, Vikarabad.

CAREER IN POLITICS

With the inspiration of YS Rajashekar Reddy’s administration and under the auspicious of Indra Reddy Pattolla, Abdul Sattar was drawn into active politics in 1998 by the Indian National Congress (often called congress, INC) with great zeal and the desire to serve the People.

Sattar joined the Congress party by taking a membership along with the Indra Reddy Pattolla at Gandhi Bhavan.

As a Grama President Minority Leader, he demonstrated his commitment to the people by continuously working for their well-being, Mandal development, and striving hard for the benefit of society from 1999-2000.

In 2005, He extended his service and work by being a Mandal President by further enhancing his responsibilities, always thinking about their welfare, and garnered great respect from the populace.

He was designated as the Indramma Grama Committee Chairman, in 2006 and started rendering service to the society, increasing his responsibilities to address the problems faced by the People.

He increased his work ethic by honorably receiving the position as the Rajeeva Shakthi Mandal President by contributing to the betterment of society by doing his tasks effectively and according to its laws and regulations in 2008.

Constantly striving for the welfare of the People and expressing his feelings of service, he provided a kind of encouragement with a passion to serve the people as a Ummadi RR District Minority General Secretary in 2010 where he executed his duties with extreme caution by carrying out the Party’s initiatives to till now.

For a year, Indrareddy organized the Telangana Movement Committee. Sattar was the only one in the committee who adhered to Indra’s ideas, and Sattar was highly loyal and respectful to Indra, and he was regarded as a guru.

Abdul Sattar played an active role during the Telangana Separate State Movement spearheaded by now-CM, K.Chandrashekar Rao. During the Movement, he participated in every program under the congress party and also revolved around the Karimnagar during the movement.

Abdul Sattar often meets YS Rajasekhar Garu at the party programs and Sattar is involved in a padayatra from Chevella along with the YSR.

As Chairman of the Indiramma Grama Committee, Abdul Sattar was involved in a number of social initiatives, including providing homes and cement bags for construction, 2-5 acres of land belonging to YSR, Loans to the needy, and flats of 60 yards & naming the colony YSR NAGAR, which was officially inaugurated with YSR Rajashekar in attendance.

ACTIVITIES UNDERTAKEN RECENTLY:

• He financially assisted the poor people in the village and helped them in all possible ways. He distributed fruits and medicines to the village’s unhealthy and needy people.
• Conducted Annadhanam Program, which is served and satisfied many hungry people in his village.
• If anyone in the village encounters any problem, he will be at the forefront of the problem. He will assist those who come to him for help and provide the essential things that they require.
• Sattar responsibly takes people to the YSR Campus office and Gets things Done, provided Indiramma houses to the people, lays out CC Roads, clearance Drainage systems, and Solves Water Problems.
• Abdul Sattar was fighting for the farmers and helping them with debt forgiveness. under Sattar auspicious, An old man was operated on at a Vasavi hospital.

DEVELOPMENTAL ACTIVITIES:

• When Gaddam Prasad Was the Minister of Vikarabad then, under his leadership some of the development activities in the village-like laying of CC Roads and clearance of Drainage systems.
• Conducted many party meetings and development activities for community development. He stood up for the poor and ensured the development of welfare. He always raises his hands to serve the poor.
• Every Year he celebrates Freedom Fighters Birth anniversaries and distributes food packets to the villagers and also conducts Cultural and Traditional programs in the village.
• He accompanied many Mandal level party meetings in the town and also organized Party Membership Programs. Many party development programs were carried out in the village for the growth of the party

ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT BY THE PARTY:

• He is constantly being fought over the People’s problems and petitions are being handed over to the concerned authorities. During Elections, he actively participates in the Door-to-Door election campaign and worked hard to win the party in his locality.
• INC Party responsibilities and policies are explained to party activists and workers from time to time.
• As a party activist, he will be available to the people in the village at their difficult times.
• Abdul Sattar took part in dharna on the rise in petroleum & diesel prices. 24/7 he will be at the forefront of the problem, fights for it to serve the people in a better way.
• He creates awareness on the Health card i.e Arogya Sree Cards, welfare schemes for the poor people, and helped them to survive their lives by issuing Kalyana Laxmi Scheme, and Shadi Mubarak.

DURING THE PANDEMIC, SERVICES WERE PROVIDED:

• Food item packets for drivers and migrant laborers were distributed whose livelihood has been affected during this lockdown period.
• He apportioned Masks, Sanitizers, and food to the poor and also contributed to them financially. To spread awareness about social distancing and follow precautionary measures to prevent the Epidemic of Corona an awareness program has been conducted.
• He worked all days(Day and Night) during the Covid period and looked after the people. He is constantly available mainly to the poorest people in the zone.
