Mirza Riyaz Ul Hassan Effendi is the MLC(Member of the Legislative council) of Telangana. He was born on 26-07-1977 to Mirza Sayeedul Hasan Parvez Effendi & Khadija Begum Effendi in New Malakpet. He has completed his Graduation B.Sc.

Mirza Riyaz Ul Hassan started his political journey with the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) Party and he was the Member. In 2009, He was the Corporator of GHMC, Noor Khan Bazaar Division. He was a Member of the Standing Committee in GHMC.

In 2016, Mirza Riyaz Ul Hassan was the Corporator of ward 30 GHMC Dabeerpura. He was the Member of the Standing Committee, GHMC. In 2019, Hassan elected as a Member of the Telangana Legislative Council.
