Mekala Das (Bhiksham) was born on July 09, 1987, in Adigoppula Village, Durgi Mandal, Palnadu District, Andhra Pradesh.He is the son of Kotaiah and Manikyam, hailing from a family deeply ingrained in political and social, and deep-rooted empathy for the underprivileged have prolled him into the political limelight. Through his unrelenting pursuit of equity and progress, He has carved a niche for himself in the Telugu Desham Party (TDP) and beyond.

రాజకీయ ప్రస్థానం : తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీ ఆవిర్భావం – 1983 పార్టీ పెట్టిన మొదటి నుంచి మా తాత గారు , మా నాన్న గారు తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీ కి వీర విధేయులుగా ఉన్నాము . ఈ క్రమంలో తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీ మా శరీరం లో ఒక అవయవం గా మారింది. అదే విధంగా నాకు కూడా తెలుగు దేశం పార్టీ మీద నమ్మకం, అభిమానం, మా ఇంట్లోని వారందరు కూడా తెలుగు దేశం పార్టీ అభిమానులమే.
2014నుండి 2019 : ఎంపీటీసీ ఎలక్షన్ లో మా ఆవిడా మేకల శిరీష, mptc – 1, అడిగొప్పల ఎస్ సి – మహిళా కోటాలో గెలిచింది . తెలుగు దేశం పార్టీ , మెజారిటీ : 353 ఓట్లు .

2014 నుండి 2018 వరకు : AP MRPS ఉద్యమం లో ఎం ఎస్ రాజు గారి నాయకత్వం లో ఉమ్మడి గుంటూరు జిల్లా అధ్యక్షుడుగా పని చెయ్యడం జరిగింది.

2019 ఎలక్షన్ లో: మాచర్ల నియోజక వర్గం టీడీపీ – ఎమ్మెల్యే అభ్యర్థి అన్నపురెడ్డి అంజి రెడ్డి గారు పోటీ చేసిన సమయం లో అయన వెంట ఉంది పార్టీ గెలుపు కోసం పని చెయ్యడం జరిగింది.

2019 ఎలక్షన్ లో తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీ అధికారం కోల్పోయి వైస్సార్సీపీ ప్రభుత్వం ఏర్పాటు చేసిన తర్వాత టీడీపీ కి అండగా ఉండటం జరిగింది.

చలో ఆత్మకూరు ప్రోగ్రాం 10 సెప్టెంబర్ 2019: మాచర్ల నియోజక వర్గం లో వైసీపీ పార్టీ అరాచకాలు , అక్రమాలు , దోపిడీ చేస్తున్న క్రమంలో ఆత్మకూరు మాదిగల మీద, దాడులు అక్రమ కేసులు , 120 కుటుంబాలు ఊరు విడిచి వెళ్లేట్లు చేసిన క్రమంలో పార్టీ కి అండగా నిలిచి వాళ్ళల్లో ధైర్యాన్ని నింపి టీడీపీ పార్టీ కి ఓటు వేసేందుకు వాళ్ళు పడ్డ బాధలు చూసి నేను మాగులూరి నారాయణ గారు కలిసి,టీడీపీ పార్టీ అధినేత నారా చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు గారి దగ్గరకి వాళ్ళని తీసుకురాగా వెంటనే స్పందించి చంద్రబాబు గారు వాళ్ళకి గుంటూరు లో వైన్స్ కల్యాణ మండపంలో వైసీపీ బాధితుల శిబిరం (వసతి) ఏర్పాటు చేసినారు.

అప్పుడు వాళ్ళని తిరిగి వాళ్ళ ఉరికి తీసుకెళ్లాలని చంద్రబాబు గారు “చలో ఆత్మకూరు” పిలుపునిచ్చారు.
“చలో ఆత్మకూరు” ప్రోగ్రాం పూర్తిగా మా ఆధ్వర్యంలో జరిగింది. అక్కడ నుండి మాచర్ల వైసీపీ ఎమ్మెల్యే పిన్నెల్లి రామకృష్ణా రెడ్డి నా మీద అక్రమ్ కేసులు పెట్టారు.

అక్రమ కేసులు: నాపై 307 కేసులు రెండు, ఇతర కేసులు 8 మొత్తం నా మీద 10 కేసులు పెట్టించాడు.

జైలు జీవితం: కరోనా సమయంలో రెండు సార్లు నరసారావుపేట, గురజాల సబ్ జైళ్లలో 48 రోజులు నేను చాల ఇబ్బందులతో కూడిన జైలు జీవితం గడపటం జరిగింది.

ఉద్యోగం కోల్పోవడం: జైలు జీవితం గడిపిన క్రమంలో నేను చేస్తున్న ఉద్యోగం (ఏపీ ఆన్ లైన్ డివిజినల్ కో ఆర్డినేటర్) కోల్పోవడం జరిగింది.
మాచర్ల నియోజకవర్గంలో అరాచకం రాజ్యం ఏలుతున్న సందర్భంలో ఇంచార్జి లేని సమయంలో పార్టీ కార్యకర్తలకు అండగా ఉండటం, అక్రమ్ కేసులకు భయపడకుండా ఎదురు నిలబడి పార్టీకి అండగా, తోడుగా కార్యకర్తలకు దైర్యం చెప్పుకుంటూ టీడీపీ కి తోడుగా ఉన్నాను.

నియోజకవర్గ ఇంచార్జ్ కోసం జూలకంటి బ్రహ్మానంద రెడ్డి గారు కావాలని కోరడం జరిగింది: మాచర్ల నియోజక వర్గానికి ఇంచార్జి గా జూలకంటి బ్రహ్మానంద రెడ్డి గారికి ఇవ్వమని పలుమార్లు చంద్రబాబు గారిని అడిగిన సందర్భంలో నేను క్రియాశీలకంగా ఉన్నాను. కార్యకర్తలను కాపాడాలంటే జూలకంటి బ్రహ్మానంద రెడ్డి గారు కావాలని కోరటం జరిగింది.

జూలకంటి బ్రహ్మానంద రెడ్డి గారు వస్తే కార్యకర్తలలో మనోధైర్యం పెరుగుతుందని చెప్పడం జరిగింది.

జూలకంటి బ్రహ్మానందరెడ్డి గారికి మాచర్ల టీడీపీ ఇంచార్జి బాధ్యతలు ఇచ్చిన తర్వాత నేను చేసిన కార్యక్రమాలు :

సభ్యత్వాల నమోదు : సభ్యత్వాలు చేర్పించే క్రమంలో క్రియాశీలకంగా ఎక్కువ సభ్యత్వాలు చేర్పించాను. నేను నా సొంత డబ్బులు సభ్యత్వాల కోసం ఖర్చు చేశాను. న్యూట్రల్ గా ఉన్నటువంటి వాళ్ళని టీడీపీ పార్టీ కి పని చేసే విధంగా వారిని చైతన్యం చెయ్యడం జరిగింది.

బాదుడే బాదుడు : బాదుడే బాదుడు చెయ్యటం జారింది. అప్పట్లో ప్రెస్ మీట్స్ కూడా నేను ఇవ్వటం జరిగింది.
నియోజకవర్గం లో ఉన్న కాలనీలు సందర్శించి టీడీపీ పార్టీ కి సపోర్ట్ చేసే విధంగా దళితులలో చైతన్యం నింపటం జరిగింది.
ఈ క్రమంలో పార్టీలో నా కష్టాన్ని గుర్తించిన టీడీపీ అధిష్టానం నన్ను స్టేట్ లో ఎస్ సి సెల్ విభాగం లో ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శిగా ఉత్తర్వులు ఇవ్వటం జరిగింది.

యువగళం పాదయాత్ర : యువగళం పాదయాత్రలో నారా లోకేష్ బాబు గారి వెంట ఐదు జిల్లాల్లో కలిసి పాల్గొనటం జరిగింది.
దళితుల ఆత్మీయ సమ్మేళనం: దళితుల ఆత్మీయ సమావేశముకు 6 వేళ మంది దళితులను పోగుచేసి మాచర్ల పట్టణంలోని నరిశెట్టి కల్యాణమండపంలో ప్రోగ్రాం చెయ్యటం జరిగింది.
అంబెడ్కర్ విదేశీ విద్య నిరసన దీక్ష మంగళగిరి : అంబెడ్కర్ విదేశీ విద్య పేరు మార్పు చేసి, జగనన్న విదేశీ విద్య అని పెట్టుకున్నందుకు నిరసనగా మంగళగిరి నియోజకవర్గంలో అంబెడ్కర్ విగ్రహం దగ్గర నిరసన దీక్ష చేపట్టడం జరిగింది.
ఇదేం కర్మ ప్రోగ్రాం : ఇదేం కర్మ మన రాష్ట్రానికి కార్యక్రమాన్ని నియోజకవర్గం లోని అన్ని గ్రామాలలో తిరిగి పర్యటించాను.
చైతన్య రథ యాత్ర : భవిష్యత్తుకి గ్యారంటీ చైతన్య రథ యాత్ర – నిదానంపాడులో అక్రమ మైనింగ్, దుర్గిలో బహిరంగ సభకి జనాన్ని తీసుకెళ్లి జయప్రదం చెయ్యటం జరిగింది.
దళితుల సమరభేరి ర్యాలీ : దళితుల సమరభేరి ర్యాలీలు, ఎస్ సి సెల్ రాష్ట్ర అధ్యక్షులు ఎం ఎస్ రాజు గారితో కలిసి పాల్గొనటం జరిగింది.
తిరుపతి, నెల్లూరు , గుంటూరు , విజయవాడ వంటి మహా నగరాలలో ర్యాలీలో పాల్గొనడం జరిగింది.
చలో కావాలి : నారా లోకేష్ బాబు గారితో మరియు ఎస్ సి సెల్ రాష్ట్ర అధ్యక్షులు ఎం ఎస్ రాజు గారితో కలిసి చలో కావాలి పాల్గొనడం జరిగింది.
కొవ్వొత్తుల ర్యాలీ : అసెంబ్లీ సాక్షిగా డా ” డోలా బాల వీరాంజనేయ స్వామిని అవమానించి దాడి చేసినందుకు గాను నిరసనగా మాచర్లలోని పార్క్ సెంటర్ లో టీడీపీ క్యాడర్ ను కలుపుకొని కొవ్వొత్తుల ర్యాలీ నిర్వహించడం జరిగింది.

వైసీపీ ప్రభుత్వం పై పోరాటం: రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా దళితుల మీద జరుగుతున్నటువంటి దాడులకు ఎం ఎస్ రాజు గారితో కలిసి దళితుల మీద దాడులను ఖండిస్తూ నిరసనలు, దీక్షలు, ధర్నాలు వైసిపి ప్రభుత్వం మీద పోరాటం చేయటం జరిగింది.

నేను మాదిగ తెలుగుదేశం మాదిగ : నేను మాదిగ తెలుగుదేశం మాదిగ అనే కార్యక్రమంలో వర్ల రామయ్య గారు మరియు ఎం ఎస్ రాజు గారి ఆదేశాల మేరకు నియోజకవర్గంలో ఉన్న మాదిగలను పార్టీకి దగ్గర చేసి పార్టీకి పనిచేసేటట్లు చేశాను.

దళిత శంఖారావం : దళితులపై ధమనకాండ కు నిరసనగా “దళిత శంఖారావం” “దళితుల పంతం వైసిపి అంతం” అనే కార్యక్రమం రాష్ట్రంలో అన్ని జిల్లాల్లో రాష్ట్ర అధ్యక్షుడు ఎం ఎస్ రాజు గారితో కలిసి పని చేయడం జరిగింది.

సూపర్ సిక్స్ పథకాలు ప్రచారం: సూపర్ సెక్స్ పథకాలు ప్రచారం – 27 రకాల దళిత సంక్షేమ పథకాలు ఇంటింటి ప్రచారం ప్రచారం నిర్వహించాము.

27 రకాల దళిత సంక్షేమ పథకాలు ప్రచారం : మాచర్ల నియోజకవర్గంలోని అన్ని గ్రామాలు తిరిగి ఇంటింటి ప్రచారం చేయటం జరిగింది. అదేవిధంగా నియోజకవర్గంలోని అన్ని దళిత కాలనీలలో ఉన్నటువంటి ప్రతి ఇంటిని సందర్శించి నారా చంద్రబాబునాయుడు గారు అధికారంలోకి వస్తే దళితులకు సంబంధించిన 27 రకాల దళిత సంక్షేమ పథకాలు బాబు గారు తిరిగి పునరుద్ధరిస్తారని ప్రచారం చేసుకుంటూ దళితులను తెలుగుదేశం వైపు మొగ్గు చూపేలా చేశాము.

మేము సైతం బాబు కోసం రిలే నిరాహార దీక్ష : మేము సైతం బాబు కోసం రిలే నిరాహార దీక్ష చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు గారిపై జగన్ వేసిన అక్రమ కేసు అరెస్టుకు నిరసనగా బాబు గారికి తోడుగా నిరసన కార్యక్రమాలు చేశాను. మేము సైతం బాబు కోసం రిలే నిరాహార దీక్షలు నియోజకవర్గంలోని అన్ని మండల హెడ్ క్వార్టర్లలో జరిగాయి దీక్షలో పాల్గొనడం జరిగింది.

జై భీమ్ జై టిడిపి : జై భీమ్ జై టిడిపి అనే కార్యక్రమం తీసుకుని ఎమ్మెస్ రాజుగారు జూలకంటి బ్రహ్మానంద రెడ్డి గారి ఆదేశాల మేరకు నియోజకవర్గంలోని ప్రతి దళిత వాడను సందర్శించి దళితులను తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీ వైపు మొగ్గు చూపేలా చైతన్యం చేయటం జరిగింది.

లీడ్ క్యాప్ ధర్నా : లిడ్ క్యాప్ భూములు అన్యాక్రాంతం కాకుండా ధర్నాలు, నిరసనలు చేయటం జరిగింది.

సెమీ క్రిస్మస్ వేడుకలు : దళితులను తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీకి దగ్గర చేసే క్రమంలో సెమీ క్రిస్మస్ వేడుకలను వైభవోపేతంగా చేయడం జరిగింది.

మాచర్ల టిడిపి ఆఫీస్ పై దమన కాండ : వైసీపీ మూకలు మాచర్లలో టిడిపి కార్యాలయానికి నిప్పు పెట్టిన సందర్భంలో 16 డిసెంబర్ 2023న అప్పుడు జరిగిన అల్లర్లలో బ్రహ్మానంద రెడ్డి గారితో పాటు నన్ను కూడా కేసులో 11వ ముద్దాయిగా కేసు నమోదు చేశారు. ఆ సందర్భంలో నెలరోజులు అజ్ఞాతంలో ఉండటం చాలా ఇబ్బందులు పడ్డాము.

2024 ఎన్నికల ప్రచారం పల్నాడు జిల్లా : పల్నాడు జిల్లా టిడిపి ఎంపీ అభ్యర్థి శ్రీ లాగు కృష్ణదేవరాయలు గారితో వారి నియోజకవర్గాలలో ఎన్నికల ప్రచార కార్యక్రమంలో పాల్గొని వారు గెలుపునకు కృషి చేశాను.
పల్నాడు జిల్లా, మాచర్ల నియోజకవర్గం టిడిపి ఎమ్మెల్యే అభ్యర్థి జూలకంటి బ్రహ్మానంద రెడ్డి గారితో ఎన్నికల ప్రచారం చేసి ఆయన గెలుపునకు కృషి చేశాను.

2025 ఎన్నికల ప్రచారం : గుంటూరు, కృష్ణా జిల్లా ఎమ్మెల్సీ అభ్యర్థి శ్రీ ఆలపాటి రాజేంద్ర గారితో ఎన్నికల ప్రచారం చేసి ఆయన గెలుపునకు కృషి చేశాను.
