Medagam Venkata Ramireddy

Medagam Venkata Ramireddy is a Village Leader from the TDP Party of Kondasunkesula in YSR Kadapa District in the Indian State of Andhra Pradesh.

Early Life and Education:

On 10th October 1986, B Venkata Ramireddy was born to a couple, Mr Medagam Venkat Reddy and Mrs Medagam Subbamma resided in the village of Kondasunkesula in Peddamudium Mandal at YSR Kadapa District in the Indian State of Andhra Pradesh.

Venkata Ramireddy acquired his 7th Standard from Zilla Parishad High School located at Kondasunkesula Village, Peddamudium Mandal.

A career in Politics:

Venkata Ramireddy joined the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) to provide specific services and also fulfil the political needs of the people.

After that, he was selected as a Village Leader. 

As part of the party, Venkata Ramireddy takes great interest and carries out his duties as a Village Leader in every activity by carrying out the code of conduct and for the recognition of the party concerned.

After that, in the elections held in 2021, he contested as Sarpanch from the TDP party and lost by a narrow margin.

He upholds the trust that the people have placed in him and maintains his service, concentrating on the welfare of the people at the moment and dealing with the activities that will encourage Party to advance.

Party Activities:

• During Elections, he actively participated in the Door-to-Door election campaign and worked hard to bring more voters to win the party in his locality.
• Venkata Ramireddy organises kabaddi competitions on behalf of the party in his Village and Mandal as part of the Sankranti celebrations and awards prizes to the winners.
• Venkata Ramireddy was actively involved in various social service activities and worked hard to take multiple schemes of the State and Central Government into public and assist them to benefit.
• He actively engages in the Party’s activities and events throughout the year. Throughout the campaign, he disseminated and revealed the greatness of the Party to the general populace.
• He organised many party meetings and development programs for the development of society. They stand by the poor and support welfare development.

Social Activities:

• On the Birth Anniversaries of Political Leaders, Venkata Ramireddy celebrates the occasion by organizing a Blood donation camp and conducting an Annadanam program at his Locality.
• He carries out his responsibilities while looking after the welfare of the people in the village and zone.
• He Participated in the Village development activities in the village like laying CC Roads, Digging Borewells, Putting up Street Lights, Clearance Drainage systems, and Solving water Problems.
• He served the elderly and needy in the community by supplying them with the necessities of life and assisting them through times of financial hardship.

Pandemic Services:

• During the Pandemic Period, he handed out fruit, meal packets, and water bottles to the people living by the roadsides. In addition, he provided free blankets to those individuals. He donated monetarily to the cause and provided the migrants with food and rice bags.
• During the Corona crisis, the Annadhanam program was made available to front-line workers, including police officers, municipal employees, and emergency personnel.
• To combat the spread of the pandemic in Corona, he has organised an awareness campaign focusing on the need to keep a safe distance from infected individuals and use appropriate safety precautions.
• He offered sufferers of the covid virus financial assistance and the provision of vitamin pills, masks, and sanitisers.
• Even after the second wave of the covid infection, Venkata Ramireddy continued to put his efforts into helping other individuals.
• The residents of the village, as well as others who were in need, received vegetables and fruits from him. The Covid-19 vaccination and the consequences of the virus were the subjects of awareness campaigns at camps and seminars.
• The region contaminated with the coronavirus has been designated as a red zone, and residents have been informed of the necessary safety measures and precautions to take.
• The Covid Immunization Drive was organized in response to Prime Minister Modi’s plea to increase awareness among the general population about the need to acquire a free corona vaccination.
• During the pandemic, A door to door survey was organized and raise awareness about the virus covid and provided precautions to be followed.
