Mattupalli Anil Kumar is the Mandal Secretary of Thullur from the Congress party. Anil is a leader who came into politics at a young age with the goal of serving the people and doing his bit for the country, and as a result, he’s received substantial support from the public.

BORN AND EDUCATION:

He was born on 09-09-1993 in Vaddamanu village. His parents were Narasimha Rao and Laxmi.

In 2008, He received his Board of Secondary Education from ZPHS, Ananthavaram.

POLITICAL CAREER:

He entered into Active Politics with the Indian National Congress(INC) party in 2021 and worked as Party Activist by contributing to each activity such as fighting for justice and questioning injustice.

The party appreciated Anil Kumar’s commitment and efforts, then rewarded him with the position of Mandal Secretary of Thullur. He expressed his heartfelt thanks to the Tadikonda constituency in charge of Shri Chilaka Vijayakumar on his appointment.

Anil is a leader who always questioning the administration over people’s issues. He organized dharnas and rastarokos in support of farmers. He approached the Collector discussed pensions and said that the elderly were having difficulty receiving their pensions on schedule and asked that the problem be addressed. Anil Kumar and party leaders have demanded that the government reduce the hike in petrol and diesel prices.

Anil Kumar along with Congress leaders demanded an encounter with the accused in the brutal murder of Dalit girl Ramya in Guntur. A candlelight rally was held in the center of the zone to protest the murder. Condemned the brutal murder of Ramya and demanded that the government would support her family The issue was brought to the attention of Chief Minister Jagan, who assisted the victim’s family financially.

ANIL KUMAR’S RESPONSIBILITIES AS MANDAL SECRETARY:

• “Mattupalli Anil Kumar” expressed his heartfelt thanks to Tadikonda constituency in charge and APCC state secretary Shri Chilaka Vijayakumar for appointing him as Tulluru zone Congress party secretary.
• Mandal Secretary Anil Kumar with Tadikonda constituency Congress party fans and activists leaders said that the government was protesting against the increase in electricity tariffs in the name of “troupe” and that a petition would be filed against S. E in Rayapudi saying that everyone must participate.
• Anil Kumar, Active Leader of the Congress Party, submitted a petition to Dm & Ho to increase the number of medical personnel in all PC’s in the constituency as well as send mobile medical vans to every village to provide free medical care.
• On the occasion of the 12th death anniversary of Mahaneta YS Rajasekhara Reddy, an Annadanam function was organized after which the Congress party workers laid garlands and paid homage to the portrait of that great man.
• Pay the pension due to the elders immediately. If their fingerprints are not taken, give the pension to the panchayat secretary or VRO with their fingerprints.

ANIL KUMAR’S CONTRIBUTION DURING THE PANDEMIC:

-The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic has affected millions of people. People are very embarrassed due to lack of employment.

-Anil Kumar on his part, gave necessities and food to the villagers.

-He distributed fruits, food packets, and water bottles to the beggars and road siders who can’t afford food during the pandemic.

-Provided free food service for migrants, financially assisted them to go to their villages.

-He also created awareness on the maintenance of Physical distance and following precautionary measures to prevent the epidemic in Corona.

-He distributed food and rice bags to the migrants and also contributed to them financially.

-Sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed all over the village for the safety of the village.

-Anil Kumar continued to serve even during the covid second wave.

-He set up Covid center in Gurukula school, Tadikonda, and distributed Vegetables, fruits, Masks, Sanitizers to the village people.

-Anil Kumar told the villagers that no need to fear necessary precautions are enough for the prevention of corona.

-Organized awareness programs on precautions to be taken to prevent covid and said no need to panic.

-Anil Kumar, who saw the public troubles during the corona, provided free mineral water, food packets to the village people.

-The area infected with the coronavirus has been declared a red zone and has been given proper precautions and instructions.
