Mankali (Kondaiah) Kalyan

Kalyan is the District President of SC & ST Development Association, Rajanna Sircilla. He was born on 18-04-1981 to Yellaiah in Jaggaraopally Village, Boinpalli Mandal, Rajanna Sircilla District.

In 1994, He has studied his SSC Standard from ZP High School at Vemulawada. From 1994-1998, he has completed his ITI. From 1998-2000, He has completed his Intermediate from Arts College at Karimnagar. In 2001, He attained his Graduation from Dr. B.R Ambedkar Open University, SSR College at Karimnagar.

Kalyan started his political journey in 2001 with the OU-JAC under the SC corporation Chairman Pidamarthi Ravi. From 2001-2014, He Participated in BSF.
He fought for the problems of college students.

In 2009, He Participated in Telangana Movement and was Participated in the siege of Sonia Gandhi’s house in Delhi. In 2009, He was the Youth Federation General Secretary of Telangana Dalit Student, Karimnagar. He was the Youth JAC Secretary of Telangana Dalit, Karimnagar.

Kalyan is working for the Dalit Category. He conducted Medical Camps in his Village.

Kalyan is the District President of SC & ST Development Association, Rajanna Sircilla.

Kalyan donated food items, Bedsheets, Meals to the Oldage people in Oldage Homes.
He distributed books, pens, Stationary things to handicapped Students and School Students.
He provided food to the Hospital People and Poor people.
Kalyan involves in many of the social activities like Swachh Bharath Programs & helping poor people in his area, and development activities like CC Roads, Drainage, Street lights, and Water Problems in his area.
Street lights were set up and Some roads were paved in the Area.
Kalyan provided Rice and financial help to the Death People Families.

• He distributed Ambali drink to the Police Department during Pandemic Covid-19.
• Kalyan distributed essential things to the Tribal people in their area.
• He distributed meals to the Roadside people during the COVID-19 and conducted Free Mediacal camps in his Area.
• He distributed many kits like Essential things, Masks, and sanitizer in his area during the COVID-19 Pandemic lockdown period.
• Kalyan was Provided food & Vegetables to Poor people during lockdown time.
• He distributed essentials things, Masks, and sanitizer during the lockdown time in his Constituency.
• Kalyan provided meals to the Migrates and distributed Essential things to the Poor People.
• He Distributed Essential Needs in Pandemic COVID-19 time.
• Kalyan has created Awareness on how to practice Social Distance.
• He helped buses to the Migrates to go to their own Places.
• The complete Town was sprayed with sodium hypochlorite solution.
