Mandal Saraswati and Mandal Kondal Rao are Indian politicians of the YSR Congress Party, Eluru Rural ZPTC, and Senior Leader of Eluru in Andhra Pradesh.

CAREER IN POLITICS:

Role and Participation in Indian National Congress Party-

Kondal Rao joined the Indian National Congress Party (INC) in 2001 as he was passionate about politics and concurred to satisfy the political aspirations of the people while also doing a modest service and addressing societal conflicts.

Kondal Rao takes a genuine interest in the Party and participates proactively in every activity, executing his responsibilities according to a code of conduct and for the party’s public exposure.

For his work and humility towards the growth and the welfare of the people, in 2001, he was elected as the Ward Member of Elurun from INC by providing services to the people by satisfying the requirements of everyone who appealed to him for assistance.

He upholds the trust that the people have placed in him and maintains his service, concentrating on the welfare of the people at the moment and dealing with the activities that will encourage the Party to advance.

Positions and Involvement in YSR Congress Party-

After the death of YS Rajasekhara, In the year 2011, Kondal Rao debuted in the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) founded by the currently designated as Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and President of YSRCP YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.

He shows great enthusiasm for the Party and participates actively in all activities, fulfilling his obligations by a code of conduct and for the benefit of the party’s public perception.

His steadfast dedication and genuine effort earned him the BC Cell Mandal Convener of Eluru post from the YSRCP in 2012. He has consistently worked for the people, thinking about their welfare and winning tremendous public acclaim.

He keeps the confidence given in him by the people and sustains his service by focusing on the proximate welfare of the people and on initiatives that will make the Party prosper.

After acquiring the authority and carrying out all activities as his commitment to the welfare of the people and by fully complying with a code of conduct, Kondal Rao was elevated to the position by the people as the District General Secretary of Eluru Parliament from YSRCP in 2017 to promote the proper focus towards the need for effective and comprehensive expansion in people by doing his part to overcome the hardships faced by the people.

Mr. Kondal Rao holds several Positions in YSRCP. He has been serving as the YSRCP Senior Leader of Eluru in Eluru Rural, Andhra Pradesh, and continuing his services to the people.

Responsibilities in Community-

Neti Sangam Distributors Committee:

Recognizing Kondal Rao’s work for the People, He was appointed to the Neti Sangam Distributors Committee Chairman in 2008 to provide more services by continuing his duties and serving people.

Koller Rajanna Sangam:

He extended his service and work by accepting the respectable position of Koller Rajanna Sangam President to look after the people and the issues they were facing and served with the assigned position. 

Serving in the assigned positions, Kondal Rao has performed many social and welfare activities for the people. From the moment he began his social life till now, he has been using all his resources for the people and pursuing his happy life of public welfare.

Mrs. Mandala Saraswathiwas inspired by her husband’s Political service to the people; she joined the YSR Congress Party to support the development of the party.

She earned the people’s admiration by holding out the commitments, obligations, and powers assigned to her. As a result, Saraswathi was honored as the ZPTC of Eluru Rural, Andhra Pradesh, from YSRCP. She has served many people through her kind heart by carrying out the tasks assigned to her and earning the people’s responses.

As an Andhra Pradesh Activist:

Kondal Rao was an Andhra Pradesh Activist. He Participated in the Samaikyandhra Movement to prevent the state’s division–separating the state’s Telangana districts into a separate Telangana state by providing academic support.

During Elections, he actively participated in the Door-to-Door election campaign and worked hard to bring more voters to win the party in his locality.

Party Activities:

• He contributed to the Public Will Yatra (Praja Sankalpa Yatra) and Sakala Janula Samme and played a crucial part in YSRCP Political rallies.
• Along with Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, the current Chief Minister of AP, Kondal Rao, played a pivotal role and actually involved in a foot march (Padayatra) to all of the Constituencies, where the party ended up winning a special situation.
• The grandeur of the YSRCP Party and its doctrine were all qualities that Kondal Rao conveyed to the party’s officials and then communicated to the public.
• He was delivering a speech to the public on the government’s new programs to help the poor and disadvantaged.
• Kondal Rao worked hard to bring public attention to the many social welfare programs offered by the State governments, and he assisted numerous individuals in taking advantage of these programs.
•  Implementation of the YSR scheme, YSR support scheme, bank loans for women’s welfare development, efforts to address Dwakra women’s issues, efforts to ensure proper implementation of Disha law, efforts for girls’ safety, and a ban on dowry.

Services Provided through Market Yard Committee:

• His diligent efforts to improve the plight of farmers during his reign were rewarded by receiving a substantial sum in return for the commodities generated by the farmer.
• It is brought to the attention of farmers that the use of reliable pesticides for crops will result in an increase in the production of such crops.
• He is in complete opposition to the state government repealing new agricultural laws and other beneficial elements that will serve the survival of farmers and organizing awareness programs to educate farmers on loans from banks and crop yields.
• He supported the farmer’s strike protesting against agricultural reform. He fought for the discounted price for the crop to farmers.
• Kondal Rao has been fighting hard for reservation rights for the lower caste category people and was fighting over the problems of the farmers for the lower prices of their crop fields.
• Kondal Rao, in exchange for a substantial fee for the commodities produced by the farmer, strove tirelessly to improve many of the farmers throughout his reign.
• He is contrary to the state government abolishing new agricultural laws and other beneficial factors that would support farmers in their efforts to survive in the modern world.
• His diligent efforts to improve the plight of farmers during his reign were rewarded by receiving a substantial sum in return for the commodities generated by the farmer.
• Kondal Rao informed the farmers that it is best to plant two crops a year instead of three crops a year since the soil will become stagnant if three crops are harvested yearly, and the crops will not spring to hand adequately.

Services rendered during the Pandemic-19:

• Mr&Mrs. Kondal Rao has performed many social services providing food and water to the migrants and the poor.
• Mr&Mrs Kondal Rao and their Team came forward to assist people who had been affected by the lockdown by giving vegetables and fruits to villages, the homeless, and Municipality employees while following the procedures in place.
• He helped the poor by distributing masks, hand sanitizers, food, and monetary assistance.
• An awareness demonstration was performed to raise awareness about social distancing and the need to take precautionary steps to eliminate the Corona epidemic.
• When the coronavirus was finally exterminated, sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed across the whole village to ensure that the villagers were not exposed to any harmful effects.
• The Covid Immunization Drive was organized in response to Prime Minister Modi’s plea to increase awareness among the general population about the need to acquire a free corona vaccination.
• During the pandemic, A door to door survey was organized and raise awareness about the virus covid and provide precautions to be followed.
