Mallela Jagadeesh

 

Mallela Jagadeesh is the State Secretary of Rayalaseema Vidyarthi Samakya(RVS) from Andhra Pradesh. He was born on 15-01-1996 in Kommaddi village. His father is Anjaneyulu and his mother is Nannemma.

Education Background:

In 2015, Jagadeesh earned his Board of Secondary Education at ZP high school, located at Urutur. From 2015-2017, he completed Agriculture Diploma in Seed Technology from SBNM Seed Technology Polytechnic college at Badvel. Jagadeesh received his Graduation(Degree) from Sri Venkateshwara Degree College at Kadapa during 2017-2020. Jagadeesh pursuing MA(Political Science) from Yogivemana University at Kadapa.

A Career in RSF and RVS :

Jagadeesh joined the All India Student’s Federation (AISF) in 2015 at Badvel Constituency. All India Student’s Federation(AISF) is the oldest student organization in India it was founded on 12 August 1936 with the guidance of freedom fighters and revolutionaries of that time.

Mallela Jagadeesh, who lost her father at the age of four, has always been a key figure in the student movement.

Jagadeesh is a Rayalaseema Student Movement Leader and Rayalaseema Public Rights Leader. As a Rayalaseema rights leader who has been backward for the last six years, he has been the leader of the Rayalaseema rights for students movement, no matter how many obstacles the government has created at every step. Rayalaseema Vidyarthi Samaikya was formed as the Rayalaseema Student Union’s mother language. The Rayalaseema Students’ Union chose Telugu as the mother language for their activity.

In 2017, Jagadeesh joined the Rayalaseema Student’s Forum(RSF) and played an active role in order to fulfill his roles and responsibilities. The officials selected Jagadeesh as District Secretary of RSF, Kadapa due to his enthusiastic support for the welfare of the students.

In the year 2021, Jagadeesh left the RSF due to certain circumstances. He became a Member of the Rayalaseema Vidyarthi Samakya(RVS) in 2021. Seema Krishna, the founder of the Rayalaseema Student Union, said that Jagadeesh has been appointed as the State Secretary of Rayalaseema Vidyarthi Samakya from Andhra Pradesh. On the occasion, Jagadeesh said that he was happy to be appointed as Secretary of State and said he will fight for the Rayalaseema rights to come.

Jagadeesh’s Struggle for the Welfare of the Student’s to be RVS State Secretary:

• RVS State Secretary Mallela Jagadeesh has demanded the execution of the Union Minister’s son Ashish Mishra, who was brutally trampled to death with his convoy on protesting farmers in Uttar Pradesh.
• A press conference was held at the local YSR Press Club demanding an immediate end to the Andhra Pradesh State Landing Day celebrations on November 1, when Andhra and Telangana formed Andhra Pradesh together. On the occasion, Rayalaseema Student Union RVS State Secretary Mallela Jagadeesh said that the achievement of Andhra Pradesh was born in the backdrop of discrimination against the Telugu community in the joint Madras state. The first success of this movement came in 1926 with the establishment of a special university for Andhra Pradesh. With the establishment of the University of Anantapur in Rayalaseema at Visakhapatnam, Rayalaseema was said to have moved away from the separate Telugu state movement.
• RVS founding presidents Seema Krishna and Mallela Jagadeesh protest in Kurnool over the implementation of the Sribhag agreement.
• Jagadeesh talks about the backwardness of Rayalaseema along with Manda Krishna Madiga, the deity of backward castes.
• A bandh was declared in all educational institutions in Kadapa city as part of the Rayalaseema-wide RSF-sponsored bandh to hold a hearing with the Supreme Court judge on the case of Pavani who died at Narayana College and to close Narayana educational institutions immediately.
• Jagadeesh and party leaders took part in the “Siddeshwaram Praja Padayatra” as part of the Rayalaseema Saguniti Sadhana Samithi. He called on the people to come in thousands for our Rayalaseema rights.
• Jagadeesh said the people of Rayalaseema should fight for Rayalaseema’s rights without falling prey to conspiracy politics.
• The government is neglecting the construction of Siddeshwaram Alugu, which will bring multiple benefits to Rayalaseema farmers. Farmers, civic bodies, students, and others took part in a public walk from Nandyal to mobilize the people in protest of the government’s stance.

Demands of Rayalaseema Public Associations:

→ The capital or the High Court should be established immediately in Rayalaseema.

→ The pending projects in Rayalaseema should be completed on a war footing.

→ The guarantees given to Rayalaseema in the Partition Act should be implemented.

→ The Krishna River Ownership Board office should be set up at Kurnool.

→ Vedavati, RDS right canal, Tungabhadra parallel canal, Gundrevula reservoir structures, to be undertaken.

→ Siddeshwaram Alugu should be constructed with a capacity of 50 TMCs

→ Jivo no. 69 should be repealed in the Srisailam project.

Jagadeesh’s Effort during the Pandemic 

-The epidemic has badly damaged people’s lives. Ordinary people could not survive during the Covid Crisis.

-Jagadeesh rendered his service to the people of  Kommaddi village even during the corona which terrorized the whole country.

-He distributed food and rice bags to the migrants and also contributed to them financially.

-He donates rice bags, vegetables, and medicine to covid victims who are suffering from covid and cannot go out to fetch food.

-He also supported the poor financially by providing essential goods for those who could not find employment or food due to the lockdown.

-Provided annadhanam program to the Police, Municipal, front-line workers who served a lot during the corona crisis.

-Conducted awareness programs on the maintenance of Physical distance and following precautionary measures to prevent the epidemic in Corona.

-Jagadeesh put his effort to serve people even during the covid second wave.

-He distributed vegetables and fruits to the village people and needy people.

-Awareness camps and seminars were organized on the Covid-19 vaccine and about the effects of the virus.

-Organized awareness programs on precautions to be taken to prevent covid and said no need to panic.

-The area infected with the coronavirus has been declared a red zone and people have been given proper precautions and instructions.
