Mallakuppam Shekar is an Indian Politician and Mandal President of Tirupati in Chittoor District from the Political Party BJP.
EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION:
On the 14th of January 1966, Shekar was born to the couple Mr.Mallakuppam Reddappa and Mrs. Mallakuppam Parvathamma in the village of Korlagunta Maruthinagar in Tirupati Mandal of Chittoor District in the Indian State of Andhra Pradesh.
He never believed in Fancy education. He had a simple educational background as anyone and everyone does like by earning his bachelor’s degree at Palamaner in Andhra Pradesh.
EARLY CAREER IN POLITICS:
In the year 1991, Shekar is drawn into politics through the Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) which was founded by Atal Bihari Vajpayee (Former Prime Minister of India) and Lal Krishna Advani(Former Deputy Prime Minister of India).
He exposed his leadership skills by serving as an Active Member and working comprehensively all the time for the welfare of humankind by citing code of conduct and disciplinary issues.
For his determination, he was promoted as the Booth Incharge for the Five Booths during the MP Elections in 1999 to discharge his duties without compromising on the trust placed in him by the party and after the elections, he performed his work as the Counting Agent.
He improved his work ethic in 1999 as the Town Vice President of Tirupati from BJP to promote the best approach towards the need for balanced and integrated development in Society till 2001.
After receiving the authority and performing every activity as his responsibility for the welfare of the people, Shekar was appointed as the Town General Secretary of Tirupati from BJP in 2001 by doing his part to mitigate the difficulties experienced by people from 2001-2003.
In recognition of his continued service, He was appointed as the Incharge for Pattabadrula MLC Elections in 2002, who not only promoted him but also gave him authority to continue his responsibilities.
During the General Elections in the years 2004, 2009, and 2014, Shekar served as the Incharge for the elections by representing the BJP.
He won the admiration of the people by using the responsibilities, duties, and powers assigned to him so that he was honoured as the OBC State Executive Member in 2018 on dealing with the activities for the development of the Party.
In the time period of the election poll in 2019, Shekar was designated as the Booth Incharge by executing out his tasks effectively and adhering to the party’s policies and guidelines.
Later on, In the Year 2019, Shekar was designated as the Mandal President of Tirupati to provide services to bring a solution to the problems faced by people and to continue his duties and serve them all the way.
CAREER IN SOCIAL LIFE:
On the continuation of his education, Shekar was designated as the Member of the Sri Balaji Building Workers Union in 1984 and rendered services to many through his kind heart by fulfilling the tasks assigned to him and winning the admiration of the people.
Besides discharging his responsibilities politically, Shekar has been serving as the Chairman of MSR Amma Aadharana Trust which has been established to look after the Orphan kids and the Old aged people since 2017.
In view of the efforts being made for the development of the Society, In the year 2001, He was appointed as the Sri Balaji Vadderra Samshema Sangam District President of Chittoor till 2019 to ensure that the initial and subsequent tasks run smoothly and discharged his duties by being very cautious during performing the activities of the Party.
For the work and humility that he is constantly doing all day for the Party and Seeing himself working loyally for the growth of the community, he was appointed with the honourable designation of AP state Vaddera JAC working President.
Party Activities:
- During elections, he actively participates in the door-to-door campaign and works hard to bring in more Democrats to help the candidates win in his community.
- He set up and engaged in every Mandal level, Village level meetings and delivered speeches by motivating the youngsters and the upcoming leaders.
- Many party development programs were carried out in the village for the growth of the party and he respectably accepts the work assigned by the higher authorities and is completely involved to sort out the issues raised on any topics.
- Shekar played a key role by participating in Bike Ralley, Dharnas, and protests for the local and land issues and the justice to the underprivileged ones.
- He organizes and involves in Minister Party meetings and Booth Committee Meetings at the Mandal level and the district level meetings.
- Shekar is in complete opposition to the state government repealing new agricultural laws and other beneficial elements that will serve the survival of farmers.
- He was briefing the people on the welfare schemes introduced by the government for the upliftment of the backward classes through a mobilization Program.
- Shekar was actively involved in various social service activities and worked hard to take various schemes of the State and Central Government into public and assisted them to get the benefit.
Social Activities:
- As a part of environmental protection, Mahesh has taken an active role by participating in the Palle Pragathi and Clean and green by casting the plants in the village.
- For the hefty price of the crops grown by the farmer, Srinivas worked hard for the welfare of the farmers during his reign.
- During his reign, roads were laid as part of the colony’s development program, as well as repairing damaged roads.
- On the occasion of Birth Anniversaries of the Political Leaders, Shekar celebrates the occasion by organizing a Blood donation camp and conducting an Annadanam program at his Locality.
- In order to help the poor in the hospital during emergencies, Shekar handed over the government-implemented Health Sree cards to them.
- As a part of Haritha Haram, massive plantation programs were taken up and distributed Plants to the village people.
- As the marriage bond is great in life, Under the auspices of Shekar financially assisted for the wedding, the gilding stairs, the clothes, the wedding tent, the banquet, and the priests and led a new life for many newlyweds.
- Shekar continues to fight for eradicating the idea of caste and religious differences in society and doing his part for human equality
- He helped the old and poor people in the village by providing the basic essentials to them for survival and also assisted them during the financial crises.
- Shekar offered financial support as well as other kinds of relief to the village’s needy people and will be accessible to the village’s residents during their tough times.
- He took an active part in ensuring assistance programs for the impoverished and aiding them in surviving their life.
- Money was donated to the families of the poor during the wedding to support their families financially.
- Shekar is fighting with the government to provide proper employment to the unemployed who are worried about getting a proper job even after graduation.
Services rendered during the pandemic:
- During the first and second waves of Corona, Shekar offered financial and humanitarian assistance to people who were impacted by the lockdown.
- Shekar acted humanely during the crisis, assisting individuals in distress and providing additional assistance to those afflicted by the lockdown.
- During the crisis, Shekar responded generously, aiding those in need and giving special support to those impacted by the lockdown.
- He offered masks, sanitizers, and meals to the underprivileged, as well as financial assistance.
- For the public’s protection, sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed all around the village as part of the effort to eliminate the corona outbreak.
- Through the foundation, He provided oxygen cylinders free of charge at the hospital during the hard times and many of the victims were given another birth.
