Madasi Suresh

Madasi Suresh is the District General Secretary of Madiga Reservation Porata Samiti(MRPS), Warangal Rural. He was born on 08-04-1990 to Sambaiah and Komuramma in Nagaiahpally.

Education Background:

In 2006, He completed his schooling at ZPHS, and in 1986 he completed Intermediate from Govt junior college, Hanmakonda in 2008. Suresh received his Graduation(Degree) from Kakatiya University, Warangal from 2008-2011. In 2013, He earned his Master’s(PG) in Political Science.

Political Career:

He started his political journey with the YSR Congress party. In 2010, Suresh selected as the District Leader of the Madiga Student Federation. He was elected as Village President of Nagaiahpally from the YSR Congress party and worked from 2012-2014.

In 2013, Suresh becomes the Mandal Youth President of Atmakur. He joined the Madiga Reservation Porata Samiti(MRPS) Organization. His pure dedication and the way he serving people promoted him as President of the Land Conservation Committee.

Recent Activities

• Suresh took part in the Telangana Movement and participated in dharnas, Rasta Rokos, Hunger Strike, Vanta Varpu, Protest Programs during Telangana agitation. When he was doing dharna he was arrested by police at Kakatiya University.
• He has been celebrating YSR Rajashekar Reddy’s birth and death anniversaries every year and distributes fruits, blankets, dresses to the poor people, also provides free food service on that day.
• Suresh is a Social Activist. He has been donating books, clothes, blankets to the Orphanage and old-age home people. In 2011, he laid CC roads in the SC colony.
• In 2020, The RTC employees began their strike with a list of 26 demands, with one of their major demands being that the TSRTC, an autonomous body under the government, be merged with the government so that employees receive the same benefits. Suresh gave his contributions to this strike he arrested also on this issue.

Party Activities

• Madasi Suresh Madiga, who was involved in the MRPS dharna at Indira Park, was arrested by the police and shifted to Bollaram police station.
• MRPS Damera Mandal in charge of Madasi Suresh Madiga and MRPS leaders set fire to an effigy of CM KCR under the auspices of MRPS in protest against the failure to address the problems of RTC workers in Atmakur Mandal Nagaiahpally.
• Madasi Rambabu, Madasi Suresh, Prabhakar, Raju and others took part in the Mrps Padayatra which started from Parkal for Chalo Idumudi.
• Dr. Pidamarthi Ravanna was the guest of honor at the meeting of the chief functionaries. The meeting was attended by Madiga JAC Founding Presidents, Madasi Suresh, and others
• Madasi Suresh, along with party leaders, submitted a petition to the Warangal Rural District Collector to distribute land to the landless Dalit poor in Nagaiahpally village in the Peddapuram suburb of the Atmakur zone of the Warangal Rural District.
• Leaders of various Dalit communities held a dharna in front of the Collectorate to distribute land to the landless Dalit poor in Nagaiahpally village in the Peddapuram suburb of the Atmakur zone.
• MRPS state leader Madasi Suresh said that the upper castes were oppressing the people of the weaker sections in the state. Suresh was warmly welcomed by the people as he reached Atmakur on a Padayatra undertaken by MRPS. He later said that he wanted to make the 25th anniversary of MRPS, which will be held on July 7 in Eedumudi village of Prakasam district. He said that he will continue to fight until justice is done to Madiga’s. The event was attended by Perumandla Srinivas, Madasi Prabhakar, Madasi Raju etc.
• On the occasion of the 121st death anniversary of Savitri Bai Poole, Jana Chaitanya Sangham state presidents Pashikanti Srilatha and Suresh Madiga and others laid wreaths at her portrait.
• A meeting of the hill student army and youth army committees was held at Agrampadu Sammakka Sarakkala Jatara. Madasi Suresh, Honorary President of Konda Vidyarthi Sena and Yuvasena, said that Konda Surekha should win with a huge majority as a witness to the Sammakka Sarakkas. The meeting was attended by Konda Vidyarthi Sena district president Seelam Naresh, Regula Raju, Siliveru Raju Madasi Prabhakar, and Parakala constituency students.

Demands for the welfare of Madiga’s

• Madiga Student Union district in charge Manda Bhaskar said the Chalo Delhi program was aimed at legitimizing the SC classification. Suresh, Manda Raju, and Madasi Sridhar took part in the Padayatra to make the Chalo Delhi program a success.
• MRPS district general secretary Suresh said action should be taken against those who obstructed the arrangement of the Ambedkar statue at Nagaiahpally in the Atmakur zone.
• Protesting against Chief Minister KCR’s refusal to give Madiga’s a place in the Telangana state cabinet expansion, Suresh held a Sakalajanula Samme at Indira Park in Hyderabad under the auspices of the MRPS.
• MRPS district general secretary Suresh demands the distribution of buffaloes sanctioned by SC Corporation.
• MRPS district general secretary Suresh told a press conference that SC loans should be provided to all those who have applied.

Service During Pandemic Covid-19

• Suresh distributes Covid kits to the village people.
• He provided essential commodities, Masks, Sanitizers to the village and poor people.
• Provided food packets, water bottles to the migrants, arranges buses to go to their villages.
• Conducted awareness programs to prevent Covid-19.
• Gave financial assistance to Covid-19 victims.
• He provided free food service to the municipal, police, front-line workers who worked a lot during Pandemic Covid-19.
• Distributes Rice, Vegetables to the Masks, Sanitizers to the Covid victims, and to the village people.
• Suresh says covid-19 can be conquered with courage and corona victims should not lose courage.
• He sprayed the total village with Sodium Chloride solution to prevent Covid-19.
