 A Journey of Service and Commitment Born on October 29, 2000, in Peerlapalle Village, Jagdevpur Mandal, Siddipet District, Telangana, I, Lingampally Venugopal Goud, was nurtured amidst the close-knit fabric of rural life, instilling in me a profound sense of community and responsibility from an early age. My educational odyssey began at Gitanjali Vidyanikathan High School, Jagdevpur, where I completed my SSC in 2015, followed by intermediate studies at GMR Junior College, Gajwel, from 2015 to 2017. Pursuing higher education, I earned my degree at Vijetha Degree College, Gajwel, from 2017 to 2020 before embarking on a journey into law at Aurora Legal Science Academy, where I attained my LLB from 2020 to 2023. This educational foundation laid the groundwork for my enduring commitment to law and public service.

My political journey commenced in 2015 with the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), advocating fervently for student rights and educational reform. Subsequently, my association with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) in 2018 deepened my engagement in community service and cultural development initiatives. In 2020, I joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), marking a pivotal moment in my political career under the guidance of Shri. Raghunandan Rao.

As the Vice President of the OBC Morcha from 2020, I have tirelessly championed the concerns of the Other Backward Classes (OBC) community, advocating for policy changes and organizing impactful community engagements. Serving as the Vice President of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) from 2022 to 2024, I focused on mobilizing youth and spearheading dynamic initiatives to amplify the party’s youth-centric vision.

In 2024, I assumed the role of Mandal Executive Member, assuming responsibility for local governance strategies and community development initiatives. My dedication to the BJP’s grassroots expansion is evident in my role in establishing the party in my village and actively participating in pivotal electoral campaigns.

Beyond politics, my commitment to social welfare encompasses initiatives ranging from educational support and charitable activities to significant contributions during the COVID-19 pandemic. These efforts underscore my unwavering dedication to uplifting the community and fostering meaningful change.

Through my journey, I remain steadfast in my pursuit of enhancing societal well-being and advancing the principles of justice, empowerment, and progress.

Early Life and Education:

Venugopal Goud was born on October 29, 2000, to the couple Shri. Lingampally Yadagiri Goud and Smt. Lingampally Indhira Goud in Peerlapalle Village, of Jagdevpur Mandal, in Siddipet District from Telangana. Growing up in a rural setting, he was deeply influenced by the close-knit community around him and developed a strong sense of responsibility towards societal improvement from a young age. His early experiences in the village instilled in him the values of perseverance and dedication.

Venugopal Goud’s educational journey began at Gitanjali Vidyanikathan High School in Jagdevpur, where he completed his SSC in 2014 and 2015. He then pursued his intermediate studies at GMR Junior College in Gajwel from 2015 to 2017, where he excelled academically.

Following this, he enrolled at Vijetha Degree College in Gajwel for his graduation studies, completing his degree from 2017 to 2020. To further his academic pursuits, Venugopal Goud joined Aurora Legal Science Academy, where he earned his LLB from 2020 to 2023. His education laid a strong foundation for his career ambitions in law and public service.

Dedicated Service and Political Advancement in  Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP)- (2015)

In 2015, Venugopal Goud began his political journey as a Member of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), a Prominent student organization dedicated to advocating for student rights and educational reforms. During his tenure with ABVP, he actively participated in various student leadership activities, including organizing seminars, workshops, and student welfare programs. His involvement in these activities helped him build a strong foundation in political leadership and community service.

Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Member (2018)

In 2018, Venugopal Goud joined the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), a nationwide organization focused on cultural and social development. As an RSS Member, he engaged in numerous community service activities, including organizing outreach programs, participating in community clean-up drives, and supporting nationalistic and cultural initiatives. This role allowed him to deepen his understanding of grassroots activism and develop a strong commitment to social causes.

Joined Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and OBC Morcha Leader (2020)

In 2020, Venugopal Goud made a significant move in his political career by joining the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) under the guidance of Shri. Raghunandan Rao. His entry into the BJP was a pivotal moment, aligning himself with a major national political party and taking on an active role in party activities.

In the following Year he appointed to the role of a OBC Morcha Vice President, where he worked diligently to address the concerns of the Other Backward Classes (OBC) community. His efforts included advocating for policy changes, organizing community meetings, and ensuring that the issues of marginalized communities were effectively addressed.

Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha Vice President (BJYM) (2022-2024)
From 2022 to 2024, Venugopal Goud served as the Vice President of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM), the youth wing of the BJP. In this leadership position, he was responsible for organizing and overseeing a range of youth-centric events and initiatives. His responsibilities included mobilizing young voters, leading political campaigns, and coordinating with other youth leaders to promote the party’s vision among the younger generation. His tenure as Vice President was marked by successful campaigns, increased youth engagement, and strengthened party outreach efforts.

In 2024, Venugopal Goud was appointed as a Mandal Executive Member, a role that involves direct engagement with the local community and shaping political strategies at the Mandal level. As a Mandal Executive Member, he is responsible for addressing local issues, coordinating with constituents, and contributing to the development of his Mandal. This role allows him to work closely with the community to address their needs, implement party policies, and drive local initiatives for social and political progress.

Major Involvement in Party Activities

• In 2023, Venugopal Goud was a key figure in establishing the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in his village, marking a significant milestone in his political career. As the first person to introduce the BJP to the community, he played a foundational role in building the party’s presence at the grassroots level. His efforts included organizing initial meetings, engaging with community members to promote the party’s vision, and laying the groundwork for future political activities. This initiative was crucial in expanding the party’s influence and establishing a strong base for future electoral successes.
• During the 2021 Dubbaka bye-election, Venugopal Goud was actively involved in the election campaign, contributing significantly to the BJP’s efforts to secure a victory. His responsibilities included organizing campaign events, coordinating with volunteers, canvassing for votes, and mobilizing support for the party’s candidate. His strategic contributions and hands-on involvement in the campaign were instrumental in the party’s success during this critical electoral contest.
• Venugopal Goud has been a dedicated participant in all BJP meetings and village corner meetings, demonstrating his commitment to the party’s activities. • He has also been involved in the Mann Ki Baat program, a national initiative led by the Prime Minister of India to communicate directly with the public. • In 2015, Venugopal Goud began his social activism by organizing a dharna (protest) at the MRO office, a significant event aimed at advocating for the rights of farmers. During this period, he highlighted the plight of local farmers who were struggling to receive a fair price for their agricultural produce. The protest was a call to action for government authorities to address the economic challenges faced by farmers, including inadequate compensation for their crops and insufficient support for their agricultural efforts. His leadership in this protest showcased his commitment to social justice and his dedication to improving the conditions of the farming community.
• Over the past two years, Venugopal Goud has been committed to supporting underprivileged students by personally funding their educational expenses. He has taken on the responsibility of covering the education fees for three students, recognizing that financial constraints should not hinder access to quality education. In 2020, he organized a dharna to challenge unfair land acquisitions for the RRR roads project. • pandemic in 2020, Venugopal Goud took on a range of impactful initiatives to support his community during a time of widespread uncertainty and hardship. Recognizing the gravity of the situation, he acted swiftly to address both immediate needs and longer-term challenges faced by individuals and families affected by the pandemic.
• In the early stages of the pandemic, Venugopal Goud initiated a comprehensive relief effort to distribute essential protective supplies such as masks, sanitizers, and other health-related items.
• He used his personal funds to purchase these critical resources and coordinated with local suppliers and volunteers to ensure that they reached every household in need. This distribution drive was essential in helping the community adhere to health and safety measures, such as wearing masks and practicing proper hand hygiene. His efforts not only provided physical protection against the virus but also played a role in educating the public about preventive measures to safeguard their health and reduce the spread of COVID-19.
• As the pandemic continued and economic hardships deepened, Venugopal Goud extended his support to families facing food insecurity. Recognizing that many households were struggling due to job losses and reduced incomes, he organized a rice distribution program to provide 25 kg rice bags to those most affected by the economic impact of the pandemic. By personally overseeing the distribution process and working with local volunteers, Venugopal Goud ensured that the rice bags were delivered to needy families, offering them a measure of relief from the financial strains brought on by the pandemic.

He recognized that many workers were struggling due to prolonged salary delays caused by the economic fallout of the pandemic. He distributed rice bags weighing 25 kg each to assist these individuals, providing essential food support for those dealing with financial strain. His efforts during this period were a testament to his dedication to community welfare and willingness to use his resources to help those in need.
• Beyond direct aid, Venugopal Goud engaged in community awareness campaigns to educate the public about COVID-19 prevention measures. He utilized social media platforms, local community meetings, and public announcements to spread vital information about the importance of social distancing, the use of masks, and the benefits of vaccination. His campaigns were designed to keep the community informed and encouraged them to take appropriate measures to protect themselves and others from the virus.
