Kumaraswamy Kola is the Kakinada District Director for Human Rights Protection in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, India.
CHILDHOOD AND EDUCATION-
On the 15th of July 1992, Kumaraswamy was born to the couple Mr. Kola Bheema Venkateshwara Rao and Mrs. Kola Nukaratnam and raised in Uppalapadu Village of Kakinada District in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh.
In 2007, Kumaraswamy obtained his Secondary School Certificate from Zilla Parishad High School at Mallepalli, East Godavari, and completed Intermediate Education from Government Junior College at Jaggampeta in 2009.
Later he holds graduation from Geetham Degree College situated at East Godavari of Andhra Pradesh State.
CAREER IN PROFESSION –
As soon as he received his graduation certification, Kumaraswamy started working as a Business Correspondent at Andhra Bank in Gandepalle, Kakinada District.
At a later stage, Kumaraswamy established a business of his own Meeseva in the area of Uppalapadu at Gandepalle, permitting him to assume responsibility at an early age and fulfill his obligations.
Kumaraswamy has worked as a Data Entry Operator (DEO) from ICMR(Indian Council of Medical and Research) and has also been engaged in survey work for village and council projects.
While doing business, Kumaraswamy established a Common Service Center in Uppalapadu to permit him to perform his responsibilities and address the concerns that have been raised.
Involvement & Participation in Human Rights Protection-
He is a staunch opponent of anti-corruption efforts. He said that gaining money via corruption is a disgrace to our nation and that such money is similar to scrap paper. He also stated that individuals who make money through corruption do not deserve to be respected by their peers in society.
Kumaraswamy earned the power to preside over the Human Rights Protection from Kakinada in 2020 in recognition of his resolve, he continues to serve the people of Kakinada, considering their well-being and dealing with the activities that would benefit society’s growth for the time being.
He denounced the continuous unlawful assaults on tribals and called on the government to take prompt and proper action against such illegal attacks as promptly as possible.
Health scheme initiatives have been implemented in tribal communities to give medical services to the general populace.
He extended his service and work by accepting the respectable position of Kakinada District Director for Human Rights Protection on the 22nd of October 2022. He further enhanced his responsibilities to stay closer to the people and monitor their well-being every moment.
Kumaraswamy is working tirelessly to resolve tribal disputes and to transfer title deeds to the owners of tribal lands to those who have been entitled to them.
School Developmental Activities-
- Kumaraswamy solved every single problem faced by the students in the schools and Colleges.
- He distributed stationery items to the school children and gave them books that they should move steadily with great enthusiasm.
- As soon as it came to his notice that there were no proper facilities in the college, new furniture was arranged.
- Kumaraswamy mainly focused on students like Fee reimbursement Scholarships, and bus pass issues, and worked hard to ensure that scholarships were granted to students immediately.
- Kumaraswamy laid a big platform for the students’ bright future by organizing an awareness seminar to inform them about the importance of education in College.
- Every year on the 15th of August Independence Day and the 26th of January Republic Day celebrations are held at the school and cultural events are organized and plates and prizes are awarded to the winners of the event.
Activities Performed Recently –
- During the months of October-December 2022 at the Tallur hamlet in Uppalapadu, Kumaraswamy provided more than forty free electric sewing machines for the economic growth and welfare of women.

Through CSC TELE-LAW, Kumaraswamy raised awareness in the neighboring hamlet, provided individuals free legal assistance in up to 63 instances, and fought for their rights.

Through the PM Ujwala programme, Kumaraswamy handed 40 free gas hookups to the villagers.

Kumaraswamy often visited Anganwadi Centers, inspected the quality of the nutritious food served to children and their parents, and organized free Aadhar card camps and distributed Aadhar cards for children.
- Through the CSC Stri Swabhiman programme, Kumaraswamy provided free sanitary pads to female.
- Kumaraswamy convened a meeting to raise awareness about domestic violence and sexual violence with the Gram Panchayat Presidents, and prepared pamphlets at the Panchayat office.

Kumaraswamy brought the federal government’s labor scheme to the people of Gandepalli, enlisted 4,300 workers in the mandal, and distributed labor cards.

A conference on insurance awareness was organized, and Kumaraswamy first paid 198 employees $50,000 per year for mining accident insurance.
- CSC organized an NPS (National Pension System) awareness session and 240 persons were issued NPS and for that Kumaraswamy made the first payment of Rs 500.

At 2016, in Kakinada, during the programme held for the Prime Minister’s Jeevan Jyoti and Jeevan Suraksha scheme Kumaraswamy demonstrated on stage the implementation and performance of the PM Mandhan Yojana and other programmes administered by the then-Union Ministers.
Pandemic Services –
- Kumaraswamy has participated in a variety of charitable initiatives, including supplying food to the elderly and orphan children, as well as mineral water to the villagers.
- He fulfills his obligations while also caring for the well-being of the people who live in the village and the surrounding area.
- As a result, Kumaraswamy benefited the elderly and needy people in the village by supplying them with the necessities of life and assisting them when they were experiencing financial difficulties.
- Kumaraswamy sneaked aside to help those who were impacted by the lockdown by distributing vegetables and fruits to the destitute, and Municipality personnel while abiding by the precautions.
- He distributed masks, sanitizers, and food to the impoverished, as well as financial assistance.
- An awareness demonstration was held to raise awareness about social distancing and the need of adopting cautious measures to avoid the Corona Epidemic.
- For the Villager’s protection, sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed all around the village as part of the effort to exterminate the corona infection.
- In response to Prime Minister Modi’s call, He organized a Covid Vaccination Drive to raise awareness among the general public about the need of receiving a free corona vaccination.
