Kottu Nagaraju

Kottu Nagaraju is the Vice Sarpanch of Dumpagadapa, Akividu Mandal from the Janasena party. He was born on 12th June 1995 in Dumpagadapa village. His parents were Surya Kumari and Gangaraju.

Education Background:

In 2010, Nagaraju earned his Board of Secondary Education from ZP High School, located at Akividu, and received Intermediate from Vidya Vikas junior college. In 2016, Nagaraju attained his Graduation(Degree) from KGRL Degree College, Bheemavaram.

Professional Life:

In 2019, Nagaraju worked as Medical Process Executive.

Career as  Responsible Political Leader:

In 2016, Nagaraju started his Political Journey with the Janasena Party. As soon as he came into the party, he worked hard for the betterment of the party, fulfilling his responsibilities, looking after the people as being an activist. He maintains the trust placed in him by the people and continues his service, thinking for the welfare of the people for the moment.

Brief Introduction regarding the Party:

Jana Sena Party(JSP) is an Indian regional political party based in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, India. It was founded by Tollywood actor and politician Pawan Kalyan on 14 March 2014. Jana Sena means “People’s Army”. The motto of the party is “fight for the rights of each and every common person”.

The main goal of JanaSena is to question any type of corruption in government functioning and organizations and to protect the basic rights of people.

Nagaraju becomes the Party Activist of Janasena. He follows Janasena Party principles and ideologies. He took part in all Movements and Dharnas for the welfare of the party.

He becomes Village Leader. In 2021, Nagaraju contested and was elected as 5th Ward Member of Dumpagadapa. The Dumpagadapa residents who recognize his commitment and effort elected him Vice Sarpanch of Dumpagadapa, Akividu Mandal with the belief that he would continue to serve.

Activities by Nagaraju as an Janasena Activist:

-Nagaraju staged dharnas and rastarokos against the government for construction workers and demanded justice for them. He imparted special awareness to the villagers on sanitation, drainage cleaning, tree planting, and road cleanliness.

-Janasena activists staged large-scale dharnas and protests against the attacks on Hindu temples they have organized dharnas, rallies, and protests to keep Amravati as the capital. Participated in the Padayatra in support of farmers.

-Vice Sarpanch Nagaraju and Janasena leaders hand over petitions to Central and State Governments not to privatize the Visakhapatnam Steel factory. He played a major in the Visakha Ukku-Andhrula Hakku program.

-Many welfare activities have been implemented in his regime such as laying roads, setting up water tanks, clearance of drainage issues, power supply, etc.

-He engaged in programs like Palle Pragati, Harithaharam, and Swachh Bharath and made the surroundings clean.

-Organized the blood camp and medical camp in the village and donated the blood for the needy people.

Nagaraju’s effort during the Pandemic

-Pandemic hit the people’s lives very badly. Ordinary people could not survive during the Covid crisis.

-As a responsible leader Nagaraju gave his contribution even during the covid time.

-In the Pandemic Period, he distributed fruits, food packets, and water bottles to the road siders and also distributed blankets to them.

-He provided food and rice bags to the migrants and also contributed to them financially.

-Provided annadhanam program to the Police, Municipal, front-line workers who served a lot during the corona crisis.

-Conducted awareness programs on the maintenance of Physical distance and following precautionary measures to prevent the epidemic in Corona.

-He financially helped covid victims by providing vitamin tablets, masks, Sanitizers, and fruits.

-Nagaraju put his effort to serve people even during the covid second wave.

-He distributed vegetables and fruits to the village people and needy people.

-Awareness camps and seminars were organized on the Covid-19 vaccine and about the effects of the virus.

-The area infected with the coronavirus has been declared a red zone and people have been given proper precautions and instructions.

-Delivered food, supplements for the covid victims by home delivery.
