Kotireddy Kumar Reddy Pandhulakunta

Kotireddy Kumar Reddy is an Indian Politician and MPTC of Kadiri in Anantapur District from the Political Party YSRCP.

EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION:

Kumar Reddy was born and bought up in Pandhulakunta Village of Kadiri Mandal in Anantapur District, Andhra Pradesh on 11th of May 1974  to Kotireddy Subbi Reddy and Laxmidevi.

He completed his 7th Standard from Primary School at Bommireddipalli Village in Nallacheruvu Mandal and he completed his 1st year of Degree(B.A) from  Sapthagiri Degree  College at Hindupur in 2011.

EARLY CAREER IN POLITICS:

In the year 2021, Kumar Reddy joined the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party(YSRCP) under the leadership of Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy the Present Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.

During the elections in 2021, Kumar Reddy contested as Chalamakuntlapalli MPTC candidate from Anantapur district Kadiri constituency and won with a majority of 74 votes over Gangulappa TDP candidate.

He maintains the confidence in him that the people have placed in him and continues his service, focusing on the welfare of the people at the moment and dealing with the activities that will enable the Party to expand.

Party Activities:

• Kumar Reddy is a Party Activist. He is actively involved in the programs organized by the Party. He conveyed and explained to the people about the greatness of the Party.
• During Elections, he actively participates in the Door-to-Door election campaign and worked hard to win the party in his locality.
• Many party development programs were carried out in the village for the growth of the party and he respectably accepts the work assigned by the higher authorities and is completely involved to sort out the issues raised on any topics.
• Implementation of YSR scheme, YSR support scheme, bank loans for women’s welfare development, efforts to address Dwakra women’s issues, efforts to ensure proper implementation of Disha law, efforts for the safety of girls, bans on dowry.
• He played the main role and actively participated in Foot March(Padayatra)along with Late. Y.S.Rajasekar Reddy (The former Chief Minister of AP) and Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy(The present Chief Minister of AP)to all over the Constituencies to bring a special status for the party.

Social Activities:

• Kumar Reddy carried out many developmental activities in the village like cleaning Roads from the village to  Bagirthi Gangamma Temple and Solving water Problems by improving the quality of water.
• He carries out his responsibilities while looking after the welfare of the people living in the village and zone.
• The dignitaries honorably celebrated the birthday of the former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Rajasekhar Reddy and laid flowers at his statue by commemorating his services.
• Kumar Reddy helped the old and poor people in the village by providing the basic essentials to them for survival and also assisted them during financial crises.
• He financially assisted the poor people in the village and also helped them in all possible ways when needed.
• Kumar Reddy is not limited to his services to the village but also extends to the people of the entire district.
• During the first and second waves of Corona, Kumar Reddy offered financial and humanitarian assistance to people who were impacted by the lockdown.
• He offered masks, sanitizers, and meals to the underprivileged, as well as financial assistance.
• For the public’s protection, sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed all around the village as part of the effort to eliminate the corona outbreak.
