Korsipati Madhava Reddy

Korsipati Madhava Reddy is an Indian Politician of YSRCP Party and MPTC, Annavaram Village 2nd Division, Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore District, the state of Andhra Pradesh.

Early Life and Education:

Madhava Reddy was born on 05 June 1974 at Annavaram, Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore district in present-day Andhra Pradesh. The couple of Mr Malkonda Reddy Korsipati and his wife, Thilothama Korsipati.

From 1988-1989 Madhava Reddy attended Chintalapadem Zilla Parishad High School up to the Board of Secondary School Education. He completed his Intermediate in 1992 from Jawahar Bharathi Junior College, Kavali.

He did his Graduation (Degree) in 1996 from Jawahar Bharathi Degree College, Kavali.

Professional Life:

After completing his education, he started his own business (rice mill). He entered politics while continuing his business.

Early Political Career:

Madhava Reddy started his political activities as a student. In 2000, he joined Indian National Congress (INC). After he joined the INC, he started political life in his career.

A career in INC (Indian National Congress):

The Indian National Congress, colloquially the Congress Party but often simply the Congress, is a political party in India with widespread roots. Founded in 1885, it was the first modern nationalist movement in Asia and Africa to emerge in the British Empire.

In 2000 Madhava Reddy worked as an Activist for the party in Annavaram Village. After he provided more services to the people, he was selected as Marketing Vice Chairman from 2012-2014 in Kavali.

From 2008-2010 he worked as a Mandal Convener of the Congress party in Jaladanki Mandal, Andhra Pradesh. As Mandal convenor, Madhava Reddy rendered more service to the people. They worked hard to change their future by providing resources like investments and infrastructure to the people.

A career in YSRCP Party:

In 2011, he joined Yuvajana Shramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) and became the Activist in Annavaram Village, Jaladanki Mandal.

Its president, Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, serves as the state’s chief minister. It is currently the fifth largest party in the Lok Sabha.

In the 2021 MPTC elections, the Madhava Reddy couple was contested from Annavaram Village, Udayagiri constituency, as a YSRCP candidate and won. YSRCP had power in the election. So he works in an MPTC position from Annavaram Village.

Madhava Reddy organized party programs in his village and Mandal, and he spoke to them and said that YSRCP had fulfilled the aspirations of crores of people. He said the party is gaining popularity because it competes in service rather than power politics.

Party Activities:

• He Celebrated the YSRCP formation day, hoisting the party flag, cutting the cake, and organizing various services for activities.
• Madhava Reddy conducted awareness programs that could bring revolutionary changes to every household in education, economic and social fields.
• Madhava Reddy is achieving his goals of serving the people through the YSRCP party to strengthen the party further.
• He set up and engaged in every Mandal level and Village level meeting at his own cost and delivered speeches by motivating the youngsters and the upcoming leaders.
• He attends all party meetings, dharnas, rallies, and Diksha. Every time he organizes the birth anniversary of politicians grandly.
• He organized motivational speeches for students for education. He helped students with stationery items. And he joins the poor children and disabled children in Government schools.

Social Activities:

• He is eradicating poverty among the people around him and supporting the elderly and children, those who need help.
• He is helping people to lead healthy life along with practice and income.
• Madhava Reddy has performed many developmental programs, Social activities, and Party activities for the welfare of the people. He fought for the issues related to Handicapped Pensions, Widow Pension, Old age Pension, and also the problems of the Ration Card and Health card of the villagers.
• He encourages low-income families to a healthy and prosperous society and provides them with adequate assistance.
• He helps people who are sick and in the hospital get the best help with their medical bills. And he gives things like fruit, medicine, masks, something people need, etc.
• He is helping women and girls compete equally with men in society and the economy.
• People are working to live safely to make cities and villages clean and green to protect the environment.
• He encourages farmers to bring in new methods, premier services, and quality products in agriculture.

Covid Activities:

• The pandemic hit people’s lives very severely. Ordinary people could not survive during the Covid crisis. As a responsible leader, Madhava Reddy contributed even during the covid time.
• During the Pandemic Period, he distributed fruits, food packets, and water bottles to the road siders and also distributed blankets to them. He provided food and rice bags to the migrants and contributed financially.
• Provided Annadhanam program to the Police, Municipal, and front-line workers who served a lot during the corona crisis.
• He has conducted awareness programs on the maintenance of Physical distance and following precautionary measures to prevent the epidemic in Corona.
• He financially helped covid victims by providing vitamin tablets, masks, Sanitizers, and fruits. Madhava Reddy put his effort into serving people even during the covid second wave.
• He distributed vegetables and fruits to the village people and needy people. Awareness camps and seminars were organized on the Covid-19 vaccine and the effects of the virus.
• The area infected with the coronavirus has been declared a red zone, and people have been given proper precautions and instructions.
