Konda Venkatesham

Mr. Konda Venkatesh is an Indian politician from the Communist Party of India-Marxist (CPM). He currently serves as the District President of Nalgonda and is a State Committee Member of Telangana for the Telangana Kallu Geetha Karima Sagham (TKGKS).

EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION:

Mr. Konda Venkatesh was born on February 12, 1979, to Mr. Konda Ramulu and Mrs. Konda Nagamma. He was raised in G.K. Annaram Village, in the Nalgonda district of Telangana, India. 

In 1994, Mr. Venkatesh completed his Secondary School Certificate (SSC) from Jagruthi Vidyalaya HS Aided in Nalgonda.

CAREER IN PROFESSION:

Growing up in an agricultural family, Mr. Venkatesh deeply appreciated the value of hard work, diligence, and perseverance. He imbibed these values early on and carried them throughout his life. After completing his studies, Mr. Venkatesh embarked on a professional journey by establishing and managing a contract business in his locality. Despite the multiple responsibilities of being an entrepreneur and a manager, Mr. Venkatesh remained committed to fulfilling his family obligations.

Throughout his professional journey, Mr. Venkatesh demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, strategic acumen, and a commitment to excellence. He worked tirelessly to grow his business, create jobs, and contribute to the economic development of his local community. Despite the demands of his professional life, Mr. Venkatesh always prioritized his family responsibilities, never compromising on his role as a devoted husband and father. His unwavering dedication to his family and career sets an inspiring example for others to follow.

CAREER IN POLITICS:

Mr. Venkatesh commenced his political journey by becoming a member of the Communist Party of India (CPI), a left-wing political organization in India. He had a strong commitment to serve the community. He dedicated himself to working for the betterment of the disadvantaged and backward classes, irrespective of their caste, race, gender, or religion. With unwavering determination and diligent efforts, he earned recognition from his political party for his exemplary performance in delivering social welfare services to the masses.

In recognition of his efforts, Mr. Venkatesh was appointed the Mandal Committee Member of Nalgonda by the Communist Party of India (Marxist) (CPM) in 2008. He served in this position for a commendable period of eight years, during which he demonstrated unwavering loyalty and commitment to the party’s ideals. During his tenure, he worked tirelessly to uplift the marginalized sections of society and took several steps to facilitate their growth and development.

In 2015, Mr. Venkatesh’s diligent work and relentless efforts toward the welfare of the people earned him another opportunity to serve the community. This time, the CPM appointed him as the District President of Nalgonda, a position with great responsibility and expectations. Since taking up this role, he has consistently delivered public services to the people, ensuring that everyone who approached him for assistance was provided with the necessary support. His dedication to serving the community has earned him immense respect and admiration from people across the region.

CAREER IN THE COMMUNITY:

In 2012, Mr. Venkatesh embarked on a mission to raise awareness about the significance and indispensability of the Goud community in society. In pursuit of this objective, he joined the Telangana Kallu Geetha Karima Sagham (TKGKS), a non-profit organization committed to promoting the community’s welfare. His resolute dedication and steadfast commitment to the betterment of the Goud community were recognized and rewarded when he was appointed as the Mandal General Secretary of Nalgonda in the same year.

Mr. Venkatesh’s appointment as the Mandal General Secretary of Nalgonda allowed him to serve the region’s people in every possible way. He embraced the responsibilities entrusted to him with utmost sincerity and worked tirelessly to uplift society’s underprivileged and marginalized sections.

 His efforts aimed to create a more equitable and inclusive society that caters to the needs and aspirations of all its members. Throughout his tenure as the Mandal General Secretary of Nalgonda, Mr. Venkatesh continued to work with unyielding determination, earning the respect and admiration of all those who worked alongside him.

In 2017, Mr. Venkatesh’s outstanding performance in addressing the problems faced by the people earned him yet another recognition. He was appointed as the State Committee Member of Telangana by TKGKS, reflecting the trust and confidence the party and the community have placed in him. 

As a State Committee Member, Mr. Venkatesh has carried out his assigned duties with diligence and dedication, ensuring that the welfare of the Goud community remains at the forefront of his efforts. His contribution to the community and society is a testament to his unwavering commitment to social justice and inclusivity.

Activities Performed through TKGKS:

•  Venkatesham conducts regular music workshops to impart training and skills to aspiring singers and musicians in the community.
• He organizes cultural events to promote Telangana’s folk art and showcase their community’s talents.
•  Venkatesham advocates for the rights and interests of the community of folk singers in Telangana, providing them with a platform to voice their concerns and issues.
• He provides financial assistance to its members in times of need, such as medical emergencies, natural calamities, and other crises.
•  Venkatesham provides scholarships to deserving students interested in learning traditional folk music.
• He provides talented singers and musicians opportunities to showcase their skills at various cultural events and competitions.
•  Venkatesham conducts training programs to build the capacity of its members and enhance their skills and knowledge.
• He conducts regular health camps to provide healthcare services to its members and the wider community.
•  Venkatesham provides educational support to its members’ children, helping them access quality education.
• He helps its members to find employment opportunities by connecting them with potential employers.
•  Venkatesham provides networking opportunities for its members to connect with other professionals and stakeholders in the music industry.
• He advocates for social issues that affect his community, such as gender equality, caste discrimination, and environmental degradation.
•  Venkatesham works towards the social welfare of the community by providing support to the underprivileged, elderly, and differently-abled.
• He collaborates with other organizations and stakeholders to create a supportive ecosystem for developing traditional folk music and the community of folk singers in Telangana.
