Kodavatikanti Nagaraju

Kodavatikanti Nagaraju is currently in the position of District President of Student Leadership and President of RSU at Kadapa.

He was born on 20th March 1989 to Kodavatikanti Paddanagaiah and Maira Rojamma in Mallepalli Village of Brahmamgari Matham.
Nagaraju Studied Schooling at ZP High School at Brahmamgari Matham in 2005 and Completed Intermediate from SVBR Junior College at Badvel in 2007. Nagaraju Graduated with Degree from Government Arts College at Kadapa in 2010.

Political Career:

In the Year 2006, Nagaraju began his Political career by entering the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and was an Active Member. In 2007, he joined the Telugu Nadu Students Federation (TNSF) and was designated with the position of Mandal President of Brahmamgari Matham.

In 2008, Nagaraju became a Member of the District Executive Committee from TNSF. For his dedication towards the service in 2009, He elected as the District Vice-President of Kadapa from TNSF.

He extended his work by appointing the District Executive Secretary of Kadapa in 2011 and served the people up to 2013. In 2013, He left the TNSF and from 2013-2018, he elected as the General Secretary of Rayalaseema Student Union(RSU).

For his comprehensive work towards his position in 2019, Nagaraju upgraded his position to President of RSU. Since then has been serving in the same position(President of RSU) and discharging his duties.

Recent Activities

• He has attended numerous meetings and carried out development activities related to Villages like setting up Street lights, solving water issues by increasing the Purity of water.
• Nagaraju mainly focused on issues related to students like Fee reimbursement and worked hard to ensure that scholarships were granted to students immediately.
• If anyone in the village encounters any problem, Nagraj will be at the forefront of the problem.
• A petition was filed under the auspices of the student youth wing of various public associations along with the local MRO to immediately dismiss the doctor and staff working there as the cause of death of Peddulapalli Venkatalakshmi, who was found to be pregnant due to negligence on the part of the Brahmamgari Math Mandal Government Hospital staff.
• Nagaraju distributed food, clothing, and Bedsheets to the Orphan Children and helped them by donating a certain amount whenever required.
• He financially assisted the poor people in the village and also helped them in all possible ways when needed.
• Every year on the occasion of Dr.B.R Ambedhkar Birth Anniversary, Naidu Celebrates the occasion, distributes fruits, and provides food packtes to the roadside people.

Services during Pandemic Covid-19

• At the time of the Pandemic corona, Nagaraju worked as a health worker on his own initiative and severed the people.
• Distributed vegetables and fruits to the villagers, Migrants, needy ones, and Municipality workers in the covid-19 lockdown period.
• He apportioned Masks, Sanitizers, and food to the poor and also contributed to them financially.
• Awareness was created on the maintenance of Physical distance and following precautionary measures to prevent the Epidemic in Corona.
• Sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed all over the village for safety of the village.
• He worked all days(Day and Night) during the covid period and looked after the people.
• He is constantly available mainly to the poorest people in the zone.
