Kishan Malothu

Kishan Malothu is an Indian Social Activist and State Leader of the Telangana State Tribal Organization, Telangana.

CHILDHOOD AND EDUCATION:

On the 06th of April 1988, Malothu Kishan was born to the couple Mr Malothu Bhoja and Mrs Malothu Dwalli and raised in Balapala( Lingyathanda) in Kuravi Mandal of Mahabubabad District in the Indian State of Telangana.

In 2002, Malothu Kishan obtained his Secondary School Certificate from Zilla Parishad High School at St.Ghanpur and completed his Intermediate Education in 2004 from APSEP Government Junior College at Palvancha.

He graduated from Government Degree College at Palvancha in 2010 and acquired B.Ed from Kakatiya University at Warangal in 2012-2013.

Malothu Kishan finished his MSW( Master’s in Social Work) in 2012 and his M.A. (Specialization in Telugu) from Acharya Nagarjuna University at Guntur in 2015.

EARLY CAREER IN POLITICS:

Role in Students’ Federation of India(SFI):

While continuing his studies, with a passion for Politics, Malothu Kishan joined the Students’ Federation of India (abbreviated as SFI)in 2002(which is an Indian left-wing student organization politically aligned to the Communist Party of India.). He served as the SFI State Member of Telangana from SFI by rendering service to the students and people irrespective of their Caste, Race, Gender, and Religion and worked up to 2010.

Involvement in the Democratic Youth Federation of India(DYFI):

After fulfilling his responsibilities in the SFI, Malothu Kishan joined the Democratic Youth Federation of India(DYFI) in 2010 to build a broad-based, robust, and unified youth movement in India that includes every young man and woman who is determined to fight for the advancement and welfare of all of our youth.

His unwavering commitment and actual effort earned him the position of  DYFI District Vice President of Khammam in 2011. He has constantly been working for the people, thinking about their welfare, and gaining immense admiration from the people.

Participation in Communist Party of India(Marxist) (CPIM):

And then, he joined the Communist Party of India(Marxist) (CPI) in 2010, which is the Communist Political Party, by fighting against ideology and tribalism in the communist movement at every level.

He extended his service and work by accepting the respectable position of CPM Mandal Committee Member of Kuravi in 2010. He further enhanced his responsibilities to stay closer to the people and monitor their well-being every moment.

Engagement in Telangana State Tribal Organization:

After governing the people with the post he was appointed to in 2010, Malothu Kishan increased his work ethic by joining the Telangana State Tribal Organization in 2014 as a State Leader to promote the right perspective towards the need for holistic and sustainable development in students by doing his part to alleviate the hardships faced by the students. 

Positions in Bahujan Left Front(BLF):

In 2018, Malothu Kishan joined the BLF (Bahujan Left Front). He was designated as the BLF Guduru Incharge by fulfilling his assigned tasks and winning the people’s admiration.

He was desperately carrying out the duties assigned to him without heeding the trust placed on him; in addition to his primary responsibility, Malothu Kishan was appointed as the Mandal Secretary of Kuravi by addressing the problems faced by the people.

He was appointed as the District Vice President of Mahabubabad for his work humbly towards the prosperity and welfare of the people. He has been offering services to the public by satisfying the prerequisites of everyone who has propositioned him for assistance.

For his determination, he was handed over the position of BLF State Member to discharge his duties from 2019 only for the good of the people without compromising on the trust placed in him by the committee.

Constantly striving for the welfare of the people and expressing his feelings of service, he provided a kind of encouragement with a passion for serving the people and discharging his duties by being very cautious while performing the activities of the Party. 

Party Activities:

• By being a member of DYFI, they fought to stop them from committing child marriages that were brutal to the Gauls system.
• A dharna was organised at the DYFI and SFI Collectorate to protest the fee reimbursement.
• Despite the number of dharnas and roadblocks organized by Kishan to protest against the injustice done to the farmers.
• Dharna was conducted outside the Collector’s office in Mahabubabad to support the building of double bedrooms, supply of electricity, and renovation of the roads in the town.
• Kishan played a crucial role in sanctioning the College at Palvancha to provide a bright future for the students.
• He fought to provide appropriate funds of rupees 2 crores to set up separate hostels for the boys and girls in Mahabubabad.

Social Activities: 

• He fought for the issues related to Handicapped Pensions, Widow Pensions, Old age Pensions and also the problems of the Ration Card and Health card of the villagers.
• Malothu Kishan fought over every issue raised in the town and persistently worked to solve the problems. 
• Malothu Kishan has performed many social activities in the village, such as providing food to the Old aged and Orphan Children, Mineral water to the Villagers.
• He carries out his responsibilities while looking after the welfare of the people in the village and zone.
• Blood donation camps and Medical camps were set up in the village by donating blood and providing medicines for free to the needy.
• The dignitaries honourably celebrated the birthday and death ceremonies of the National and Political Leaders and laid flowers at their statues by commemorating the services.
• Malothu Kishan helped the old and poor people in the village by providing the bare essentials for survival and assisting them during financial crises.
• He financially assisted the village’s poor people and helped them in all possible ways when needed.
• Malothu Kishan is not limited to his services to the village but extends to the people of the entire district.

Pandemic Services:

• During Corona’s first and second waves, he provided financial and humanitarian assistance to people affected by the lockdown. During the crisis, and acted with compassion, assisting those in need and extending further support to those affected by the lockdown.
• Throughout the crisis, he responded generously, rescuing those in need and offering special attention to those affected by the lockdown. Malothu Kishan offered the less fortunate face masks, hand sanitisers, lunches, and income support.
• Malothu Kishan snuck forward to help those impacted by the lockdown by distributing veggies and fruits to communities, the homeless, and Municipality workers according to the established protocols.
• He assisted the impoverished by providing masks, hand sanitisers, food, and financial support.
• During the corona, clothes and food were distributed to the tribals near Mahabubabd, and medical medicines were distributed. 
• A gathering was organized to raise awareness about social distancing and the need to adopt preventative measures to prevent the Corona Epidemic from spreading.
• When the coronavirus was successfully eradicated, villagers were sprayed with sodium hypochlorite solution to guarantee they were not subjected to any negative consequences.
• The Covid Immunization Drive was launched in response to Prime Minister Modi’s request to raise public awareness about the need for free corona immunization.
• During the corona pandemic, free medications were supplied to raise awareness about the need to be cautious before getting the sickness.
