I am honored to share my journey, vision, and commitment to serving the people of our beloved nation. My name is Keshapavula Vinod Kumar, and I hail from the vibrant city of Lakdikapool, nestled within the Hyderabad district of Telangana State. Raised with profound values reflecting our cultural heritage, I embarked on an educational journey characterized by diligence and leadership. From my early days at Zilla Parishad High School in Korremula to my graduation from Nagarjuna University.

My political odyssey began with my involvement in the National Students’ Union of India (NSUI) and the All India Students’ Federation (AISF), where I dedicated myself to advocating for the welfare of students and marginalized individuals. Inspired by the dynamic leadership of Anumala Revanth Reddy, I joined the Indian National Congress Party in 2021, marking the beginning of a committed journey toward effecting positive change.

In my current role as the Youth Congress Mandal President for Ghatkesar District, I remain steadfast in my devotion to community well-being and the empowerment of individuals within our society. Through my experiences and endeavors, I am driven by a deep-seated commitment to serving the people with integrity, compassion, and unwavering dedication.

Early Life and Education:

Keshapavula Vinod Kumar, born on December 10, 1996, in the vibrant city of Lakdikapool, within the Hyderabad district of Telangana State. His Parents were Mr. & Mrs. Keshapavula Mallikarjun Nurtured with principles that reflect the cultural heritage of the locality.

Vinod Kumar commenced his educational journey at Zilla Parishad High School in Korremula, culminating in the completion of his SSC standard in the academic year 2013. Displaying early leadership skills, he was bestowed with the role of School Captain during his 10th standard. Continuing his pursuit of academic excellence, he enrolled at Government Junior College, Hyderabad, completing his intermediate studies in 2015. His educational odyssey continued at Nagarjuna University, where he successfully graduated in 2018.

Involvement & Participation in NSUI:

During his educational pursuits, Vinod Kumar became an active member of the National Students’ Union of India (NSUI) in 2015 which is the student wing affiliated with the INC. He simultaneously continued his education while immersing himself in activities aimed at assisting students without any distinctions based on factors such as ethnicity, religion, language, or creed.

Operating within the framework of NSUI and the Youth Congress, the concerns of students and unemployed individuals were consistently addressed.

Recognizing his unwavering determination, commitment, and service, in 2015 Vinod Kumar was selected to lead as the Village President of the Chowdariguda within NSUI. He executed his responsibilities diligently and compassionately, garnering respect and admiration from those he served.

Role & Responsibilities in AISF –

In 2016, Vinod Kumar’s enrollment into the All India Students’ Federation (AISF) marked the inception of his political expedition toward advocating for the enhancement of students’ lives in India. As the oldest student organization in the country, the AISF has played an influential role in shaping the political framework of India. Through the AISF, Vinod Kumar promoted peace, development, and scientific socialism, a guiding principle throughout his political tenure.

As an Active Member of the AISF, Vinod Kumar labored assiduously to ensure the organization’s success. His commitment to the party’s goals and objectives was unswerving, and he devoted himself to the cause from the moment he joined until his departure. Through his work with the AISF, Vinod Kumar acquired an extensive understanding of the challenges that students encounter in India, and he strove to address these challenges through his political endeavors.

Vinod Kumar was designated the AISF Mandal President of Ghatkesar. This enabled him to assist people and address their grievances by carrying out his duties competently and adhering to the party’s principles and standards. Subsequently, in 2018, Vinod Kumar was elected as the AISF District Joint Secretary of Medchal District. In this capacity, he ardently worked toward the welfare of all individuals, utilizing his position to aid those in need.

Vinod Kumar stands as a dedicated follower of the esteemed Anumala Revanth Reddy, aligning himself with the Congress Party since the year 2019.

Induction into the Indian National Congress Party:

In the year 2021, Vinod Kumar, inspired by the dynamic leadership of Anumala Revanth Reddy, formally initiated his political journey. The significant moment took place in the presence of Telangana Chief Minister Anumala Revanth Reddy, marking the commencement of a committed and influential career within the political arena.

Youth Congress Mandal President Role (2023): Devotion to Community Well-being:

Since the inception of 2023, Vinod Kumar has held the pivotal position of Youth Congress Mandal President for Ghatkesar District. This influential role not only underscores his substantial contributions to local governance initiatives but also highlights his unwavering dedication to enhancing the lives of individuals within his community.

Major Involvement in INC Party Activities-

• Vinod Kumar has been an ardent participant in the Bharat Jodo Yatra, a transformative movement spearheaded by Rahul Gandhi, the prominent leader of the Indian National Congress. His involvement extends to various impactful initiatives, including the Hath Se Jodo Yatra.
• Demonstrating an exceptional commitment to grassroots engagement, Vinod Kumar takes the initiative to organize and actively participate in Mandal and Village level meetings, often bearing the expenses himself. In these forums, he delivers impassioned speeches, aiming to inspire the youth and nurture emerging leaders.
• Notably, during electoral campaigns, Vinod Kumar emerges as a dedicated force, actively engaging in door-to-door canvassing. His efforts are focused on securing victory for the party within his community, showcasing a hands-on approach to democratic processes.
• Beyond the political arena, Vinod Kumar dedicates substantial time to social service activities. His tireless efforts are directed at bringing awareness to numerous state and federal government schemes, ensuring that the public can avail themselves of these benefits. His ability to maintain robust and cordial relationships across diverse segments of society reflects his inclusive leadership style.
• Vinod Kumar’s commitment to social causes manifests in his active participation in protests, dharnas, and rallies aimed at advocating for the welfare of society at large.
• One notable instance was his involvement in a dharna advocating for the construction of a degree college in the Mandal, emphasizing the essential educational needs of the community. His actions underscore a belief in the party’s ideals, focusing on issues like unemployment rather than being swayed by religious or caste differences. Vinod Kumar’s holistic approach to political and social engagement positions him as a dynamic leader deeply rooted in the service of the people.
• On the orders of TPCC President Revanth Reddy, under the leadership of State Youth Congress President Shivsena Reddy under the guidance of Ghatkesar Mandal President K Vinod, door to door campaigning was conducted in Chaudar Guda village.
• At the district level, he spearheaded various social programs, demonstrating his commitment to assisting those in need. Known for his proactive approach, Vinod Kumar addresses neighborhood issues with a problem-solving mindset.

Pandemic Services –

• During the COVID-19 pandemic, Vinod Kumar displayed extraordinary dedication to serving the public and providing relief to those facing the brunt of the crisis. As the pandemic unleashed its devastating impact on communities, Vinod Kumar recognized the urgent need for support and took immediate action to alleviate the suffering of the vulnerable.
• First and foremost, Vinod Kumar distributed food, Glucose, and Juices in the Hospitals. With many people facing job losses and economic hardships due to lock downs and restrictions, Vinod Kumar’s food donations came as a lifeline for families struggling to put food on the table. His efforts ensured that no one in his vicinity had to endure the pangs of hunger during these challenging times.
• Furthermore, as many individuals found themselves stranded far away from home due to travel restrictions, Vinod Kumar personally reached out to provide aid and assistance. He extended a helping hand to those who were stuck in Villages and could not return to their hometowns. Vinod Kumar ensured that these individuals were provided with the necessary support, including food, accommodation, and other essential supplies, alleviating their anxiety and uncertainty during the crisis.
• Vinod Kumar’s compassion also extended to those who tragically lost their lives to COVID-19. He took it upon herself to volunteer and perform the last rites for those who passed away, especially for individuals who did not have family members or support in their final moments.
