In 1997, Taneesha completed his schooling at Govt High School in Narpala, Anantapur district. He then pursued his Intermediate education at SSBN Junior College, Anantapur, before earning his Bachelor’s degree from Govt Degree College in Anantapur. His thirst for knowledge led him to pursue higher education, culminating in a postgraduate degree from Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur, from 2009 to 2013. Furthermore, he expanded his intellectual horizons by undertaking courses in MLIC (Master of Library and Information Science) and Hindi Pandit Training, demonstrating his commitment to continuous learning and academic excellence.

Championing Change in Narpala Panchayat From 2014 to 2015, Taneesha and the villagers embarked on a remarkable journey, challenging the entrenched dominance of the Telugu Desam Party in Narpala Panchayat. They achieved a remarkable victory through their unwavering dedication and steadfast support for the YSRCP party, securing a ward member position. This triumph not only marked a significant political milestone but also underscored Taneesha’s leadership and the collective resolve of the community to uphold the principles of justice and progress.
Active Engagement in Singanamala Constituency During general elections, Taneesha emerged as a stalwart advocate for change and progress in the Singanamala constituency. Driven by his deep reverence for the legacy of Rajasekhar Reddy and his profound belief in Jagan Mohan Reddy’s leadership, Taneesha spearheaded the establishment of the “Jagan Praja Sankshema Sangham.” This grassroots movement aimed to dismantle the oppressive regime of Chandrababu Naidu through a series of service-oriented initiatives and community-driven programs aligned with the YSRCP’s vision for inclusive development.
Supporting Jagan Mohan Reddy’s Praja Sankalpa Yatra Taneesha’s steadfast commitment to Jagan Mohan Reddy’s transformative vision was further exemplified by his unwavering support for the “Praja Sankalpa Yatra” undertaken by the YSRCP leader. As the padayatra traversed through the heartlands of Kadapa, Kurnool, Anantapur, and Guntur districts, Taneesha stood shoulder to shoulder with fellow activists, galvanizing support and mobilizing communities. Advocating Navaratnalu Scheme in 2019 General Elections In the lead-up to the 2019 general elections, Taneesha emerged as a passionate advocate for the YSRCP’s flagship welfare program, the “Navaratnalu” scheme. Through a concerted effort spanning across Anantapur, Guntur, Singanamala, and Pathikonda constituencies, he worked tirelessly to raise awareness about the transformative potential of these initiatives. Led by Taneesha as the founder and president, the Sangham embarked on a journey of advocacy and service and committed to addressing the pressing needs of the people.
- Advocacy for Special Status: At the forefront of its agenda, the Sangham passionately advocated for the special status of Andhra Pradesh, leveraging various strategies to exert pressure on the central government. - Taneesha extended support to poor and orphaned children by donating food and clothes, alleviating their hunger and providing them with necessities during the second wave of COVID-19.
- He distributed COVID kits to villagers and organized awareness programs to educate the community about preventive measures against COVID-19.

Annual Philanthropic Tradition: Every year, Taneesha dedicates himself to serving the underprivileged on the birth and death anniversaries of Y.S. Rajashekar Reddy. జగన్ గారు పార్టీ పెడితే జగన్ వెంట నడవడానికి సామాన్య కార్యకర్తగా జెండామోశాను తరువాత 2016లో YS కుటుంబం మీద అభిమానంతో చిన్నపాటి ఉద్యోగాన్ని తృణప్రాయంగా వదులుకొని ఏకంగా “జగన్ ప్రజాసంక్షేమసంఘం” అను వ్యవస్థతో ఎంతో మంది కుల సంఘాలను, యువతను ప్రభావితం చేసి పార్టీకి సపోర్ట్ గా నిలిచి పార్టీ బలోపేతం, కోసం నాయకుల గెలుపు కోసం, జగన్ గారు ముఖ్యమంత్రి కావాలనే తపనతో ఎంతో కష్టపడ్డాను. నా కృషి నిరుపయోగం అవ్వలేదు జగన్ మోహన్ రెడ్డి గారు ముఖ్యమంత్రి అయ్యారు అనేక సంక్షేమ పథకాలు తీసుకువచ్చి ప్రజలను అన్ని విధాలుగా ఆదుకుంటున్నాడు.
