Katravath Mohan

Katravath Mohan is an Indian Politician of BJP and State Publicity Convener and District Incharge of Khammam in the Indian State of Telangana.

Early Life and Education:

On the 12th of August 1990, Katravath Mohan was born to the couple Mr. Katravath Chandru and Mrs. Katravath Rukamma, residing in Toopra Khurd in Maheswaram Mandal in Rangareddy District.

In 2005, Katravath Mohan acquired his Secondary Board of Education from Government High School located at Ameerpet and Completed his 2-year Course of Intermediate from Padisherip Junior College in Rangareddy District in 2007.

He graduated from Sri Medha Degree College at Shamshabad in 2010 and obtained his B.A ( Political Science ) from Sri Medha College at Shamshabad in 2012.

Professional Career:

Soon after accomplishing his education, Katravath Mohan started his career by doing his own Business, and ever since he started the profession, he simultaneously handled his family responsibilities.

Career in Politics:e

Before completing his education, in the year 2008-2013, Katravath Mohan entered politics with a passion for serving the people by joining the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad(ABVP) as an Active Member to promote the right perspective on the need for holistic and sustainable development in students.

In 2014, Mohan joined the Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) and became a politician to attain the political requirements of the people while also providing a specific service.

Mohan takes a genuine interest in the Party. He participates proactively in every activity as a Party Activist, executing his responsibilities by a code of conduct and for the benefit of the Party’s public exposure.

Upon Joining, he was designated as the Mandal President of Maheswaram by BJP in 2017 to serve the people and tackle the issues raised by executing his tasks effectively and adhering to the party’s policies and guidelines.

Mohan was credited for successfully carrying out the responsibility of being Mandal President of Maheshwaram from All India Banjara Seva Sangham in 2016-2018.

His unwavering commitment and true effort earned him the Telugu District Vice President of Rangareddy from the All India Trible Student Federation in 2019. He has been constantly working for the people, thinking about their welfare, and gaining immense admiration from the people.

He was promoted to BJYM State Publicity Convener of Telangana in 2021 and was elected as District Incharge of Khammam in 2021.

He upholds the trust that the people have placed in him and maintains his service, concentrating on the welfare of the people at the moment and dealing with the activities that will encourage the Party to advance.

Activities Performed:

• During the period of Corona, Mohan has been kind enough to provide rice bags, oil, and vegetables to 800 poor families.
• He set up and engaged in every Mandal and Village level meeting at his own cost and delivered speeches by motivating the youngsters and the upcoming leaders.
• Money was donated to the families of the poor during the wedding to support their families financially. He assisted the death-affected family financially for their survival.

Party Activities:

• Whenever there were floods in Amberpet, Mohan would help poor people by supplying them with food, clothing, and a safe place to live.
• A dharna was held to protest on behalf of the farmers, demanding the abolition of the contributory pension scheme and diminishing the usage and consumption of alcohol as well.
• He set up and engaged in every Mandal and Village level meeting at his own cost and delivered speeches by motivating the youngsters and the upcoming leaders.
• BJP leaders staged a Maha Dharna, appealing to the central government to declare its stance on grain procurement just so appropriate justice can be granted to the farmers.
• He was extensively engrossed in many social service activities and worked hard to bring numerous state and central government schemes to the public’s attention, support them in receiving benefits, and maintain strong and cordial relationships with individuals from all walks of humanity and leadership.
• He conveyed that the development of party ideologies relies on unemployment and not between religions and castes. He was attracted to the party’s ideologies and worked for the party.
• As a result, Mohan and the leaders of the BJYM demonstrated and held numerous dharnas to help create employment opportunities for graduates.
• BRS MLAs encroached on the tribal lands belonging to Gurrampod. A massive struggle is going on under the leadership of the BJP to give land to the tribals. The police beat them with batons for participating in the fight. He was treated in the hospital for three days.
• He was jailed for participating in the struggle related to the leakage of the TSPS unemployment examination paper held under the auspices of the BJYM.
• More than 30 times, they have been arrested for participating in various movements like the Yuva Morcha for the unemployed. He participated in many movements related to the illegal unemployed cases and went to jail many times.

Social Activities:

• He Participated in the Village development activities in the village like laying CC Roads, Digging Borewells, Putting up Street Lights, Clearance Drainage systems, and Solving water Problems.
• Many social and welfare activities have been performed through the foundation for the needy and poor with a Motto to serve the People.
• Combining every service activity that benefits the poor and needy, He created a great platform for many orphans to begin their lives for their bright future by joining them in Schools.
• He is very supportive of the women’s welfare societies in the village and works hard to grow and develop the societies.
• He fulfils his obligations while also looking after the welfare of the people who live in the village and zone by resolving concerns relating to water, sanitation, and any other minor problems that may arise.
• Many service activities were planned during the event, such as blankets for beggars, clothing for the needy, and meals for orphaned children.

Pandemic Services:

• He provided financial and humanitarian support to those impacted by the lockdown during Corona’s first and second waves. During the crisis, he responded compassionately, aiding people in distress and offering further assistance to those locked down.
• He reacted generously throughout the crisis, assisting people in need and providing particular assistance to individuals affected by the lockdown. Mohan distributed face masks, hand sanitizers, meals to the less fortunate, and financial support.
• Mohan sneaked away to assist people affected by the lockdown by giving vegetables and fruits to villages, the homeless, and Municipality employees while following the procedures in place.
• An awareness demonstration was performed to raise awareness about social distancing and the need to take precautionary steps in an attempt to eliminate the Corona Epidemic from occurring.
• When the coronavirus was finally exterminated, sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed across the whole village to ensure that the villagers were not exposed to any harmful effects.
• The Covid Immunization Drive was organized in response to Prime Minister Modi’s plea order to increase awareness among the general population about the need of acquiring a free corona vaccination.
