Vijay Kumar Completed his SSC Standard from Gandhiji High School at Chandur in 2007.

He was a Member of the Akhila Bharatha Vidhya Parishat (ABVP) Organisation in 2009. Vijay Started his Political Journey with the Bharatiya Janatha Party (BJP) in 2012 and was the Active Member.

In 2015, He Completed his MA in Economics from Secunderabad P.G College in Osmania University, Hyderabad.

He was Nominated as a Ward-Member from the Bharatiya Janatha Party BJP in Chandur Village of Munugode Mandal.
