Kandala Upender Reddy was a Member of the Legislative Assembly(MLA) of Palair Constituency from the TRS party. He was born on 09-01-1960 to Narasimha Reddy. He has completed B.Sc from Saifabad Science College, Osmania University, Hyderabad in 1980. He has Business.
He is a politician from the Telangana state and is a Member of the Legislative Assembly(MLA) of the Palair Legislative Assembly. He joined the Indian National Congress party. He contested the Congress party in the pre-election Telangana elections in 2018 and won the Telangana Rashtra Samithi Party’s candidate Tummala Nageswara Rao by a margin of 7669 votes. He joined the Telangana Rashtra Samithi(TRS) Party from Congress after the Telangana pre-poll in 2018.
