Kambampati Srinu

Kambampati Srinu is an Indian Politician belonging to the Congress Party. He is a prominent Congress leader who served in Politics for over 20 years and has plenty of experience in the political field. He is the current District Secretary of Suryapet from the TDP.

Born and Education:

He was born on 1st January 1975 in Kodad. His parents were Lingaiah and Guravamma.

In 1993, Srinu completed his schooling at ZP high school.

Professional Life:

Apart from his Political Career Srinu also led his life successful as a Businessman. He has his own Business Real Estate.

Basically he hails from an Agricultural family. He was a Farmer by his Profession.

Political Career of Srinu:

Srinu debuted in Politics in 2000 with the Indian National Congress(INC) party which is ruling under the leadership of Sonia Gandhi.

In 2014, He becomes the 11th Ward Councilor and successfully fulfilled his roles and responsibilities by taking part in each welfare activity. Srinu, who has been in Politics for more than 20 years and has been a staunch supporter of the people, was appointed as District Secretary of Suryapet from the TDP. in the belief that he will continue his services.

Congress Party Activities:

• He has been a member of the Congress party for 20 years and has provided essential contributions to the party’s welfare and growth.
• Srinu played a major role in the Telangana Movement and participated in the dharnas, Hunger Strikes, Protest Programs, Rallies for the State Separation.
• Congress Party leaders expressed an Innovative Protest by setting on the roads for the Reduction of Gas Prices.
• District Secretary Srinu and Congress party leaders staged large-scale dharnas to demand a reduction in inflated petrol, diesel, and essential commodity prices.
• Srinu fought against the anti-people decisions of the Central Government. He took part in an Edla Bandi rally for the repeal of black laws. He fights for the Dalit Girijana’s rights.

• He organized Rallies, Hunger Strikes and demanded that the government issue notifications quickly and protect the unemployed from suicide.

• Congress leaders have strongly condemned the indecent remarks made by Assam Chief Minister Himanta Bishwa Sharma and lodged a complaint at the police station seeking registration of a case against her.

• Srinu has been organizing blood donation camps, medical camps and distributes food, money, clothes on the occasion of Congress Part Senior Leaders Indira Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi’s birth and death anniversaries.

Srinu’s Effort during the Pandemic Covid-19

-Pandemic hit the people’s lives very badly. Ordinary people could not survive during the Covid crisis

-As a responsible leader Srinu gave his contribution even during the covid time.

-During the Pandemic Period, he distributed fruits, food packets, and water bottles to the road siders and also distributed blankets to them.

-He provided food and rice bags to the migrants and also contributed to them financially.

-Provided annadhanam program to the Police, Municipal, front-line workers who served a lot during the corona crisis.

-Conducted awareness programs on the maintenance of Physical distance and following precautionary measures to prevent the epidemic in Corona.

-He financially helped covid victims by providing vitamin tablets, masks, Sanitizers, and fruits.

-Srinu put his effort to serve people even during the covid second wave.

-He distributed vegetables and fruits to the village people and needy people. Awareness camps and seminars were organized on the Covid-19 vaccine and about the effects of the virus.

-The area infected with the coronavirus has been declared a red zone and people have been given proper precautions and instructions.

-Delivered food, supplements for the covid victims by home delivery.
