Kambala Jogulu is a Member of the Legislative Assembly(MLA) of Rajam Constituency from the YSRCP(Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party).

He was born in 1968 to Gavarayya(Late) in Saradhi village of Rajam Mandal of Srikakulam District. He has completed S.S.C from Municipal high school, Srikakulam in 1984.

He has completed a B. A from Govt Arts College, Srikakulam in 1991. He has completed LLB from ALL Saints Christian Law College, Vishakapatnam, Andhra University.

He joined the PRP(Praja Rajyam Party). In 2004, in Andhra Pradesh Legislative Elections, he was elected as Member of Legislative Assembly(MLA) with the highest majority of 27,923 votes from the PRP.

He joined the YSRCP(Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party). In 2014, in Andhra Pradesh Legislative Elections, he was won the post of Member of Legislative Assembly(MLA) with the highest majority of 69,192 votes from the YSRCP.

In 2019, in Andhra Pradesh Legislative Elections, he was elected as Member of Legislative Assembly(MLA) with the highest majority of 83561 votes from Rajam Constituency from the YSRCP.
