Kalasani Sanjay Reddy

Kalasani Sanjay Reddy is currently serving with the position of Founder&President of the Private Employees Union.

Early Life&Education:

He was born on 27th July 1990 and raised on Thogudem Village Pinapaka Mandal in Bhadradri Kothagudem District.

In 2005, Sanjay studied his schooling in Government High School located at Manuguru, and in 2007 he completed undergraduate from Government Junior College resided at Manuguru.

In the year 2010, He attained his Graduation with Degree from Srividhya Degree College placed at Manuguru and achieved his Post Graduation with Master of Business Administration(MBA) in 2012 from SSR Engineering College at Karepalli of Khammam District.

Early Political Career:

While continuing his education in the year 2005, Sanjay Reddy began his political career by joining the Students’ Federation of India(SFI)
(which is an Indian left-wing student organization politically aligned to the Communist Party of India.) and served as the Town Secretary for Manuguru from SFI by rendering service to the students and people irrespective of their Caste, Race, Gender, and Religion and worked up to 2010.

After fulfilling his responsibilities as the Town Secretary for Manuguru village, He joined the news channel to take a break from his political career and stay face to face with the people to solve problems. For that Sanjay joined the NTV News channel and worked as a Journalist Reporter during the year 2012-13 and got a brief overview of the problems faced by the people.

Following that he resigned from NTV during the year 2014-15 and worked as a reporter at Namaste Telangana News Channel at Mandal level for Ashwapuram and with his sense of dedication he put out many inappropriate things in public.

In 2016, He started his professional career by setting up a business of his own for construction up to 2017.
Later On, in the year 2018, Sanjay restarted his political journey by joining the Indian National Congress Party(INC) and served as an Active Member, and carried out many activities for the recognition and the development of the party.

For his sincerity and involvement in every activity, the party-appointed him as the Youth Congress Secretary of Mahabubabad Parliamentary from INC and discharged his duties under the position up to 2018. In 2017, He was appointed as State Co-ordinate from the Telangana Private Udyogula Sankeshma Sangam, Telangana.

For his comprehensive commitment towards the service to the people in 2019, he upgraded his designation by receiving the honorable position of State working President of Telangana Private Employees Welfare Association and taken responsibility by completely involved in the development of the people and been following the rules assigned to him, fulfilling his responsibilities with a code of conduct.

Telangana Private Employees Union:

In the year 2019, He extended his core of service by establishing a Telangana Private Employees Union for students who are struggling to find a decent job after the conclusion of their education to lead their livelihood to make them self-employed.

He is the founder and President of the respective Union and doing his part to help the people and working hard all the time for the development of Society

Party Activities:

• Sanjay Reddy is a Party Activist. He is actively involved in the programs organized by the BJP. He conveyed and explained to the people about the greatness of the BJP.
• He always woke up and stood up at the forefront for the party and solve issues raised on any problems.
• Sanjay Reddy was involved and played a Primary role to develop the society party.

• During Elections, he actively participates in the Door-to-Door election campaign and worked hard to win the party in his locality.
• He set up and engaged in every Mandal level, Village level meetings and delivered speeches by motivating the youngsters and the upcoming leaders.
• Many party development programs were carried out in the village for the growth of the party and he respectably accepts the work assigned by the higher authorities and is completely involved to sort out the issues raised on any topics.

Social Activities:

• He has provided many job opportunities to the graduated students who are being unemployed after their education.
• Sanjay Reddy helped the old and poor people in the village by providing the essentials to them for survival and also assisted them during financial crises.
• He financially assisted the poor people in the village and helped them in all possible ways.
• Money was donated to the families of the poor during the wedding to support their families financially.
• He participated in many social Programs and was involved in Rasta Roko, Bike Rallies, and Dharnas for the recognition Party.
• Under the auspices of BJYM, a blood donation camp was organized on the occasion of the birthday of our Prime Minister Narendra Modi and blood was donated.
• If anyone in the village encounters any problem, Saidulu will be at the forefront of the problem.
• Sanjay Reddy is not limited to his services to the village but also extends to the people of the entire district.
• He extended his services by assisting poor people who are deeply affected by the assassination of their families by donating a certain amount for their well-being.

Pandemic Services:

• Sanjay Reddy came forward to help the needy who have been affected by lockdown and distributed vegetables and fruits to the villagers, needy ones, and Municipality workers by following the precautions.
• Food item packets for drivers and migrant laborers were distributed whose livelihood has been affected during this lockdown period. Sanjay Reddy came forward with humanity to help those in dire straits during the corona and provide financial assistance to the people who are affected by the lockdown.
• He apportioned Masks, Sanitizers, and food to the poor and also contributed to them financially.
  To spread awareness about social distancing and following precautionary measures to prevent the Epidemic Corona an awareness program has been conducted.
• As part of the drive to eradicate the corona epidemic, Sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed all over the village for safety of the village.
• He worked all days(Day and Night) during the covid period and looked after the people.
• He is constantly available mainly to the poorest people in the zone.
