K Venkatesh (Kishtareddypeta Venkatesh)

Kishtareddypeta Venkatesh is an Indian Politician of the INC party and Constituency Incharge of Charminar, Hyderabad.

On the 09th of August 1970, Venkatesh was born to the couple Mr Prakash and Mrs Prabhavathi and raised in Lal Darwaja of Bahadupura Mandal of Hyderabad District in the Indian State of Telangana.

In 1987, Venkatesh acquired his Secondary Board of Education from R.F.I High School at Shalibanda and completed his Intermediate Course from Falaknuma Junior College at Falaknuma in 1989.

CAREER IN NSUI-

In 1995, Venkatesh joined the National Students’ Union of India (NSUI), the student wing of the Indian National Congress (INC), often called the Congress Party, to solve students’ problems.
He stood by the Students and People and gave courage to the students by solving every problem.

DEMOCRATIC CAREER IN INC-

Venkatesh was influenced by his grandfather Radhaiah (Freedom Fighter), a prominent Indian Politician. Venkatesh joined the Indian National Congress Party (INC) in 1995 as he was passionate about politics and concurred to satisfy the political aspirations of the people while also doing a modest service and addressing societal conflicts.

He exposed his leadership skills by serving as the INC Party Activist and working all the time for the welfare of humankind comprehensively. As a part of INC, Venkatesh expressed keen interest and performed every activity to recognize the respective party.

His constant attention and dedication to service led to his promotion to the Charminar Constituency Incharge from INC in 2014 to promote the proper focus on the need for effective and comprehensive expansion in people by doing his part to overcome the hardships faced by the people.

CAREER IN THE COMMUNITY-

After receiving authority and performing every activity as his responsibility for the welfare of the people, in 2015, Venkatesh increased his work ethic by honorably acquiring the position of Lal Darwaja Mahankali Temple Joint Secretary by sorting out the issues with the assistance of the Organization.

His everlasting dedication and hard work gained him the role of Lal Darwaja Mahankali Temple Secretary in 2016 for his perseverance, dedication, and service. He has been in the assigned position and has rendered services to many through his kind heart by fulfilling the tasks assigned to him, winning the people’s admiration.

For his sincerity and involvement in every activity, the village people appointed him as the Lal Darwaja Mahankali Temple Vice President in 2016, and he is discharging his duties till 2020.
He received the position of Lal Darwaja Mahankali Temple Chairman in 2021 due to his tremendous effort and dedication.

As he upholds the trust that the people have placed in him and maintains his service, Venkatesh was positioned as the Telangana Meru Sangham State Secretary of Telangana, and he served by concentrating on the welfare of the people at the moment and dealing with the activities that will encourage Party to advance.

In 2004, the Rajiv Seva Samithi Social Service Organization was founded in honor of our beloved Sri Rajiv Gandhi. Since then, the organization has executed massive Social Activities to assist the underprivileged and weaker sections of Hyderabad’s Old City as well as during the pandemic, fostering strong relationships among the indigents.

CONTESTED POSITION-

During the period of elections in 2014, Venkatesh contested for the position of MLA of Charminar from the INC Party, but the contested position was defeated.

Party Activities:

• During the general elections, he campaigned as the full-time leader and worked tirelessly to support the incumbent leader and bring in more voters to ensure the party’s victory.
• Venkatesh arranged state-level meetings, which he also attended with District Presidents and State Office Bearers.
• He fought for the immediate reduction of Bus charges & and inflated petrol and diesel rates as the skyrocketing petrol and diesel costs would cause a lot of trouble for the typical person in Falaknuma.
• In case of any issues with the land of the village people, Venkatesh remained and argued the problems and handed over the grounds to them.
• He is adamantly opposed to the state government removing new agricultural legislation and other beneficial provisions that would aid farmers’ survival.
• Many districts- and State-level party development programs were carried out in the village for the party’s growth and organized Party Membership Programs.

Social Activities:

• Combining every service activity that benefits the poor and needy, He created an excellent platform for many orphans to begin their lives for their bright future by joining them in Schools.
• He expanded his efforts by supporting poor individuals and orphans who have been badly affected by the death of their families and providing a set sum for the well-being of death-stricken families.
• Venkatesh has helped the village by supplying food to the elderly and orphaned children and mineral water to the residents.
• Venkatesh had actively implemented out all the programmes in Hyderabad city as instructed by the AICC and TPCC, with tremendous success and a positive reputation among the populace.
• He Participated and proceeded to the numerous gatherings and Dharnas that the Youth Congress, City Congress, APCC, TPCC, and AICC occasionally hosted at various levels.
• He took part in a wide range initiatives, including Rajiv Arogya Sree, 1 rupee per kilogram of rice, the Pension Scheme for the Elderly and Handicapped, Rachha Banda, Indiramma Gruhalu, Indiramma Kalalu, and Amma Hastham, which were sponsored by the then-honorable chief ministers of the Andhra Pradesh composite state.
• Venkatesh primarily focused on problems affecting students, such as fee reimbursement and scholarship disbursements, and worked effectively to ensure that scholarships were granted to students as soon as possible.
• He aided the village’s elderly and needy residents by supplying them with the necessities for existence and by assisting them through financial troubles.
• Venkatesh built a positive platform for the children’s bright futures by hosting an awareness session to educate them about the value of education in school.
• He fights for the people’s concerns, welfare, and rights. Many of the colony’s development initiatives were a huge success.

Services Rendered During The Pandemic Covid-

• Venkatesh sneaked toward helping those impacted by the lockdown by distributing vegetables and fruits to villagers, the destitute, and Municipality personnel while abiding by the precautions.
• He distributed masks, sanitizers, food to the impoverished, and financial assistance.
• An awareness demonstration was held to raise awareness about social distance and the need to adopt prudent measures to avoid the Corona Epidemic.
• During the worldwide lockdown, Venkatesh assisted people by providing meals to them on following specific preventive measures.
• For the village people’s protection, sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed all around the village as part of the effort to exterminate the corona infection.

Family Participation In Politics-

Both of the venkatesh’s grandparents were proactive in the liberation struggle, aligned to the Congress, and dedicated their all to their country and state upto their last breathe.

Venkatesh’s late father, Sri K. Prakash (Senior Congress Leader), worked extensively for the Congress in a range of roles. Venkatesh’s family has been devoted to the Congress Party for more than 50 years.
