Joginapally Santosh Kumar is a Member of Parliament(Rajya Sabha) in Telangana. He was born on 07-12-1976 to Ravinder Rao & Shashikala in Kodurupaka Village in Boinpally Mandal, Karimnagar, Telangana. In 1998, He completed his Post Graduation(MBA) Master of Business Administration & Master In Personnel Management from the University of Pune.

Santhosh started his political journey in 2001 with the Telangana Rashtra Samithi(TRS) party and was Leader. He worked as a Personal Assistant to KCR ever since. In 2012, He was the Executive Director of T-news and is presently the Managing Director of Namasthe Telangana & Telugu Media House in Telangana, India.

Santhosh is the Personal Secretary of K. Chandrashekhar Rao. He is the General Secretary in Telangana Rashtra Samithi. In 2018, Santhosh Kumar won the Member of the Parliament(MP) of India representing Telangana in the Rajya Sabha, the upper house of the Indian Parliament. Santhosh Kumar was appointed as a Govt. Whip of Telangana.
